I used a credit card to just clean out my tires, then noticed that it charged me 10.00. Although the facility is nice and the bays are nice, I guess you should be warned thay if you uses a credit card you will automatically be charged 10$...so bring quarters.

Well I went to this car wash as usual and asked the attendants to make sure the front and back get scrubbed really good because we had road grime from going to Farge. Well they didn t clean the front and back. So I went back a couple of days later to get the car washed and when I told him about the car wash he told me I had to pay again for it and I said no you didn t get it clean the first time so he told me to back up out of the car wash so I started to then he said to pull forward so I did and the attendant sent me thru with just a rinse. Well my grill area and back of my car are still dirty $12 wasted GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! ZERO STARS SHOULD BE MY RATING

I've been there countless times and recently decided never again. It seems the young adult male with big loud trucks that in their minds must makie up for smaller anatomy, like to leave their trucks running the entire time they are on self service bays & rev their engines to deafening levels while attendants seem oblivious. This week I politely asked one young man if there was a reason his truck was running while he was washing it. His answer was; 'its a diesel engine & hard on the starter to shut it off''....... Then as he was pulling out & all of us in there were tasting his fumes he rev'd his engine 3x so we had to choke on the black clouds of exhaust before he exited. . I think he and the attendant were buddies . Also if you pay with a card & finish early it wil not let you stop your time. It's worth the drive to the other one South of lake Bemidji, it also stops the time & credits your card if you finish early

My car wash is always great here. Love that they pre spray all the bugs off before it goes into the automatic

I can't believe I haven't used this car wash before. I used to go to simonsons for 21 a wash and the ultimate wash here is only 12!!! My car was super dirty and in some spots still is where the salt was concentrated. That's my fault not theirs. Still very happy with how clean my car is! Thank you!

If you're like me and need to vacuum your car after the winter, the vacuums outside the chalet car wash don't work. They also didn't answer the phone when I called to ask about my quarters that I'll never get back.

I have frequently visited this establishment and usually the staff there is amazing and I make sure to tip. Lately the staff has made some changes and I feel like the car wash I choose is not what I get. I always get the ultimate because of the underbody wash x2. The last time I went I felt not all the jets were on and it wasn t the same wash. Back of my head tells me that maybe these guys are ringing up a basic and pocketing the $2 difference. How would I know the difference unless I got out and checked. There are no lights signaling what one I got. I really do like your wash (or did) but I feel like unless there is some way I can prove I am getting what I pay for I am going to have to switch and would suggest others to do the same.

Took my brand new truck with less than 300 miles on it to get it s first car wash here. I brought it there with not a scratch on it and it came out with scratches over the whole entire truck. Called them and they were extremely rude. Told me it s impossible that the scratches came from them and told me I was dumb. Definitely never coming here again. And would recommend you don t either

Normally they have heated water for the car wash, it wasn't hot abd made it difficult to get tree sap off my car

Pretty sure the timer on the coin operated washers are set shorter than real time. I set a stop watch to the time allotted per cycle and the washer ran out of time and I still had 40 seconds left on my stopwatch. Also, the "rinse" setting isn't straight water, it keeps just enough soap in the mixture that It requires you to rinse your vehicle 4 frickin cyxles to get all the soap off.

Never been to car wash with hanging tarps partitioning each wash stall. Kind of dark in there. On a cold day it can be hazy inside. One main entrance door. One main exit. Adjoining automatic car wash available

A little dark inside but nice self serv car wash clean inside power spray for the hose washing your vehicle and my truck really gets muddy real thick mud and they're sprayer gets it off quick!!

Self serve here is one of the best values in town. I can usually clean a small car within the 4 minute wash for $2.50,

The only place in town i would ever get my car washed!! Always stalls open for self serve washing and the lines for the automated washing are short!!

Great service in the automated wash! Attendants pre-clean with brush and wand prior to sending you through the soft touch wash.

Nice place to wash your vehicle and to hide from the wife, the cell signal gets blocked by all the concrete sometimes. I recommend! Lmao!

Asked for thim to spray inside of rims due to dirt build up gave them a 10 dollar tip n still had to go do it myself elsewhere and car still dirty
