I went in after their change in ownership, was told they lost all my info, very rude customer service almost seemed like they didn t know what was going on, Becker collision used to give out rental cars, Gerber does not. Couldn t give me estimate on wait time, very very poor place to bring car in

Great experience at this multi-faceted shop! Great work. Great people. Very accommodating and friendly. My vehicle looks like new after a large collision loss and shop took care of everything - including a loaner car! I had hail damage on my pickup from a spring storm. I got a estimate along with the time-line on getting it in for repairs. They were up front & honest on how busy they were & did get my truck in the shop the date they set for me. The repair results were excellent, my truck looks new! They were great people to work with, from the office to the shop.

Becker collision is great! Very friendly staff and they got my car in immediately for a flat tire. Attendant had my tire fixed within 30 minutes at a great price! Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

I Have been to a lot of auto body shops to have repairs done. I will say this has been the best experience. The quality of the repairs is top notch. I felt when I walked in was greeted warmly and not just another job. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to have any repair done. I had two windshields replaced by this shop as well. No wind noise No leaks....Great job to Rick and his crew on great work who take pride in what they do. Thank You Dallas Kouril From Big Lake.

Great customer service! Fast work and well done. They provided me with a loaner car while they had mine in the shop and it was done earlier than planned. Highly recommend.

Professionals! Rick and his guys know what they are doing, my car came back looking better than the day I bought it, fast too! Plus they do oil changes and are very quick on those as well! Stop by if you have a ding, or dent or if you just need an oil change.

Becker Collision did a great job! Rick and his team were very friendly and did a great job fixing my Lincoln MKS after a deer incident. I highly recommend them!!

Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, had a weird issue with wind getting coming in to my car and the staff at BC&G were able to solve it same day. Will definitely be doing more business in the future!

They do way more than collision and glass! They do all minor auto work including oil changes, brakes, tires, starters, batteries, alternators, AC, heating & more, and are very helpful!
