A year or so ago i brought my van to NW Tire to have front tires put on back and new tires put on the front. I also ordered a 4 wheel alignment. I picked up my van and my son in law, a certified auto mechanic, checked the bill and I was charged for shims on both sides. Only one shim was used. $25 overcharge. I returned asked for my $ and the mechanic was not happy about it.Well, yesterday we went into Bemidji and my son in law noticed my rear tire has steel cords showing. Here are the pictures. I don t believe they did the rear alignment, but charged me for it. This is the rear passenger tire. He also said the drivers side rear tire is wearing unevenly. I am very disappointed in the quality of service. I had to buy a new tire.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I probably would have been better off going to Tires Plus but this one was closer but Hayden really knows how to make your day go from good to bad. Never will return.

I was treated so good here!! I used to go to L&M Fleet for my tires till I was treated so bad by a certain man. But NW Tire has my business now! Fred and Deanna are so good and so friendly . And they actually care about there customers and that's so nice. They get 5 stars from me. I have nothing but positive things to say about NW Tire and the mechanics rock!! Thank you so much for all you have done for me . Fred & Deanna they are so lucky to have you two there

Charges you 25 bucks to relearn your tpms sensors even if your car does it by it self and they still charge 25 even if you don't have any sensors. And other shops don't charge to do it at all. So watch out for that on your bill.

They did the work that needed to be done and they did a good job. The price was just quite a bit more than other places I've used for the same job in Bemidji. Switching seasonal tires. I didn't even ask the price as I figured it would be a normal charge but it was actually twice as much for the same work that I paid 2 years prior at a different tire shop in town.

Excellent customer service!! Will definitely be going back here again for all future needs. Also huge props to this team in treating a female the same way a male is treated at a man s store. Also great prices for oil changes!!

This company tried to charge an extra $20 for some bogus charge after they did the alignment on my vehicle. When confronted, the man behind the register reached into his drawer and returned the $20 without hesitation. I wonder how many people they pocketed an extra $20 or more from!While waiting for my vehicle, a woman walked in needing new brakes. The man convinced her that she needed all four brakes replaced. He quoted her $650 to get it done. I gave her the info to my mechanic because no one deserves to be ripped off like that. I would give this business less of a rating if I could. Shame on you and your business! You are crooks!

I have been very satisfied between me and my mother's car we have gotten 3 sets of tires. How ever three days ago I bought a set of 4 Firestone tires for $1547.00 and the store is advertising discounts if we used a Firestone card so I asked about them and they didn't give us the discounts we used the card that was advertised very dissatisfied at this point also charged me $7 for each tire for disposal and they only took 3 tires but still got charged $28 and they didn't put my spare back under truck.

I recently called NW Tire at 8am one morning to inquire about tires, pricing, etc. The quote was great and when I asked to make an appointment he asked if I could be there by 9am. I got there and had a new set of tires installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend NW Tire. Normally they are very busy (because of their great reputation in the community) and appointments can sometimes be a week or more out, but they are worth the wait in my opinion. Great staff...they are friendly and very knowledgeable.

No stars at all. Received a quote 2 weeks ago on new tires and we made an appointment for a specific time and date. I arrived early to pay for the installation only to find out they didn't have the tires. As a business owner that is specific on time, this company cost me money. Earliest they could get these tires that was suppose to be ordered was another week. Never again.

I called to ask if they could get me in for new tires, I asked the location, he gave me the address, i asked what stire is nearby for reference, the guy said he had a hard time hearing me I said hang on 1 sec I'll take you off Bluetooth, before I could switch (2 secs), he hung up.I called back 6-7 times before he answered I asked why he hung up on me, he said he they were busy and hung up again.

Family owned business that is always friendly to help. We a new set of 4 tires on our vehicle and it came with a lifetime warranty of rotations and repairs. Competitive prices with a small business feel.The waiting room could be updated. The chairs could be more comfortable.

Got new tires a couple months ago. The tires are great and they have rotated and serviced my tire for a slow leak all for free.

Honestly I'm really shocked by my service because I've only heard excellent things from my family about NW Tire.I got an oil change and had a leaking tire fixed. They forgot to reset my oil change light and my tire ran completely flat soon after. Then had to swap to a spare and get a new tire. All of the things I had serviced here went wrong. Guess it's a fluke? Either way I'd have a tough time returning.

Got new tires put on, couldn t go over 50mph without it severely shaking. Called them and was told they couldn t get it in for 2 weeks. Clearly forgot to balance them. Had to go in on day off, wait over and hour. Not one apology but some excuses made as to why it was overlooked. I ve always heard good things about NW Tires but very disappointed and will not do business again with them. Cost me more time and money in the end.

Horibble customer service. Margaret is super rude and I will never be doing business there again. They over charge and when you try to ask the rude lady any questions she says... I don't have time to deal with this today and walks away. Wow maybe if customers are not worth your time you should think about shutting ypur doors or fire Margaret and hire someone with customer service.

Amazing service and value. I was given quotes in varying price ranges with no pressure to purchase and walked out an hour later with a new set of tires. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NWTires to anyone.

While on vacation I had to have pounds of tar removed from 2 tires, after a sealcoat company sealed cracks behind my parked car in a grocery store lot and I had no choice but to drive through the repair materials just to leave the lot. Not knowing any of the tire companies in town I picked NW Tire based on their high ratings. I see why they are rated so highly - they were wonderful. They had no way of knowing that the amount of tar on the two tires was as much as it was, and when the work took far longer than they expected they did not charge me more than they had quoted over the phone. I hope never to have to need tire work when on vacation in Bemidji again, but I know where I will take my car if something does happen!

Was going to red lake fishing my friends wheel bearing went out. They fixed in an hour, very good mechanic and service manager. I will go there if i need tires or anything else tire related highly recommend

Whether repairing, rotating, balancing, or replacing tires this should be your first and only stop. If he is working, ask to work with Eric Nelson, who is not only a gracious and talented manager, but also a pillar of the artistic community. If you were paying any attention at all.

I don't recommend going here. They are very unprofessional and will not fully inspect your tires if you have issues.

Just got some new tires on my car. And... I LOVE THEM! Eric talked me out of getting some really cheap tires and after he showed me some tires he was recommending to me I can say they are worth the extra I spent. Eric sold me on some Nokian Nordman WR tires for my 2014 Camery. I can tell you this much... I put them to the test to night and couldn't get my traction control to engage once, even on a fully covered in snow road with the pedal mashed to the floor.Now on to the Service. I've been a patron of NW Tire in bemidji for a few years, I grew up with a local store out in Bowman. I can honestly say I was treated well as a child in Bowman by their staff, and its continued in Bemidji as an Adult. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Called to get tires and an alignment. He hung up. Called back and asked why he hung up. He said "we're busy" and he hung up AGAIN! NO RESPECT AT ALL.

So after I went there and they tried to sell me a service for 1,100$ that I found out later I didn't need, they made me wait a total of 10 hours and 3 visits to tell me they had the wrong part and they wanted nothing to do with my car. This place is not a good place to get work done at.
