My husband and I have shopped at the Bemidji Napa for years. Their employees are friendly and will try to help you the best they can. We've had harder items to find for our vehicle, yet the staff have been able to get what we needed when other auto stores around town couldn't. Napa does sometimes charge a bit more then their competition on some items HOWEVER from experience I've found the more expensive product from Napa lasts longer and is more durable then their competition's. For the price difference it has always been worth it for us to shop at Napa and get good quality products.

I went there today in full blown melt down tears and all. I was 3 hours away from home and my power steering went out in the Target parking lot. I walked in there after muscle driving around the corner to them and I wish I would of gotten a name! But an employee came out, dealt with my crying, looked at my car, and was able to tell me their thoughts. They directed me to a mechanic close by and wished me luck. In a time of panic, being by myself and soo far from home, they really were there for me! Thank you for excellent customer service.

Best parts store AND shop anywhere near. They do great work, have very nice rentals. They even fill propane tanks, and have the best prices around. Everyone i go in there, I get the real Minnesota Nice feel.

Probably the best parts store in town. The guys here are helpful and competent, and the store is in a really convenient location. They have parts for my 98 Volvo on the occasion I needs parts, and they are almost always reasonably priced.

There generally pretty busy but they almost always have what I need and if they don't they can generally get it pretty quick. Some of the younger employees seem a bit lost sometimes but all in all a great place to get parts from

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have what I need and the few items that I didn't get right away was ordered and received within a day or two. Cost is usually on par or slightly less than other places

I enjoy this place over oreilly the staff is usually a lot more friendly yes the pricing may be a bit higher but I do enjoy it the way I am treated the staff are always helpful and if they can find the part I need usually a friendly customer is there to help with advice on where to go I thank you for the help that you have given me over the years

Napa is awesome! All friendly workers. Unlike a couple other auto parts stores, As a RED LAKE BAND MEMBER, I don't get the negative vibes here, so that's A MAJOR PLUS! They can be a little pricey but, the service is where it's at as well as quality parts! Some things do have better pricing than other stores and the automotive tool selection is broader than any other store in bemidji.

Having to wait for awhile to be helped due to only having two people working was already bad enough. My husband called to order a oil filter and they told him it would be just over $11 but when he went to pick it up it was over $16. The guy he spoke with wasn't there so he couldn't ask him about the difference. The guy so was helping today wasn't any help and just told him the filters aren't on sale.

My serpentine belt came off of my car. It was not torn or did not have to be replaced. The worker was very knowledgeable and gave me information of what might of caused it.

Super auto parts store. It is not a floor mat and car wax only place. If you need something they can look it up like a auto parts store should be. Professional helpful staff.

Very helpful crew here. We broke or CV shaft 2 hours away from home with no tools and they borrowed us told to get the job done. Thanks guys.

We needed a $1.39 brake bulb. I was helped immediately and was out of there in minutes. They also had a restroom for my wife and toddler to use.

Just like any other Napa auto store I do like this place two gentlemen there are very helpful and there is a huge selection of tools coolant fluids and anything else that I could need for Automotives
