Massive selection, all available in store (purchase & walk out ready). Knowledgeable staff quick to assess the situation, & offer up suggestions for possible tool combinations for any job. Only the highest quality, name brand, tried & true, tools available on the market...Yeah, you want Acme.

This is not true. Can't get anyone to remove handling charge. Will purchase at another retailer.Due to the size or weight of this item, it has a handling charge associated with it for delivered orders. This does not apply to in-store pick up orders in most instances. Please confirm with a sales associate. The handling charge is a per item charge and will be applied during the checkout process regardless of Free Shipping message or other freight charges.

Recently purchased a Kubota Tractor from Nate & Josh. These two guys are the BEST! Financing, Paperwork & Delivery could not have gone smoother. i have purchased quite few tools, generators & equipment from ACME in Bemidji and along with my recent Tractor purchase they are the BEST. I highly recommend ACME Bemidji!!!!

The staff at Acme Tool, Bemidji are outstanding! They are always very helpful with any tool questions I've ever brought in - and the tool selection is immense! If you are looking at Milwaukee or DeWalt check them out for the best selection in town! They also have a great sales staff for the Kubota line of equipment!

Greg in service was extremely helpful and got me out of there in about 30 minutes. Small fix (loose bolts) but it was my first zero turn and I didn't want it to today turn into something major. Thanks Greg

I absolutely love buying my tools here. If there's a warranty repair, they do it in-house instead of needing to send it 1,500 miles away like home depot.Also, home depot leaves you high and dry, but not acme, they're give you a loaner of whatever tool is broken, so you can keep working.They've also fixed tools I've purchased elsewhere for a reasonable price. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

I'm in the trades. I buy all my tools at Acme because the staff understands my expectations of the tools I buy. I also have them repair and maintain all my small engines. I don't bring them there and expect the fastest service(they are busy and I understand that). But what I do get is quality work done on my equipment. I rent my lifts through them also and have had nothing but great service from the rental department. My first stop is always Acme.

Got a pull behind mower fixed after sitting in outside for many years. Mower started up better than ever after a reasonable repair cost. Service received was exceptional. Scott walked me through the entire repair process and I was always aware of the progress. Thanks to entire staff.

Tom in Sales. Thank you For all the help with the sale of my new machine, quickly finding the extra attachments for my new SVL75-2..Jackie in financing was there every step of the way also. Got a Stihl saw during the July storms a few years ago and have visited since. One of the last stores around that employs people who have a good working knowledge of what they're selling. Not to mention they'll also take care of their customers.

For a place called acme tools they sure are coming up short I was looking for a t55 bit they did not have anything of that size I found it at O'Reilly's in Cass lake. That's where I will be going from now on for tools. And parts needs.

I brought in a mower I bought less than three months ago. (Acme supposedly does the warranty service for my mower maker. The told me to take it there.) I waited over two weeks to have the mower looked at. Then I was told the mower is broken beyond repair, that the block is cracked. This is not a warranty repair because I must have broken it. And then I was charged over $20 for the cost of determining that my mower could not be repaired. As hard as the loss of the mower was, I could understand that. But the $20 charge was just amazing to me under these circumstances.

I brought a planer and told them the reset switch might be faulty. Upon "inspection" it was determined the motor was bad and needed to be replaced. $300 and A few months later the planer stops working. I brought planer back in with note about reset switch. Upon "inspection" another new motor was needed. I had enough and fixed it myself.. needless to say it was the reset switch and now works perfectly.

They were supposed to call me with a quote prior to doing any work. That didn't happen. I only received a text telling me the work was completed. I wouldn't have had the work done at that price for what needed done for what my machine is worth anymore. I was not happy.

Here you can find almost any tool you can imagine, plus a few you never knew existed. It's easy to spend a couple hours here looking at all the cool stuff. The people working there were nice, and knew all about the things they sell.

Rented lifts from ACME from out of state. These guys are the best. Very professional. Informed us of potential problem at site and they were correct. Service was great and equipment worked perfectly.

They usually have everything you need but the lady who works in the parts department should not be working in that area. I have called multiple times trying to have her find parts. Some difficult to find, but many extremely easy. Took 20 minutes to find the nuts that hold the bar on the chainsaw...

Service was terrible. I have bought equipment, tools,from the minot and bemidji locatuons. This was the second time i was treated badly from this bemidgi location, there will not be a 3rd time. They lost my account in minot and Bemidji.

I walk in a minute after they closed drove an hour and haft to get there. They let me and I got what I needed. The manager was a nice man too. Very help full.
