Just had unmatched service from Ski, Dennis and Jake. Helped me figure out the parts for a blown up wheel bearing and even let me use some tools to prep my hub. These guys are seriously the best in town!!

This review is for the Carquest Parts Store on Washington Ave, not Skip's Auto Repair (Skip's is on the other side of town):I am very happy and pleased with the help I received. So happy that they had everything I needed in stock! The staff went above and beyond their duties to help me fix my car in their lot! Will come back here! Thank you to all the staff!

These guys have always been top notch and accommodating everytime I have gone there to get work done. Same day service usually and done in a timely manner. Always thoroughly impressed by the staff and mechanics there. These guys are solid.

We can't thank them enough for the awesome customer service we received on Sunday. We are very grateful for their help and their ability to find the problem with the tire very quickly and got us back on the road for the 3.5 hour drive home.

Knowledgeable and efficient. Very clean and offers a small sitting room as well as a table outside to wait at. Seems to be one of the trustworthy shops in the area. If my dad and I can t fix it i will only take my vehicles here!

Workers have always been honest and clear on what's going on with my vehicle, and if I don't understand, they take the time to explain. Have gone here for years with no major complaints.

We've been going to Carquest since they open the doors. Our son has worked here and we've been through three different vehicles in the time we spent bringing our cars here. I've only had a few snags along the way, but Skip and the boys are always there to make things right. Don't think I'll ever stop bringing my vehicles here.

They said it would 1/2 to 1 hour before it would be done for a oil change. It took them 20 minutes. So yeah I would recommend going there. I know I will.

This place has good customer service but they're rate for labor is way too expensivebut one good thing is they did say they will diagnose your vehicle for free no place in bemidji does that

Totally screwed me over. I had to pay 1200 for them to "fix" my vehicle for it to not help at all.I cannot believe I trusted them to "fix" my car.
