Bob and Jill were easy to work with. If you are avoiding that pushy used car salesman this is the place to go. They aren't push at all.We bought a SUV and sold a pickup on consignment and they helped us get more for our truck than expected and it sold in about 10 days. So overall we are pleased. If we are looking for another decent used vehicle that will be the first place we look in the future.

Awful, started out ok and seemed nice enough but I bought a car and went through 4 quarts of oil in 1 week and turns out it had a major oil leak and it was due to the oil pan or something really difficult to get to, I get it, it happens. They let me use a loner car until they could get it looked at. They did not keep me updated at all and I was constantly having to call them and check up on it and see if it was ready yet. I went to the place they were having it get looked at and a worker told me that Jill had told them that the person who bought it (me) would get their money back 5 MONTHS later I finally got a car, they wouldn t give me my money back, and they charged me basically the same (over 9 grand almost 10) for a car that had 20thousand more miles on it. No sorry or any kind of sympathy and the longer it went on the ruder and uncooperative she was. and it s currently falling part 5 months later

My family and I were last minute searching for a new car for me before winter hit. We were all very stressed about it- worried we'd have to drive out of town.. That is until I drove by Bob and Jill's and saw all the nice cars they had. The next day we went and looked, and there were two that caught our eye. I instantly fell in love with the car. They let me drive it several times, and were SO nice. Bob and Jill were understanding, patient, and just all around good people. It was a pleasure working with them and we would definitely go back. We got a great car for a great price. And I'm really happy! :)

We went to look at a $6k car listed as a non-smokers vehicle. As soon as we got in, it reeked like Swisher Sweets, those gross cherry cigarettes and was very dirty inside. The key fob only unlocked the drivers side door, even when pressed multiple times. The vehicle didn't start, which they said was normal for something sitting yet when they popped the hood to jump it, the mechanic guy said the battery was "new". But they jump started it and we went on the highway where the gas light came on immediately so we turned around & had to go right back. The windshield wipers did not work at all, which to me is the most basic of necessities & even that was neglected, and there was a lot more exterior damage than could be seen in the photos. Everything about the car screamed it has never been taken care of on the outside so why would the previous owner do regular oil changes/routine maintenance. They didn't have any maintenance records for it. Also every car we looked at had completely bald tires. Overall I had the worst gut feeling the entire experience so we walked away and went to a better dealership & got a carfax on the vehicle we're interested in. I would highly recommend getting at the very least a $40 carfax on any vehicle you're considering purchasing to save yourself from potentially wasting thousands of dollars.

I'm years late but I purchased a vehicle from here in 2017 and still have my vehicle til this very day. Bob and Jill were great. They made the entire process easy and customer service was outstanding. I'm definitely thinking about going back to get a new vehicle soon!!!

Great people! Willing to work with you and go the extra mile! Really helpful and was able to look into financing and getting me the info I needed. If you are buying a car, do your own research. If you are gonna spend thousands of dollars on something make sure you know what you are buying. You don't have any right to complain if you are too lazy to have the car looked at by a mechanic and ask for the vin check. Buying a used car always has a risk. Bob and Jill are solid people who run a good business.

Dropped my car off and didn t hear from them for a week after calling multiple times. They accused me of my phone not working because they missed all my calls. After I finally got in contact with them they said they were not able to fix my car. Waited a whole week without any contact/car just for them to tell me they couldn t do anything. Terrible service. Jill was vey rude. Would never recommend.

Bought a first car for my daughter last August. The owners are positive forthright people and it was a great experience. The car has been excellent. I trust them and that says a lot as used car dealers go!!

Just bought a beautiful Chrysler 300 from Bob & Jill's. It was everything (and more) than they said it was. I dealt mostly with Jill: She's very knowledgeable, efficient, honest---and charming! I'll be doing my car business (repairs, etc.) with them from now on!

Bob & Jill's Drive & Buy rates tops for being helpful to out-of-state buyers. Jill gave us such a helpful FaceTime virtual tour of the vehicle we had called about that we put a deposit down immediately. We got ourselves from Oregon to Bemidji the following week and completed the purchase. My wife & I were very happy with the whole transaction. Bob & Jill are great people and Shirley and I recommend them both very highly. We're very happy with our new, used Envoy XUV and had a great time driving it back to Oregon.

Bought a truck from them was told only half of the repairs done to it. Within 45 days major repairs needed to be done. They will do and say anything to sell you a vehicle. Avoid if at all possible.
