I always take my vehicles to Kenny s and every time me and my family have had great experiences with them! They re kind enough to run through the car wash when there is fine with the services

While on vacation, I ran into a problem with my vehicle. Not knowing where to turn, I called the local dealership's service department in Bemidji and was abruptly told they couldn't even look at my vehicle for 2 weeks. I started looking around for other options. A friend who had used Kenny's before told me to give them a try. I called and talked to Alan. He was very pleasant and told me if I could get the truck to him, he would see what he could do yet that day. I dropped the vehicle off and within an hour, Alan called to tell me what they found and what they recommended doing. I had the vehicle back and fixed before the end of the day. The repairs were spot on and I made the return trip home without incident. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service and the genuine concern they had for me and my family's safety as well as my vehicle. (Top that off, Alan gave me two free automatic car washes-nice touch.) I would highly recommend Kenny's to anyone in the area.

After a horrible experience at another vehicle service company in Bemidji, I contacted Kenny's to get an oil change. Al is very accommodating and got me in right away. Great customer service and they went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else from now on! Thank you for having such a great LOCAL business in Bemidji.

Horrible customer service; Scott (at the main desk) seemed inconvenienced when I stopped by just to get a price for a defective TPMS and replacement. Three times repeated the approximate cost when I asked for details and seemed very impatient. Wouldn't go back for that reason alone. Granted, not a big job. But courtesy matters. Called NW Tires and got a completely different vibe (and a much better price).

A buddy called and told me he found a place that changes the screw on fuel filter on a duramax. He called me back 3 hours later said don't go there. They charged me 380 dollars to change the oil (which is $100 at oil change place in town and fill all fluids, and tire tires up). The filter takes a few min to change as well. Needless to say I will find somewhere else to get the filter changed. Had all this done at a dealer before and was half this price. Yea last place I had full service, I did bring the fuel filter said and done was 125 dollars. Oil, filter and labor for the fuel filter. Was also completely done in 50 minutes. Would like to know who you called that have the same rate so others don't get taken advantage of.

Another great service from Alan and the team at Kenny's garage. Having moved to Bemidji a year and a half ago not knowing anyone or garages in town, they were recommended to us by a local in town. Best recommendation to date. They have worked on our cars from a plow truck we bought to our day to day cars. Always done great work and made recommendations that saved us lots of money. Nice to have someone local you can go to and trust for any car issues. Big thanks!

Great staff, kind and welcoming, they know their stuff. Stayed late to get me back on the road. I was impressed that they had parts and tires in stock when that is not easy to do. I am new to town, and I am now a loyal customer!

The only full service gas station in the area is not good. The attendant doesn't know what he is doing. I asked him to check my fluids and he did and said "yep they are all full". Truck still sounding rough, so I took it to O'Reilly's and they checked the fluids and almost 3 quarts low of oil. I tipped the Kenny's Amoco attendant $5 for being incompetent

We were on vacation in Bemidji, 8 hours from home, and we felt a vibration when we drove our car. So we made an appointment to have Kenny's run a diagnostic on it. They just drove the car, put it on the lift and told us our front brakes were bad. They could get the parts and fix it for $935. They made an appointment which I canceled shortly afterwards. We drove the car home and took it to our own mechanic as well as the dealership and both told us the brakes were fine. Shame on Alan for trying to scam us so far from home. I would warn any vacationers to get a second opinion if they deal with Kenny's tire and service. In your reply you mention that we came in for a tire rotation and that the right tire wouldn't move and you showed my partner this situation. However , we had just put new tires on the car 2 days earlier and we didn't need them rotated. My husband wasn't there, he was on a bike ride. You must have us confused with someone else.

Kenny s helped me out when I was in a real jam. I was emptying my father s house and was getting ready to hitch up a u haul only to find out that due to something wrong in my car, the trailer lights wouldn t work. So I pulled in to Kenny s shortly before closing. They spent several minutes trouble shooting the problem and determined I would need to have it worked on. They were VERY busy, but worked me in for the very next day. When I arrived, they remembered me and had already found parts if they were needed. Thankfully, they were able to fix my car in under an hour and I was ready to hit the road. Kenny s was a bright spot of caring and professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone.

I like the staff and they were very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, they low-filled the oil, overtightened the oil filter, and didn't replace the o-ring on the drain plug. Maybe it was a fluke but I had great experience other than oil change.

Went to Kenny s for a tire alignment. It took almost three hours (got there at one left around three thirty) for them to do the alignment, they did have to replace a bolt but the three hours was a bit of a wait just for an alignment.. I had no other transportation so I had to sit there. Very friendly people so it wasn t terrible sitting there.Once my alignment was done they test drove it, told me everything was fine and I paid (186$)and left, as I was driving home I noticed my steering wheel was off centered towards the right. Then as I was driving I noticed the steering wheel would correct it s self center and my car would pull to the right as it corrected itself. As I would drive it would switch back and forth, from being crooked to straight again, pulling me each time then straighten back out. If I took a right turn it was worse.I called Kenny s as soon as I noticed it doing it, they told me since it was almost closing time to come back in tomorrow as soon as I can and they will test drive it again.I went back the next morning and rode with the guy so I could explain what was going on. I could visibly see my car doing it and he tells me it was the wind, or the curve of the road, or the ruts of the highway. Even said to me that I just wasn t used to the alignment so I am over correcting as the car is more sensitive because it drives straight now. I tried to ask why the steering wheel was crooked and he told me it wasn t and made up other excuses. At that point I knew I wasn t getting anywhere and left thanking him for checking it out.I called and made an appointment with a different mechanic for a second opinion. I went in and he test drove it and immediately noticed the issue. Turns out my Electric power steering system was not aligned with the tire alignment and was correcting itself to center knowing it s supposed to be there but because it wasn t aligned with the tires it would go right back crooked. He fixed it the best he could but recommend I go and get my alignment checked again because it s still slightly off and have them make sure it gets aligned together.I will not be going back to Kenny s again. I shouldn t be paying another mechanic to fix what they should have, and for not listening to me telling them what I know isn t normal for my vehicle. Three hours for my alignment to be completed, 186 dollars later and it wasn t even done correctly.I had to pay another mechanic to fix what they did wrong and now have to pay again for a new alignment. I will not be recommending Kenny s to any one I know.

The staff takes pride in their work. They are friendly and customer orientated. My car needed a new ECM and they went above and beyond expectations. Giving me discounts on warranties and always keeping me informed. Car troubles are never fun, but they made it easy.

Kenny's have been a shop that i bring my car to to get repaired, maintenance, fuel and car washes. When i bring my car in for maintenance, they are very helpful and informative if my vehicle needs more than just a service. I always get an estimate and asked if i would like the repairs done. They also let me know if something needs to be done right away or if it can wait for a bit. The car wash, i think is one of the better touch less ones out there as you don't get the streaky marks from where the nozzles miss like others. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any one.Keep up the great work!

Respectful and quickly convenient service! Alan at Kenny's talked with me about my car and driving, found great tires at a great price, and got me in quickly so it felt like I had no inconvenience at all from a flat tire. Service was great, on time, and really helpful. I definitely recommend Kenny's to others in the area looking for auto service in a respectful and safe spot in Bemidji.

Had taken my truck to a different shop across town and they couldn't help. Called these guys, explained my situation, they told me to "come on over. We'll squeeze you in." Got there, truck was on the lift maybe 20 minutes and one of the service people told me the damage, handed me the keys for the loaner and we were back on the road. Got a call before noon the next day, saying my truck was ready. Never have I ever had such quick, honest, professional service in the Bemidji area!! Highly recommend these guys for a job well done. They even looked at another problem that wasn't mentioned to them, but they noticed anyway, and gave an estimate saying "when you're ready, just give us a call!" Couldn't have been happier with this service!! Watching them with other customers was #1. These people are AMAZING!!! THANK YOU!

We are in Bemidji for my son's driver's test only to find out our brake lights weren't working at the time of the test. The team at Kenny's squeezed us in, even ahead of when they thought they could, and got everything repaired and at a reasonable price. Their customer service was amazing! Thanks to them, my son was able to still take his driver's test that day and we left town with a newly licensed driver. They saved our day!

Kenny's is good for oil changes and alignments. Anything else, I'm not to sure. It's about $30-$40 (If I remember correctly) for an oil change, alignment, a car wash, and for them to do a quick check on some parts of your car which is a great deal in my opinion. When I get my receipts they list things that may need fixing based on the check they did. The list seems to be very accurate every time (I always double check myself). On top of this, the owner and his staff seem to be very knowledgeable. All good so far, although, their prices for parts and service/repairs is another story... On my old car they gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace all 4 brake pads and it came out to over $500 including parts and labor. I checked a few other places and they estimated (for the same parts and service) to about $300-$350. In the end I bought the parts and replaced them myself for under $150, the parts alone from Kenny's was about $300...Pros: Good for cheap oil changes, alignments, quick checkups and has very competent staff and fast serviceCons: way too expensive for parts and labor

My vehicle had stopped working altogether, and I'd arranged early in the morning with Kenny's to work on it, once I'd had it towed in to them. But the tow company was having its own problems, and didn't get my vehicle (and me) to Kenny's until eight minutes before Kenny's closed! Nevertheless, before I knew it, Kenny's had pulled my car into one of the service bays for the night and given me a loaner car to use instead, since I was then without transportation. The next morning, before I was even out of bed, Kenny's left a message that my vehicle was finished, and that I could come pick it up. They had made an astute diagnosis, the fix had been simple, and the cost was minor. Many thanks to you, Al, and the team at Kenny's: you saved me an enormous amount of time, money, and angst!

I can not say enough positive things about this incredible place! This family run business, since 1954, was such a bright spot in what could have been a bad day. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to answer all of our questions. They were thorough when inspecting the tires and the van and explaining what was needed to get the van on the road again. On our recent road trip we ended up needing 4 new tires for our rental van. It was not what we expected but they took care of us in a timely manner. They didn't have the tires so they went out of their way to go pick them up! Who does that these days?! We were blown away by their kindness and willingness to help. They were super busy and managed to fit us in and get us back on the road. This shop has wonderful family pictures on the wall and pictures showing the history of the shop and the family. It was incredible. We of course had questions and even though they were packed, father and son took time out of their day to explain the history to us and chat with us about their families. Such a personal touch! On another note, THEY PUMP YOUR GAS AND CHECK YOUR OIL! It was like stepping back in time. It was so wonderful.I can not recommend this awesome little shop enough. Even if you just need gas please stop in because it is such an awesome experience.I can't thank them enough for taking care of the van and getting my family back on the road safely!

I was in town for the weekend and needed my brakes repaired before driving back to the cities on Sunday. Scott and Meredith fit me in on the same day despite being booked up. Scott did a great job and even washed my truck. The price was fair, the service was exceptional, and they got me back on the road in no time. Awesome!

Kenny's Clark and Goodyear Services is truly among the best. Outstanding customer service, proud professional technicians, and great attention to detail. No matter the project, from German import sports coupe to family SUV they are ready to take it on and see it to a successful completion.5/5; Professionalism / Expertise5/5; Customer Driven Initiative5/5; Affordability and Scheduling Flexibility*UPDATE: 11 April 17Again, Kenny's was able to surpass all expectations. Their mechanics were able to complete a lengthy and complex repair in an extraordinarily small amount of time. We were surprised to hear that the repair was done so quickly when they called. The staff is always knowledgable, professional, and personable. There seems to be no task that they aren't willing to accomplish. Their expertise and care combine with their expedient repair time and reasonable prices will always keep us as returning customers.

Amazing customer service! Staff treated us so politely and respectfully! We recently had to be towed from a ditch, which suddenly cause our tow bar to bend and tire to almost fall off, and they fixed it within a couple hours, and came back to a clean car which was definitely needed! I'm so happy I came to Kellys!

Was staying at a local resort and had a tire with low pressure. Kelly's was close to downtown Bemidji. Staff was great, professional and checked all my tires. Replaced two tires for a great value. In & out in 45 mins. Watched them dealing with other general vehicle & engine repairs in a prompt manner, keeping the customers well informed.

I recommend this place if your in town, away from the cities. I was up north at the cabin, when i noticed my car leaking oil like never before. My car happened to have a bad oil pressure switch. I was amazed at their fast service and that they were open on the 4th of July. Kenny's Clark was able to get the new part on that day and replace, clean up all the oil sludge on the inside, and give a nice car wash. They do a good job. Alan is very responsive, friendly, skilled on service to be done.

Oh my goodness! I cant explain how happy and comfortable I was when I first walked in. I set an appointment online, got a call back on a weekday to inform me a day will be a available and it was like dropping my car off at a relatives house. Awesome service. Will be coming back for all my auto issues!

My family and (all my friends & relatives that have come to town) have done business at Kenney's for the past 30 years. We are always greeted with a smile and usually a new joke. We have received great service, generally that day when needed. We have never been told we have to wait until next week. Twice I have been told that my vehicle was not worth putting that much money into it, as I usually was trying to keep 5 vehicles on the road and in good safe driving condition. We have had friendly, honest, and always professional service and will always continue to come back. Your business is one of Bemidji's finest.Thank you always

I brought my vehicle in there because I had some shaking in the front and they told me it was going to be 2000$ and they didn't even do the oil change I requested. This place is a total joke. And they charged me 27$ to tell me that. They also told me my water pump was out when in fact it's perfectly fine and it is theoverflow hose to the radiator, which they also didn't fix.
