I bought my first Toyota from Chester Berg around 09. I ve since bought cars from them for everyone in my (once) growing family. They have been the lowest pressure sales people I ve ever dealt with, and bent over backwards for me when I wanted to buy a specific car I saw on the lot. In at least a dozen years, and seven cars, (outfitting kids) I ve only needed the Service Dept. twice, (cause Toyota) but they have always been helpful, and tried to work with scheduling. The work performed was always done properly. When I was gone working on the road, they helped my wife more than once, with the little things I wish I was there for. (Light bulb/wiper changes, but most importantly, treated her nicely.)We ve dealt with the body shop twice, one minor ($1000), one major, (10,0000). Eugene V. is absolute gold running that dept.. Guy has a career s worth of experience, and took care of everything with insurance. Plus, my truck came out so buffed and polished, it looked like they were going to put it on the lot.I know this is a Fanboy review, but they were a loyal, concerned vendor, before I became a loyal customer.

My only experience with CB Toyota is with the Collision Center. Once for a recall issue and another for a collision. Both times the work performed was acceptable and the service was excellent. Eugene V. was very helpful, honest and patient while walking us through the process. Eugene was responsive and polite and made the experience as pleasant as it could be.

Dan Evans was great to work with. Got a great vehicle at a great price.We have now have had our van serviced 3 times and their service is great as well. They are quick to get you in and quick to get out.

Came in to test drive a vehicle. I didn't care for what I drove but was looking at the possibility of a new highlander. The salesman seemed to think money was an issue or concern even though I expressed buying what I wanted was no concern. I was absolutely shocked when what would've been my trade (books out at easy 6k) wasn't worth them buying. Said no we think you will do better selling on your own. I said the name of a dealer down the street that offered me 3500. The salesman replied "well they must be pretty desperate." Again the vehicle I drove in with was my work vehicle. They didn't know that by profiling me by what I drove in was a mistake on their part. I would and will go out of my way to ensure my entire family/friends and even my mother in law don't spend one red cent with this business.

The people at Chester Berg Toyota really go above and beyond for their customers. I am in there often for routine maintenance, and have had body work done (dumb deer) and they have always been nothing but helpful! They make sure everything is done in a timely manner with little to no stress for me. AND ITS ALWAYS DONE CORRECTLY! Any time I am have been in the lobby waiting for an oil change, staff is always so friendly, making conversation, offering beverages, etc... I purchased a 2014 Toyota 4 Runner from them 2 years ago now and its the best purchase I have made! They were so willing to work with me! Family oriented group of people, and super professional. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Had to bring my corolla in for a recall fix. I recently changed to Minnesota plates and couldn t get my old plates off as the back was rusted and stripped and one of the front screws snapped from rusting too. I asked if they could just take a look and let me know how to fix. They got the back screws off and the snapped screw off as well as replaced all my screws with new ones for free. I was so happy and excited. Also, I completely forgot about my appointment and they were able to squeeze me in later in the day after I missed my first appointment. Just overall great experience with the service center. Thank you!!!!

I had a warranty on my frame which I was able to get replaced here. They shipped it from it if state and Logan from service was incredibly patient with me and was through in explaining my questions. I have a 2,000 road trip coming up and th mechanics made sure my truck was safe. Definitely recommend the service department!!

I purchased a used Corolla out of state before moving to Bemidji. In about 1 month from arriving the team here helped me save a fair amount on winter tires; provided me a courtesy ride to and from work when the appointment wouldn't fit my schedule; and when my battery died without warning down the road at closing time, they drove over, jumped the car, led me back to the dealership, and installed the warranty battery all in almost exactly 30 minutes and had me on my way. All-in-all I've had to count on them more than I ever would wish, but it's been so painless I haven't minded at all. Great service. 5-stars. Would break down again!

Service department gets a 3Front desk for service gets a 5I had expressed that my tires should be at a certain PSI located inside the door. The young gentleman noted that in the paperwork. Got my truck back with all 4 tires low in pressure. Ally took it upon herself to rectify this problem. She is just a front desk person, but wanted me to leave a happy customer without having to wait again so she filled up my tires herself. So thank you, Ally, for being a hardworking TEAM member.

On a very busy Monday morning the service crew...Eugene Vorderbruggen and company...still found time to replace our Prius rear brakes that were corroded, dragging, and getting very hot. They always do a super job servicing our 6-year old Beauty, and this emergency was no exception. We have always enjoyed and appreciated the prompt and polite service from the entire staff...and their new facility is wonderful!

Because good used cars with low mileage are in demand now, I called CB to see of they would like to buy back the 2009 Rav 4 that we bought from them 3 years ago. They said they would be interested and asked what we wanted for it. I said $9,000 and was told that was doeable. When we got there, they reneged on the doable by $1,000 less. I went to the bathroom and found both toilet paper rolls empty in the handicap stall dispenser. We are both listed as owners of the Rav 4 and I had to sign off on the title, but the check was made out only to my husband. I was not too pleased with the service.

I've always had good service at Chester Berg Toyota. I've made appointments ahead of time. They stick quite closely to their schedule, so you should arrive a little early. The waiting area has TV and a coffee bar.

As a senior citizen I would like to tell you how thankful I am for the good people at Chester Berg Toyota. Today as I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment my battery was dead. Opps guess I don t drive enough ! I called Chester Berg they came, picked up my car took it over to the dealership tested the battery called me with results of testing, had it back to me in record time. Am I thankful? You bet I am.Thanks Chester Berg Toyota

Grest customer service! They are very throrough in diagnosing the entire vehicle so i was aware of other problems with my vehicle. They gave me estimates and were able to fix my vehicle in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

Poor service. Brought my vehicle in for routine service and received it back with check engine and ABS light on. Tech said he would have someone look at it tomorrow and did not offer loaner vehicle so I could get home that evening.
