We went to Bemidji Sports Centre to purchase a side by side, or to order one if there were none available. We worked with Justin, and were so pleased! He is very knowledgeable about the ATVs they sell! We were very happy that they not only had what we were looking for, but they had it in the color we wanted! This is a fantastic location to get a quality four-wheeler, side-by-side as well as a few other things. The staff are knowledgeable and are decent people too. The variety is good and they also sell some decent used options. The store looks good and is a nice environment to check out vehicles you might want to buy. For potential buyers they let you test drive vehicles, which really helps with the decision process.

They're closed on Monday but guy working named Evan still unloaded my 18-wheeler. That means alot to us truckers thanks. Quick ez unloading

We ordered helmets and you Mackenzie was above the call of duty. She saved the first one under her desk until the other came I. Saved us an extra trip. Great place

Great store! Great family! Never had an issue with sales OR service. Always friendly-always prompt! Buy all of our motorized toys there. Rangers, motorcycles(little ones), Jetski, 4 wheelers. Always a good experience!!!

We have bought 2 for wheelers, one side by side an and a trailer from here. Items were great, the service on recalls and service just in general is awful. The service counter has lied in the past about service they have completed, and now we brought our side by side in for a recall, which they specifically told me in person, now they said no. I drove 80 miles for this service center, only because they are the only ones around. I m looking for another service company, and will only refer our customers to another place from now on. Service here is awful.

We drove 4 hours from home for some of the best customer service around! The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful, would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We where in search of a double trailer and Josh made the deal super smooth. Great place to work with. Only wish we could have bought our jet skis from them because of the location but like a lot of dealers they are hard to find right now.

Every now and then, you run across a company delivering a level of customer service that so far over the top that you feel compelled to call them out. That is the case with Bemidji Sports Centre in general, and with Rick C. specifically. Rick is a top notch technician who kept me in the loop every step of the way. Additionally, he was my voice to BRP when it came to securing service rebates - he made sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed. I felt like I had someone in my corner, and when it comes time to buy another machine, there is no doubt where I will be going. Service you can count on is important. Having my back earns you my loyalty. If you are in the market, you really need to check these guys out. Fair prices and stellar service after the sale. Huge fan!Dave Jansen

I just bought a used Arctic cat t570. I spoke with Brandon who I believe is a manager there. Good guy and decent salesman. We agreed on a price I could work with. He told me over the phone that he will have the shop fill it up and do a last minute service on it before I pick up the next day. Upon picking it up and bringing it home we lost parts of the hood on the highway because it wasn't put back together completely. Then when I went to unload it there wasn't enough fuel in the machine to get it started and back it off the trailer. The oil was also extremely low. The diamond drive also hasn't been serviced since June of 2016. It's November of 2017. Very disappointed in these guys for my first time ever going through a dealer.

Everyone I worked with here was amazing. I called at noon on a Saturday looking for a jet ski they didn't have in stock. To my surprise, they were the only dealer I talked to that not only sourced the jet ski I wanted from somewhere else, but also stayed late to set it up so I could be on the water that evening. Absolutely phenomenal experience dealing with everyone. Great customer service and a desire to go above and beyond. Can't thank them enough. And the jet ski is great as well.

Have been purchasing here for years. Motorcycles, quads, and a sxs. Along with a fair amount of accessories and maintenance supplies. I won t go anywhere else. The people here are knowledgeable. They truly care about you and your experience. Well-run.

About a half a dozen employees were busy talking on the phone so after ten minutes I left. I'm considering buying a new Can-Am Spyder somewhere.Thanks for contacting me after my review. I do feel that Bemidji Sports Centre is a good place to do business. I was just frustrated about not being acknowledged in any way while walking around the showroom.

I called Rick in service on Friday regarding our Polaris four wheeler not starting. He sent a guy on Saturday, picked it up, fixed item and returned it the same day! Outstanding! What great service..... we will never go to Walker Polaris and are committed to Bemidji Sports Center. Thanks!!!

I went in there yesterday for the first time to see and inquire about an entry level bike such as a Honda Rebel 500. I walked through the motorcycles checking features and prices for close to 20 minutes. I even addressed a question about an odometer directly to a younger woman with a baseball cap and camouflage blouse. She turned and walked awaylike I was invisible. I looked around for an additional 10 minutes, then left repeating under my breath, They absolutely do not give a ****. I have been waiting to go there for 3 months to look for my first bike. I just retired and want to learn to ride. The place looks nice, lots of inventory, great location. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere. ?????????????????

Dropped off bike tires and had changed. Was late in the day, ( closing time ). So had to pick up next day. I'm getting closer to getting old Indian back in the wind. All the new features of new location left me wishing I had more time to brows around.

Sure glad that I bought my Pioneer here, 100 miles from my house rather than locally!!! Service has been friendly, supportive , and excellent, and no $750 destination charges like another dealer when I bought the machine new!!

On a road trip from Florida to west coast. Suffered a fork leak on my 2003 VTX1800. Called from 100 miles away late Friday afternoon. These folks had the seals in stock and called a customer with a Saturday morning appointment and asked if he would allow us to have his spot. He agreed. We stayed in Bemidji that night, was at the dealership at 8:30 on Saturday, and out by 11. Pricing was reasonable, service was outstanding! I absolutely recommend this business!

On a recent snowmobile trip one person in our group's snowmobile broke down. We took it to Bemidji Sports Centre and had an outstanding experience!!! The sled was under factory warranty, they were abe to get us right in and had Arctic Cat overnight the parts. Dropped off just before closing on Monday, diagnosed Tuesday, repaired and back on the trail Wednesday Noon. We could not have asked for better service. The service manager did an excellent job of communicating with us. Keep up the good work and thank you again
