Excellent experience! They got me in right away for my windshield replacement at a very reasonable price with a short wait time! I would definitely recommend here for anyone, I found my new place for my glass repair! Thanks again guys!

Travis and the boys are amazing! 15 out of 10! From dealing with my insurance company to the immediate accommodation. Even left the place scoring some commercial glass cleaner, a notebook and a Darrell s auto glass pen to write referrals with! I have had glass claims before, but this was absolutely bar none the BEST service I have ever experienced!

Went there this morning to get a rock chip on the front windshield fixed for my sons GMC.The guys were super friendly, fast and efficient. They got me in and out of there in under 30 minutes and guaranteed their work.They are also very fair when it comes to pricing!I would recommend this place to anyone with Auto glass needs. :)Service: Auto windshield repair

Easy going and extremely friendly staff. Travis was super to work with and was very thorough in explaining whatever he was going about and answered any questions I had. When I got my vehicle back there was what sounded like a possible leak & he came to my place of employment, picked my car up himself, repaired the issue and returned it PLUS gave me a gift in apologies!! Fantastic service! Traveling cross-country and got a rock chip on route 2. Worried about spider cracks, so we stopped in to get it checked out. They structurally repaired our chip, cleaned all the bugs off the window, and had us back on our way in 30 minutes. The staff even gave us a history and wildlife lesson on the area while we waited!

The rear power window out of our Ford F150 shattered over Memorial weekend. The truck is used for work, and we panicked that we wouldn t get it fixed for days (especially with thunderstorms forecast off and on all week). Darrell s Glass was able to get us in on short notice and completed the Window replacement (plus fixed a rock chip on the front window) in record time. They did a fantastic job and we will recommend them to everyone in the Bemidji area. They are super friendly, professional, reasonably priced and offer great customer service (and they provided a few nice parting gifts too). My daughter is going to college at BSU and got a crack in her windshield. Travis was phenomenal to work with. We are 5 hours away and he helped us out with excellent communication, true compassion and understanding. Plus, he gave us an great deal on the windshield and got it installed the next day. I highly recommend Darrell's Auto Glass.

I don't recommend Darrell's Auto Glass they never showed up or kept the appointment we had scheduled on top of that I never received a phone call or anything to let me know they weren't going to make it or to reschedule

Had a rock hit windshield and the guys were on it the same day. Had car done and back within a couple days with bonus points for cleaning defrost ducts, vacuuming front, and windshield cleaned. This place is amazing! We are 550 miles from home when our windshield broke and found this place on google. He ordered the window and had it done by the next morning and even loaned us a vehicle to use while he was working on it. Not only was Travis super friendly, but also very reasonable. He could have taken advantage of us since he knew we were in a bind, but he didn't. Would definitely recommend!!

I went to Darrell's Auto Glass to get my wind shield replaced...they worked great with my insurance (State Farm), and Travis gave me a ride to and from work to pick up my car when they were done. Really top notch service, plus they vacuumed my car carpets, and dusted my dash! Highly recommended.

Traveling to New York our windshield was hit by a rock on Highway 2 coming in to Bemidji. We looked on Google for a glass repair shop and saw Darrell's. It was close and had a high review so we called. They said come right in. They immediately were able to repair the small chip with resin. Travis brought us coffee and we had a great chat with Matt! Thanks, you guys! In and out...30 minutes! Oh, yeah...and Travis brought us parting gifts!!! 5 Stars!

Best auto repair service I've received! Travis was Courteous, thorough and went the extra mile for me. They completed my windshield replacrment, coordinated the insurance claim, and took car of a few rust spots. A competitor said I should just sell the car because they didn't want to fix the little rust spots. Seriously, sell it with a broken windshield! Darrells has my loyalty.

Great group of guys too come and repair your windshield . Work performance was great , quality of work done was excellent . If there's ever a problem just call and these guys are on top of it I recommend Darrell's Auto Glass too everyone near Bemidji Minnesota !!!!!!

I only had to make one call, and took care of my windshield the next day. They picked up my van at work and dropped back off a few hours later, I didn't even notice it was gone! The work was excellent as well. Thank you!

This summer he did repair on our windshield. We were from out of state, end of day, we were late, and he waited for us and gave excellent service. We thanked him for waiting and he said, of course. You are a customer!

I got my front window replaced here because it was cracked. After about 3-4 weeks the rubber seal on the top of my window started coming off and it was flapping in the wind and air was whistling into my vehicle:( I brought it back (without an apt or a call) and without even asking my name apologized sincerely and came out to check it out. The guy littlerally stopped what he was doing to spend an hour resealing my window and when it was all done it looked great, he apologized again and then gave me a free $10 car wash! I was so impressed at how they handled the situation! I would highly recommend coming here. Job well done guys:)
