My truck has been the typical garage diy fix but Matt helped me get the parts I needed to get a lift to accommodate my wheels and made my vision come true. Pretty straight forward guys. Great team there and decent pricing, nothing too crazy even with oversized wheels. Thanks guys!

Before I got my taxes I went in and got a quote, they kept their price the same 3 weeks later! I am a fussy person and I did call twice because I notice small minor things that didn t please me because I am so fussy, Matt helped me and fixed things to my standards! I would recommend this place to anyone I knw! Good job SINTEC! And great customer service from Matt!!!!

Fantastic support. I had an issue with my autostart remote that I had purchased four years ago. They had the issue resolved in minutes and didn't charge me. I was expecting to have to purchase a new remote.

I have to take the time to thank Matt so much!Yesterday, I went in for an appt. to have my speakers replaced. They were full of static, and one didn't seem to be working.Matt tested them all, said it only needed adjustments to the settings, and they are just fine! I was happy I didn't have to pay the $200-$300 I thought I was going to have to.I was especially happy that Matt was honest and didn't charge me for work I didn't need or try to sell me anything else.He was professional, fast, and after him working on my settings and the adjustments on the car stereo, it sounds so much better!He's also a mechanic I found out, so I'll be going back for any car needs or audio that comes up.Thank you, Matt!This shop is recommended.

My first experience with Sintec audio:I drive a manual transmission Jeep Wrangler. Sintec was recommended to me by another manual Wrangler owner citing they had the best price for a remote start installation I was looking for. I stopped in and Chris showed me the different options they have and explained the differences. I made my appointment, and even though it was a tricky because of my type of vehicle, they got it done within a few hours.After having it for a week I had MANY problem. My powered running boards were acting strangely and my door sensors kept saying my doors were open when my vehicle was closed and locked, forcing my car alarm to go off. I expressed my frustration with Matt and he got my Jeep in as soon as possible, stating he wants my service there to be hassle free. Despite the remote start creating offering zero support to Matt's team based on my vehicle style, Sam and Matt were able to reprogram my remote start to get my car back to fully functioning WITH remote start.The customer service and helpful nature of the entire team is top notch. Even though I had issues (strictly because of the specifics of my vehicle, not because of lack of expertise) they were more than willing to get my vehicle in and make sure I left with a vehicle I was happy with.A week after I had my remote start fixed, I took my Jeep in again to have my LED headlight looked at. They had it fixed and working with 20 minutes and I was out the door.Despite the name, Sintec does just about every service you can think of; all vehicle electronics, running boards, winches, interlock, you name it.I would definitely recommend Matt and his team at Sintec to anyone, and will be a repeat customer. Nothing beats the customer service of locally owned and operated and these guys don't fall short.

My husband made an appointment to get remote starter put in his truck. The employees were professional, reasonably priced and efficient. Parking there is not great but I think they are working on that issue.

A great place for anything audio or accessory related in cars. They really do know what they are talking about, which is awesome! The prices are average, but not insanely high. The inside lobby area pretty nice with a bunch of speakers you can sample and displays for accessories and remote start.The main reason I like this place is because of their knowledge of car audio, but if you don't want to deal with installing it yourself, have them do it!

My son spent well over $2,000.00 buying products and services provided. My sons speaker went out with in a year of purchasing and installation. The owner Matt is telling my son he needs to pay them just to look at the speaker and then once they identified the speaker was not working he told my son he wouldn t replace both speakers (They come that way from the manufacturer) But just the one and he has been eating for it for over a month.... still hasn t hear anything from Matt or anyone. I do not recommend this company for any type of work needed. I will be writing a letter to the better business bureau with dates, times, receipts for services and products bought and paid, as well as the unprofessional customer services we have received. I say we because I also called in regards to my sons speakers and they could not tell me anything about when the product would be there. I know we are going through a epidemic but this is pitiful, I ve ordered tires from across the country and have revived them already. Very unhappy.Service: Electrical

I went to get a adapter for my radio and I told Matt the type of radio I had and he seemed confident he gave me the right adapter and everything else I needed I went to go put my radio in and I got sold the wrong dash adapter and the wrong radio adapter I spent 166 dollars on the wrong things and it should have been easy to put in I was very disappointed in the service and I feel I was taken advantage of by being inexperienced with radios and I asked him to help show me what goes were and he told me it would be 125$ very dissatisfied

I was a little put off on my experience. Although there was a person ahead of me in line, she appeared to be part of the staff or someone who does regular business here. She walked behind the counter and was discussing something about inventory or an item on a sheet she was showing the individual behind the counter. Without saying that he would be with me in a minute, they both walked right by me and went in the shop for what seemed like 8-10 min. When he returned he was helpful but gave no apology or explanation for the delay. It just felt like subpar customer service.

I bought a car stereo from them and the harness to get if working and they sold me the wrong stereo harness after even looking at my car then they said I couldn't take it back because it's open even though that was their mistake and they should have taken responsibility for it very unhappy and will never recommend to anyone
