Everyone is so helpful and if they don t have an answer they ll find it. Seems like a great team that s dedicated to customer satisfaction. Definitely my go-to for batteries, and just about everything for my car.

I called the store around 10 thinking the hours had possibly changed because I saw the lights on and store manager in there so I called the phone and she picked up saying the store is closed all she was doing was sitting on her phone at the register so I was a bit confused on why she was there after finding out the store was closed. It was the funny looking lady with blond and bad green hair dye.

Went in to get a timing chain tool and the kid behind the counter said there was no such thing. I worked at AutoZone and ran the commercial department and I can guarantee that there is such a tool. This store needs to either train better or hire people with some knowledge of vehicle parts and components

Everything went perfectly! Guy named Jesi came out and changed my battery free of charge without a hesitation. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

I was passing through town and needed a different tow hitch in order to pull my pop-up camper in a level position. It seem like the staff here were distracted, and when I asked one of them if anybody in the store towed things, I was told no . I could pretty much tell it wasn t going to be helped, but he briefly went through the motions before telling me he couldn t help me. I asked for a different guy to help me, but that fell flat. I told the guy I would look for a different store, and he was satisfied with that.I went to the Auto Value store down the street and had a great experience. They didn t have the exact thing I needed, so one of their staff took me into the shop and worked with me to assemble what I needed. He spent an hour or so helping me, and I would recommend the Auto Value store down the block.

The employees that were working were more interested in talking to each other and eating than to help. I asked where something was and the 1 looked at the other and that one told me the isle number and turned away. They were behind the counter in the parts isle talking and laughing. I wasn't happy.

Not one employee knows anything about a vehicle. They also have employees changing starters and alternators in the parking lot not to mention the parking lot looks like a place for burnout contests. As for management who is the manager when there are 4 people in grey and only 1 person in red.

The First time I bought a part was Good. The Part fixed and saved me time and gas money.Recently I Purchased a New Part (Ball Joint) over the Fone. I went to pick it up the next day to be told the sold my purchased AutoZone part. This isn't the first time but this was Disrespectful and alarming.

I come here for all my essentials. Today I went to get a bulb for my low beam because I realized it went out & one for my high beam. they then asked me if I needed them installed, so they did it free of charge I was super happy because I thought I was going to have to do it myself lol

A good place for miscellaneous car stuffs. The staff is as helpful as can be and are usually knowledgeable. They charged my frozen battery and let us borrow their tools to take it in and out. They come out into the cold of winter to check your car out (for simple things) which is great.

Went into AutoZone for a battery that was on hold, the manager rang it up and I asked for a price match to other local part stores in the area. The manager could not do anything for me, then after this she continued to talk down to me but I had no choice but to buy the battery at this point because they were the only business with it. The first charge was 153.28 after tax then the manager said something needed to be fixed with the checkout process and then it rang up a second time at 164.67. I looked at the manager and said this is not right. The manager had then fixed it after I called them on the mysterious "charges". Needless to say the battery was returned within 10 minutes because of being treated in a rude fashion as I am there for a service. Please learn from my experience and take your business elsewhere. Being a new business and all in Bemidji, you'd think they would do anything to help customers but they are RUDE at AutoZone. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Zero stars!

I gave it a 3 stars because they are usually pretty good but last time I needed parts I called them 7 times and nobody ever answered the phone, o'Reilly did first ring so they got my money

Ordered and paid for a part in store that I needed as soon as possible. I was told that I would recieve a call when it came in the next day, I waited for almost the whole day before calling them to ask about the part, I had to call 3 times before someone actually answered the phone. When someone finally answered the phone they said that the part wasn t delivered yet but would be the following day. I went into the store the following evening to pick up my part and they still didn t have it and didn t know when they would recieve it. I cancelled my order and took my business elsewhere. Will not be returning to Autozone.

Usually my first stop when I'm working on a car. The staff are friendly and most of them are knowledgeable. It seems like most of the people that work here are car enthusiasts, and got the job to support their hobbies.

Web page told me both items I needed were in-stock and available for pick up and when I got there I was told they don't carry one of the items and would have to order the other one.I

Great selection of car care items and good customer service. Keep an eye on the sale items, they may not ring up correctly. Overall its a good place to get items for your vehicle!

We stopped in yesterday with a dead battery. We were unsure if our problem was the battery or alternator. Amy suggested that he give us a charged battery to use to bring the car in so she could test the alternator. We came back with the car and found that it was not the alternator. Amy saved us a bunch of time and helped us determine the correct action. Thank you!

I got pulled over by a Beltrami County Deputy for a headlight out on a 2005 Subaru Forester. My visit to your shop ended with me having two brand new headlamps, installed, when the outside temperature was minus 8 with one heck of a wind-chill. This young man had to remove a part of the car in the way in order to give me two brand new headlights while I pondered your store in warmth. Plus, I got 10% off for being a veteran. Kudos, kudos, kudos.....you people are clearly part of the solution, NOT part of the problem. I don't remember his name, but the transaction took place today in your Bemidji shop. My battery died on thd 4th of July and this place was open. They had the battery I needed and installed it promptly. Friendly service and clean. I will use them again.

I was being waited and they didn't have what I was looking for then before I could check on another part the guy just walked off to help another customer so I went to O'Reillys and got what I wanted. Never going there again!!!!

Terrible customer service at this location. Employee brushed off questions about merchandise. Then walked right past me as I was having difficulty installing it without offering any help.
