Josh at the south store is always so great with customer service. He s always the only one that s consistently there when I go through! Even if it s just to air up my tires or small things- he s always so happy to help! He deserves some kind of award for his amazing customer service. I go this valvoline because I know Josh will always make sure everything is okay with my car & offer advice if I need something else!

Love seeing Josh s face when we come in for a normal oil changes on my vehicles. So a while back when I came in with my work vehicle I asked for Josh because I know he gets the job done and done right.! While there he introduced me to John who is just of a hard worker has Josh.! They need to be recognized for all the hard work and dedication to their jobs. I will forever be coming and bringing my money/services to this valvoline because of Josh and John.! Thank you guys for making the experience so great.!

Drove up to valvoline to get my regular service. Great to see Josh Kraft still working there! He s always made sure my vehicle stays on T-top shape. Urges when certain recommendations are given by the system. Yet I ve always thought he was the manager? I was surprised to find out today when I needed to speak to a manager he was the lazy guy who never makes an appearance. If it wasn t for Josh I would ve taken my business elsewhere. Don t lose that man Josh! Get rid of the leech down stairs valvoline!!!!!

Excellent experience today getting my car serviced by the crew at this location. The computer system was down and inaccessible but the lead tech had the experience & knowledge to tell his team what needed to be done and they got my car serviced correctly and quickly.

Josh Kraft is such a great employee who goes up and beyond what he's required to do. He should become the manager there, he's a great candidate for the position.

They had everything I needed, including customer service, that went above and beyond. Took care of me in a timely manner even though they were slammed busy. Only thing missing was how they didn't sell tire chains.

I've always found they way over tighten the oil filters and I struggle way more than i should have to get them off... today I finally realized why- they don't oil up the o-ring because mine was bone dry.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I typically went to the north store, however there is always some kind of mess up. I gave the south store a try instead and I was so pleased! What a great bunch of guys. Josh was who we had the most interaction with and his service was absolutely astounding! I highly recommend the South Valvoline. The best in Bemidji.Update: went and got my oil change again today 3-7-23...10/10 service is spectacular and all the guys are great!!

I went in to Valvoline South today for air in my tires; it is winter. The burly, bearded Man, working the intake was rude for no reason. This was my 2nd encounter with him. The 1st time he told there would be a charge for air. I said ok how much? He said no there wasn t a charge but could be because too many people come in for that . Today he said one of my tires must have a slow leak and that they will not air up my tires anymore. I m a liability. Omg. It wasn t about my safety though? He knew all this about my tires without expecting them or airing them or looking up my name on the computer. I am under the mileage for service. Normally I have a great experience at Valvoline. This guy had no right to turn me away. While North location said to come on in anytime!Service: Tires

Took my car in for an oil change . great bunch of guys . friendly service fair price. Had a great conversation with the service technicians was in and out within 20 minutes did a multiple vehicle check made some suggestions but they weren't pushy . if I didn't need something they didn't try to sell me thanks for the great service

I was very pleased with my service and how polite the staff were. I was on a very limited time crunch and they eagerly met my needs with no complaints as well as did a nice job on my car.I appreciate the fact that they listened to my concerns and did not pressure me further on items that I did not have the time for that day or could not do due to a warranty situation on my vehicle.Thank you and I will come back if that is the service I will receive every time.

Guys where super friendly not pushy on selling be something I didn't need. The price is a bit high but the great staff and quick service are worth it.

Went to valvoline the other day and Josh was amazing and did a great job and very professional. Definitely recommended seeing Josh next time you stop over at Valvoline South Bemidji :)

I usually don't trust valvoline after they messed up my car (the location in the cities). But the location on the south end of Bemidji is awesome. The people who work there and Chris, the manager, are all trustworthy and know what they are doing! I go to them for all my oil changes and general car maintenance.

I always get great, fast service whenever I stop by here. I would say it's a far price as well, especially if you use a coupon, which they always seem to have. I would recommend it for a quick oil change if you don't already have a preferred mechanic.

The personal are friendly but we're not able to do the service which wasn't there fault because they were not able to remove the filter

They ruined both my vehicles. They both ran good until I got oil change. Now both of my vehicles don't start after getting oil changed. They should have left my filters alone. Now my neither won't start.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have a class C motor home. I called ahead to see if my rig would fit, Arrived and they messured my rig to be sure it would fit and it did. They did a wonderfull job, Very friendly and Proffesional anwsered all my questions I will can not say enough good things about this crew. The place was clean and well manged.

Very professional job. The guys patiently explain the work being done and don't pester or aggressively up-sell, which I really appreciate. Definitely my go-to oil change.
