Excellent all-around experience. I was referred to City Auto by my insurance agent when I had a windshield that needed replacement. I requested replacement with the OEM part, which was on national back order from my car manufacturer. City Auto was able to locate the part without much delay, came to my home to install the windshield, and kept me informed about the status of my repair with calls and texts. I would recommend City Auto to anyone who needs glass work done.

Great service. They made it convenient and a pain free process to have the windshield replaced in my van all while I was at work. Highly recommend! CAG made my windshield replacement quick and easy! They worked with my insurance and then sent a very kind, efficient gentleman to my home to replace it a few days later. We will definitely be reaching out to them again to replace my husband's truck windshield as well!

Called the day scheduled to say he would be a little late due to a problem with another vehicle. Shortly after the call he arrived and did an excellent job with the new windshield replacement and recalibration. Fantastic service!!!

This is the second time we have used City Auto Glass. Once for a rock chip repair, the second time was for a windshield replacement. Experience was great, i got the same tech from my patch job to actually install the window. When it came time for installation i had someone watching my car while i was at work and they said Roman i believe his name is, was 5 star great!
