Shyanna and Hunter were both wonderful! They were both really nice and attentive. Shy kept me informed of what was going on through the entire process. Would definitely recommend coming here for oil changes!

I was in and out in under 15 minutes and that was after waiting for the vehicle in front of me to have their service completed. The two men that changed my oil were so friendly and professional. They actually said thank you! A rare comment these days. Excellent experience! They deserve a raise and I will continue to do business at this location.

In the past I did not have great experiences here but decided to give it another shot. Glad I did. The staff was excellent, quickly, friendly and generous! Thank you for a great experience!

Friendly staff, reasonable speed through busy line. Fast Oil Change! But the final price for oil change was a bit spendy with full synthetic, 5 court took 6 qt Total price $104.00 The average we normaly pay is not higher then $76.00 But we on a trip and oil really need to be changed so what is a person going to do. 5 star place, but I gave 3 stars only because the final cost of the oil change was way to exspensive. If I was local I would not go back, even with the decent staff working there. Sorry but for these parts I feel it is a bit of price gouging, that's over 35% higher then most places, excluding some big dealership perhaps.

Fast and in a convenient location. The staff was very professional and thoroughly explained each task before they started it. They check all your fluid levels, lights, air filters, air pressure in your tires and add when needed. Would recommend this location and will definitely return next time I need an oil change.

This particular location has really friendly and helpful staff!In between oil changes, one may pull in and have all their fluids and tires topped off...I find this to be a wonderful perk. For me it offsets the fact that oil changes here are generally more expensive than my local shops.The other major perk is that I don't have to drop off my car and leave it for the day. Valvoline Instant Oil is fast and one gets to stay in their vehicle during the service.I appreciate that they do a lights check, and can change out needed bulbs. They also offer wiper blades, air filters, etc.I put a lot of miles on my car, and really appreciate this station, which I consequently, frequent often!

The staff seemed knowledgeable, and they explainedeverything thoroughly without attempting to push anything extra on top of the oil change if we said we didn't want it done today. They were friendly, and everyone was smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was super impressed and will definitely consider going back again. They did an awesome job.

Jon and Jess were very cool and knowledgeable. I drive a Prius prime and they aren't the most common, but they knew what to do.

I stopped here after work, and didn't realize the time when I pulled up. I got here like 15 minutes before close, and they still waved me in for an oil change even when I asked them if it would be ok (I was willing to come back the next day if need be). Despite being so close to close, the employees all were very kind and professional, and even informed me of a coolant system problem that I was unaware of (I'd had coolant system problems in the past). They totally could've just rushed the oil change and got me out of there, but instead they still checked things over and informed me of a problem. Overall I am very satisfied with my visit and plan to come back in the future.Service: Oil change

Great quality service, staff are very friendly and helpful wait wasn't too long then Oil Change didn't take long at all. They also check fluids, tire pressure at a reasonable price! Will definitely be back

I tipped the workers $30 after they completed my oil change. They were suppose to top off my fluids. I went in with my wiper fluid low so that is what I specifically requested they top off, but they forgot to top off my fluid. I surely wouldn t have tipped them as I known they didn t do what they said they were going to. After I left, my low wiper fluid light came on .Service: Oil change

Great bunch of guys. Fast and done correct. Cost: to high others much cheaper. Might have been our last visit with our three cars. Will miss the great people there but life is getting to expensive. Be Safe. Thanks Guys

Beware of this place! I wanted a conventional oil change. They tried very hard to upsell me to full synthetic and then semi synthetic. Over $80 for the oil change. Then they tried to sell me a new air filter. When I refused this also and said I just wanted a conventional oil change they came up with another reason why they shouldn't do it. The guy told me that my drain plug was stripped from the last guy that did the oil change and they were not going to remove it and take a chance on it leaking. I brought the vehicle home and checked the oil plug which was perfectly fine . I changed my own oil. This place is clearly a bait-and-switch.

I purchased a full synthetic oil change for my wife's Subaru on 13 July 2020. The Valvoline crew were fast, efficient and professional. Additionally, they took the time to verify (QA) their work and demonstrate the oil change and air filter replacement indeed took place. Excellent work guys!

I wanted my tires rotated and they said $24.99. After looking at my car they said they were unable to do it. And suggested I take it to the dealership. They charged the $24.99 anyway. So an oil change cost me $144.00

They were busy and frustrated with the car ahead of mine when I was there. It was late afternoon/early evening so that probably didn t help. The work was quick and efficient, as always, but the guy running the computer needed to take a break, I think.

I was traveling and put so many miles onthe truck that I needed an oil change. I went to valvoline because that's where I go at my home city and hoped for the best in a different city. It turned out to be just like at home greatservice and knowledgeable staff made it a great experience.

Waited in line. Got in bay and waited. Was told they couldn t do my oil change because they couldn t remove a bolt. Said head on bolt was damaged. I went home and removed the bolt with no problem. Instead of time saver, they just wasted my time.

So very friendly! Even helped me super fast get new oil cap I didn't know I lost! Very fast and I recommend!!!! Good team
