Absolutely loved the service here!! I have a busy work schedule and Mike was an absolute gem when I had to suddenly reschedule my appointment. Cody and Eric were amazing at explaining everything to ensure that I understood what was happening. 100% will be here again if my car needs work.

Everyone was great throughout the repair process of 2 cars that i took to them, Eric, Aaron and Mike were great in their communication during and even calling to check in after to see if everything was all good. I was skeptical at first to go there as I have a BMW and would drive 3.5 hours to get it repaired due to not trusting anyone to work on my car. I was shocked as they offered to take me home and picked me up with no charge. Amazing group of guys!! I will need some work done on my other car and will be going there. Definitely trust them to repair my vehicles properly and be honest about the work.

I was in Park Rapids when I had car trouble. My front suspension had actually broken. The Park Rapids store was able to communicate with the Bemidji store that is closer to where I live and transfer the information to them and they got the parts ordered. I was able to get my vehicle there and they were able to have it fixed for me in a timely fashion. Both stores were wonderful, kind, professional, and clean. Besides the fact that the work was done excellently! Thank you all for the help. Jen

I was able to get in for an estimate and complete break overhaul right away. The staff are great and explain things very well. Prices are also fair for the quality work!I dropped my car off and picked it up at the end of the day so I didn t have to worry about anything - they even offer courtesy rides if needed!

I stopped in without an appointment and they sent a tech out immediately to check out my car. Then they offered to bring it into the shop to investigate the problem further. I was given a ride home. The next day I was notified that they had a plan to fix my car and informed me up front of the cost. My car was promised to me the following Monday. I received a call the Friday before saying that it was ready!I can t say enough about how well I was treated by this business! Their communication was superb and my car is running great! Thanks!

Motorworks is the best. They are always there to answer the phone, and to answer my questions. Service is completed professionally, confidently and within the time frame they set because they know my time is important to me. I recommend Motor Works to all my friends with confidence. Fastest repair I ve had in this town! Brought my car in around 5pm last night, Mike was very up front and told me it s likely be fixed next week. I had a call by 9am today stating he knew what the issue was, and hoped it could be fixed soon, but still maybe Monday. Come 12pm today, I had another call saying my car was fixed and ready to roll! The gentleman at the front when I went in were super nice and helpful as well, all around good experience!! Will be back again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I was able to get my car in very quick to get a diagnosis on what the issue was. Had an answer by the end of the day. Mike even went out of his way to call the dealership to verify it was still under Powertrain Warranty, which I was unaware of. The honesty was superior and it was refreshing to have very friendly, helpful staff. While I will have the initial issue fixed at the dealership since it's under warrant still, I will be having new tires purchased and installed through Motor Works!

I bought an older BMW that prefers to spend more time in shop than in my garage. Thankfully, the team at Bemidji Motorworks has been great to work with everytime I bring her in. Communication is frequent and thorough. The work is always completed promptly, and they are really good at following up to make sure my baby keeps running smooth.

I would recommend auto works 100%. They are super accommodating to college students who have no idea what they are doing. They are super sweet and understanding at the whole process. You can drop your car off in the morning and pick it up with in a day!

After my car was vandalized they were able to fix it and got me right in , the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend them for overall knowledge, affordability, easy to work with and communicates well with customers !

Excellent service at Motor Works! Had my rear differential fluids changed w/ special instructions, they did a really clean job, and Mike the Service Advisor was very friendly and helpful.The notes taken were nicely detailed, and I am very confident with their service. I would highly recommend them!

My passenger side window would not go up and down.Nick at Motor Works worked hard to get it fixed. He gave me options within my budget (very important to me). He found a part that was delivered and was installed in a timely matter- 3 hours max. I received a courtesydrive home and pickup.Motor Works is fast, friendly, and trusting.I will be happy to use their service again!

They have been great here they stayed in the price range I gave them and they fixed everything I wanted very quickly too they even gave me update calls because my only car was in their shop plus they have financing! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for repairs!

Such a good experience at MotorWorks. I had a flat tire with a nail in it. I brought it in, they looked at it, it wasn t salvageable, and unfortunately I ended up needing 4 new tires. They were able to order the tires for the next day. Both front desk workers were awesome throughout the whole process, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. I will definitely be coming back in the future if I have car troubles! Seriously, awesome quick service and people. Aaron helped me find a good quality tire and I couldn t be happier!Service: Tires

My boys and were up fishing and the check engine light came ln and it was missing. They got me right in and found problem. Ordered parts. Work was done on schedule and performed beautifully on our drive back to Ill. They kept me informed of progress through out the whole process and we had a great fishing trip. Normally I have great experiences with them. I recommend them when you need tire work.But I got a new car back in January or February and the only problem it was having was with the timing chain. After paying an arm and leg to get that fix in April it started burning oil. It had NEVER burned oil before that. I've spent a lot more money with them trying to get that figured out without them saying it was something they did which it has to be because it wasn't an issue until I got it back from them after getting the timing chain replaced. They then quoted me at over $1000 to try and get that oil burning issue fixed/figured out.

Been here 3 times now. The guys at the service counter are knowledgeable, helpful, polite and genuinely nice and friendly. They came out to open the door for me when they saw I was using a walker. When the car was done they brought it up to the door for me. Bemidji as a whole is NOT a disability friendly town. Thanks guys!! They use an Ap to send you information about what they find, what they recommend and what they do. Seem to be honest about what your vehicle needs now vs what can wait a while. Great work Mike, especially on a short-staffed day!

Very helpful and Rodney went above and beyond to help with my muffler , came in at the end of the day and they were able to service and weld my muffler within 10 minutes.

Was expecting the worst but Rodney got us in with in 15 minutes of showing up. Best part was they got us taken care of fast and not even a quarterof the price i was thinking. Good group of guys .

If you re a girl, make sure to bring a man. They wanted to charge me $800 for tire rods, went to autozone and they only run $20-$35 a piece. my tire rods ended up being perfectly fine, not a single one needed replacing.

I started coming to Motor Works Auto Repair to get my oil changed over a year ago. The staff was very friendly. As a customer courtesy they have a few different places to sit down and plug in your phone or iPad. Plus free wifi. As an added courtesy they provide free coffee and tea via k cups. Lots of variety too. I realized after I had my oil changed that my cabin air filter needed changing too. I stopped by and Rodney the manager took care of it. No charge. Now that s great service! (I purchased the filter beforehand and couldn t figure out how to replace it)
