The Honda of Bemidji service department gets extremely high marks in my book, based on a recent experience. I was on the first day of a 3-day road trip from North Dakota to northern Minnesota, and the Low Tire Pressure light on my CR-V suddenly went on. Fortunately, I was only 20 minutes out of Bemidji and Google Maps told me there was a Honda dealer in town, so I drove straight there and pulled in without an appointment. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was helpful and reassuring, and the service department was just outstanding. They were very professional and attentive, fixed the tire right away (I had picked up a nail somewhere), and had me back on the road in no time. The effect on my trip was minimal, and I was saved from what could have been a very unhappy situation. Hats off to the team there!

Up in Walker 4 hours away from home on vacation, when our new Honda CRV Hybrid started making a horrible noise.. on a Saturday!! Called closest Honda dealership ( Bemidji), who was closing in an hour. They thought it was ice up under by exhaust, but said they would get it in and look. They were right, and we were out in 5 minutes, noise gone!! THANK YOU Bemidji Honda - you saved our vacation!!

Excellent service! Trustworthy! Didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't want or need. Great sales staff as well... concerned with meeting your needs, not selling whatever they make the most markup on. I like John Webb, he gave me his best price the first time - no running back and forth between his manager and I, for half of a day. Just his best price, and sign some papers. Easy and fast. Also very knowledgeable! No faking it, if he doesn't know, he says so, and finds the answer for you.

They did the work I needed but put in $200 of un-needed parts with $200 labor charge. I told them the old latch was fine and put it back on and keep the new one in stock. They refused and stole $400 in parts and labor. They lose four points for being dishonest and deceptive and not owning up to their mistakes.

Stopped end close to their closing time. They were able to get me in to get an oil change for my vehicle. They were fast and friendly.

We recently traded in our vehicle for a specific model we have been looking for. Not only did our salesman Scott have a couple different options for us, he also gave us top dollar on our trade. We looked at several different dealerships all around northern minnesota. No other dealership we visited had close to the inventory that Honda of Bemidji had, new or used. Scott was very courteous to us, he even offered to let us bring our dog inside while we waited for the paperwork to finish. I would highly recommend you to give the great people at Honda of Bemidji a try, you will not be disappointed!!

Long story made short, a family member's car broke down 45 min. south of town - not repairable - and had to buy a car sight unseen over the phone, and this place was great!!! Matt did a great job working with us on all phases. Thank you from all of us

Brought a car in at the end of October 2020 and asked if they could perform a prepurchase inspection on a car being privately sold in the area. They agreed to do a multipoint inspection, essentially saying it's the same thing. It was back in their shop a whole of 2 mins. That was a red flag for me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Besides telling me that it needed tires, they gave the vehicle a clean bill of health. They missed: Battery being basically dead, rotors deeply gouged from severe deferred maintenance (when the pads came out, they broke into pieces like potato chips), coolant level was low and no washer fluid. Had they actually looked at the car like I paid for, I could've negotiated a lower price with the seller. Instead, I paid asking price and, down the road, an additional $1500+ to correct the deferred maintenance the former owner didn't do or didn't notice. I wouldn't service my car here again. No freaking thank you. Yikes.

I could not find what I liked. Tom did a nice job helping me. I did get the impression they thought I was wasting their time. They must not have the resources like the dealer I bought my vehicle.

We stopped here for an oil change and check-up on our way to Montana from Florida. Reese was our service advisor. He kept us updated the entire time we were there. The people at Honda of Bemidji got our Ridgeline back on the road and Reese even checked with us the next day. I highly recommend Honda of Bemidji.

We were traveling through the area when our alternator went out on our car, which is not a brand of car that is sold at the dealership. We called every open place in town and no one had openings to help us as it was Saturday of a holiday weekend. I called the Honda dealership and spoke with Wendy who was so helpful and said they could fit us in. Jordan in the service department was also very helpful. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!

Everyone was super friendly I was in a time crunch and the mechanic stayed thru his lunch to finish my timing belt so I could get to Park Rapids in time for my meeting I would give 10 stars if I could

If I could put 0 stars I would. We were going in to trade out vehicle in and we spent the whole day going through hoops and loops and they kept saying that we could be getting a vehicle but in the end they lowered our credit score by checking it 20 million times and tried charging an extremely high interest rate. Wasted a whole day there. Not worth their crappy hatchbacks they are selling

After 2 trips through the BCC/Honda Service center, I can say that it has been the most helpful and most reasonable experience I have had with an auto dealership and factory service center.They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road.Will be looking to come to Honda of Bemidji again. Thank you.

This is the second time we have purchased a CRV from Tom Westermann. His high level of integrity, professionalism and service is the reason we came back. We received top dollar for our trade in. As with our first purchase he has made himself available to us for any questions or concerns. Doing business with Honda of Bemidji has been a very positive experience.

I go here to get an hour change because its 1 of the cheaper places in Bemidji. But you get what you pay for. I often find myself standing around waiting for people in front of me at the desk. The employees not customers. They just sit there and act like you don't exist sometimes. I'm not sure why the guys doing stuff on the phone sit there. They never help customers trying to pay and leave.

Recently bought a vehicle here and was very clear that I wanted my Autostart removed from the old vehicle I traded in before it was auctioned off. Despite this, my car was auctioned off with it still installed. No compensation offered. Skip this place

Had a horrible experience with this center, would highly recommend to not use Honda of Bemidji. Bottom line they charged me $71 for a key that doesn t even start my vehicle! Unbelievable...

If I could give them a zero I would. Half these 5 rating are from the dealerships friends and family...I put my car in for repairs in February 2018. I did not see my car until December 2018. I had the worst customer service.. Never would I recommend this place unless you bring your MAGA hat with you..

Wasted almost 3 hours waiting at the dealership for them to fix my car. Couldn't get a loaner to go run any errands. Every time I have to bring my car into this place I get some kind of run around with lending me a vehicle. But at least they have stale popcorn and mints!

I had a slow leak in a tire. The fast lane guy there said they would look at it. I was there for 3 hours. It was just the rim.
