Shelby and Scott went above and beyond what some of the other local shops do. Very nice shop, they were easy to work with. Fast turnaround time, a day early then they said. Would highly recommend!

Had paint work done a year ago and they did a great job. I recently went to get an estimate for some additional work and they took photos and said they would email or call me within 3 days. After over 2 weeks I inquired and they said they did not have anything in their system for the estimate request. The woman that took the photos for the estimate was there and did not say anything. The gentleman there was friendly and offered to do an estimate on the spot however because no one offered an apology I decided to go elsewhere. Seemed like the woman did not care at all and has not been friendly any time I have gone to Sam's which is disappointing as they do great work.

The repairs seem decent but overall I'm disappointed with my experience here.Being such a reputable company I thought I was in good hands.My vehicle was here much longer than the estimated due date, I'm not necessarily upset about that part, I understand these things often happen. What bothers me is that I never once received an update as to why it was taking so long.Anytime I called for a status report I was met with vague answers, when I saw that my claim was complete and had been closed I called again and was told that my vehicle was in the washbay and would be done in half an hour tops. I arrived to pick up 2 hours after calling.Apparently my vehicle had died at some point in the day so they were charging my battery and wanted to let it idle a few minutes, in that time I noticed the receptionist quickly wiping down the interior of my car.When she pulled it around to the front, it was still as dirty as it was when I had brought it in (minus the dashboard lol). So no complimentary detail for me, oh well.As of right now my vehicle still isn't starting, I can't even get under the hood because it's currently stuck in place and the latch won't give. I'm hoping that it's just due to the below freezing temperatures, but this whole situation has me feeling a little skeptical.If you enjoy communication and exceptional customer service with your auto repairs, this isn't the place for you.Service: Body & Trim

It just doesn't get any better than this!Very friendly, informative, organized, clean and professional family owned and operated business.Vehicle completed, cleaned inside and out before estimated time of completion. Highly recommended!

I called and ordered a part and a month later I called again to see where it was at. 3 or so months down I called and I was told there was no record of ordering the part. The first two times I called i was told to wait for a call back that obviously never happened. I have had an amazing experiences when I hit a deer and my car should've been considered totaled but Sam and his Cree did an amazing job making my car look brand new. So I have a good and a bad experience.

Best in town. Pickup looks beautiful all over again like nothing ever happened. Absolutely impressive work on the exterior but also the detailing is top notch on the interior. Highly recommend this place to anyone.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had my car fixed here, very professional the estimate was exactly what they told me. They not only did an excellent job, they cleaned it inside and out. I highly recommend Sam's!

We just got our car back from Sam's. My husband said that he fells like he is driving a new car. Inside and out were clean as a whistle. I need send a shout out to Kilde Auto Center for the recommendation to Sam's.Five star service for sure.

Fast reliable service. They never made me feel like a "dumb girl in an auto place". They had worked with my insurance company and I was set before I was even back home from getting the initial quote.
