Called in late to get my daughter's car towed, he said it was no problem and he'd get it taken care of. The next morning, I had him tow it to my friends specialty shop a few towns away. Did everything exactly how he promised. Very nice guy to deal with, especially in an unfortunate situation.

Ken really came through for me yesterday, as I ran out of gas on 169 S on way to work. I found the price for him to come out and refuel my vehicle to be extremely reasonable and I was back on the road in just a few minutes. Highly recommend (his business, not running out of gas).

Got into an accident on the way to pick up a friend, car was totalled. He arrived an hour before authorities and helped keep us calm, very professional. Had a great attitude for having to wait in the heat with us for an hour, was great to talk to. Dude deserves the world and definitely earned my respect.

We were in Minnesota from Wyoming (10 hrs away) and our front differential started leaking. The day we needed to head home with our kids. No one else even tried to get us in to look or help. John s mobile not only got us in but also got our vehicle fixed the same day! We made it home safe and sound the next day and for a great price also ! Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done!Service: Auto maintenance

Needed a tow because AAA, after three nervewracking calls, never sent a truck. Searched and found John's Mobil. Ken answered right away. He arranged to tow the vehicle to his station that night, and to our designated shop the next morning. He said, "relax, go home and get a good night's sleep" which we needed. Fair pricing. Highly dependable. Would definitely recommend.

Very great service! Waited 2 hours during a very busy snow storm! Car wouldn t start due to starter and Mr. Kenneth Tietz himself made sure me and my car got home safely! And warm!! Ruby the dog was the best part, you should be blessed if they help you out! Most definitely would recommend to anybody in southern metro!

Really grateful for Mr.Keneth my family and I had an accident about a month ago, he was one of the first to arrive on scene from the moment he got there he never left our side making sure we were all good. He also helped us load up our truck after we were able to go back to Belle Plaine to pick it up. Overall just really thankful to him and for his service.

Weather and roads were terrible and ended up sliding into a ditch. After unsuccessfully contacting AAA, spoke with the local police department and they called Ken at John's Mobil Service. Ken pulled us out within 45 minutes of contacting him and he was slammed that night with calls! Also found out another couple had been in the ditch for over 5 hours waiting for AAA service and when the police called AAA, they said they didn't have anyone to send out! Glad we didn't try to wait for AAA! Ken was great and we were so happy to get out of the ditch and back on the road. Would highly recommend him and John's Mobil Service!

DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I used them to tow my truck and they charged over $500 to tow less then a mile and after I got my vehicle back from them I had realized they stole my fathers very valuable coins from under my passenger seat. They are thief s and rip offs. If I could give negative stars I d give them all.

John's Mobile Towing got my car safely towed to the dealership this Sunday afternoon. They kept me informed of their progress (as I was no longer with the vehicle) and sent me a picture of the car once it safely arrived at its destination. Awesome job!Service: BatteryService: Battery

Avoid at all cost. My experience at John s mobile was a poor one to say the least. Spoke with Ken and described my issue of hearing a squeaky front wheel on my vehicle with then was told that they would be able to take a look at it the next day. Three days later, I received a call telling me that it would be $2000 in repairs and that he also did not have time to make the repairs (???why are you a mechanic dude?) . Upon picking up my vehicle later that afternoon I received a bill for $150.00 , $90 to look at the vehicle and 60 to scan the vehicle, which can be done for free at AutoZone. They also did not give me a receipt or any list of repairs needed. I highly doubt they even looked at my vehicle. Please avoid these shady mechanics! It will cost you at least $150 for them to NOT look at your vehicle

I ve been to this mechanic shop twice with outstanding customer service! if you need something fixed for a good rate and don t have time to fix it. I highly recommend. I have to say I was very pleased with the work that both ken and matt did today 6/19/19 on my car to get it back to making it safe. I am very pleased with their work will be going back to them for any further repairs that may need to be done to my car. If you need car repairs to be done go to johns mobile he will never tell you something needs to be fixed if it truly didn't need to be he's very honest about the car repairs.

John's Towing was the one bright spot in a horrible day. The owner, Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. First, he made me feel comfortable on the drive to the auto body shop and distracted me from my car accident. After he dropped off my car he told me he would bill the shop directly so it would all be covered by my insurance and I would have no out of pocket expense. He then told me he would call the shop the next morning (it was a Sunday and it was closed) to give them my information so I wouldn't have to do it. As if that wasn't enough, he gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to call someone to come get me from the shop.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Ken helped us out today. After helping us deal with AAA all day long, he came during the heart of the blizzard to rescue our vehicle. I will never be going to anyone else after this experience. Thank you Ken!!

I went to pick up my car yesterday from a company the towed my car from John's. I'm not sure who towed the car but there is damage to the vehicle. That's ok, things happen. I'll fix the damage. What is not ok is the missing fuel, tools and money a nice sized cup of chang? The socket to change my tires. The fuel filler neck is messed up. I had just got gas a few (less than 5) miles before the car was towed. The tank is empty? A cup of change? And tools is what really disappointed me. Talk about kicking a man when he is down. I also make a living with tools they are my livelihood. They also put food on my table. I do not recommend this shop to anyone unless you really want to have a bad day. WTH?

Several months ago I had them replace the wheel bearing on my 2002 Saturn SL1. I wanted some time to go by to make sure that they had done a quality job, which they had done for sure. The wheel bearing on my Saturn is the press in style so they had to pull everything apart Press out the old bearing and press in the new bearing. Here we are several months later and I'm still extremely satisfied with the work they had done. Not only was it faster than expected, it was fsr less expensive than anyone else.

Things got super weird when he started talking to my 3yo asking her "Is mommy naughty?" "I bet mama's naughty..." "Does mommy have secrets?" Completley gross and unprofessional. Debating now if its worth going back.Couple days later, 2 new lights on. EPC AND MY BATTERY LIGHT. Not very happy.Service: Oil change

I have never been there but I had to get some information with one of the servicemen there and he was very polite very nice so again my experience was only audio and it wasn't actually at the location but nice people
