I've been going to AutoValue for years, and they are a great part store here in town. They almost always get it right when it comes to customer service, and the store manager Kevin is a great guy.They have a decent selection in the store for parts and accessories, despite it's small size. I've found in the past that their prices are fair compared to some places in town. And lastly I'd say this is in one of the more convenient locations in town.Overall great store, would recommend.

Excellent service by Mike and Charlie and of course, Don. Customer had his Pomeranian in the store and all the staff were super friendly with it. These guys know their stuff, they don't ask you if your transmission is an automatic or a manual when you're buying wiper blades. Plus they give you good prices if you're nice enough.

Please read this whole review to make your choice for auto parts. The auto parts store down the street from Auto Value was of no help with a simple request for a raised tow hitch that would tow my pop-up camper level. The staff there mostly ignored me, and when I asked one of them if any of them towed things, I got a rude no from him. I eventually asked for a different staff to help me, and that request fell flat. I told him I was going to a different parts store, and the guy said good .Auto Value was a block down the street, and I was helped immediately upon entering the store. I can t remember the guy s name that helped me, but he was born around 1960 in Grand Marais Minnesota, which is my old neighborhood. He found the parts I needed and worked with me in the shop to put together a tow hitch that worked. It was very enjoyable working with him, and I can t say enough good about the service I received there. I was traveling through the area, and he treated me like a repeat customer!

Been going here since I got my first vehicle in 2010. Prices are usually the lowest around.Awesome & fast customer service. Never feel ignored, overlooked, or unwelcome here like I have at other parts stores.I usually know what I'm looking for when I visit, but if they see me struggling to locate something they'll come find it for me quicker. Also, have never had a problem with their parts. Will keep coming here for all my vehicle needs.

The staff was amazingly helpful and very gracious. We were able to make the rest of our trip home after the alternator went out on our vacation. Definitely will visit again.

The older gentleman was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I might have caught him on a bad day, but I just drive right by now. There are plenty of other parts options in town.

when ever I've gotten a part or shopped around for a part they have the highest prices They're good in a pinch if you NEED a part NOW and every where else is out of the part you need. Other wise I would go else where and save the 20-30 dollars (yes they very that much)

About the only place around who will do simple machine shop work for reasonable prices. Pressing bearing and the like.

Staff new mostly what they were talking about. They had a brake line tool no one else had, so part availability gets then extra in my book.
