Great service and they had everything I needed for my F250 diesel oil change.Only thing they need to update is their extremely outdated recommendation to change oil every 3,000 miles. I realize they make more money by recommending 3,000, but this oil change will actually last 15,000 miles.

Absolutely trash!!! I paid good money for a full service oil change.... they never checked my tire pressure and they did not grease my ball joint or tierod ends..... sweet I should have went somewhere that cared about there job!!!

We came here for years. Well today was the last time. We got there one car in each bay and one each Great we will have a short wait. Waited 40 minutes and bay one had 3 cars go through we were STILL waiting for them to finish one that is in front of us... they started having cars behind us go to bay one. Like what the heck well it hit 55 minutes and 4 cars through the other bay we left. Don't think I will be going back there...Service: Oil change

We came in for an oil change and they told us that they'd be happy to change the oil but we weren't quite at the recommended miles yet. They checked all the fluids and told us to come back in another thousand miles. Wonderful service as always.

They didn't check my radiator level an I had to have a new water pump installed. It cost me 550.00 dollars.

I stopped in about two months ago for an oil change. The tech on duty showed me that my trans fluid looked a bit burned and warm of transmission issues it indicated. I ended up taking it my machanic and confirmed that it was indeed going out. We ended up replacing the trans. His alertness prevented me from getting stranded as my job takes me deep into rural territory. Thank you team at the Baxter store

No matter where I live or where I travel VIOC has always been my reliable "go to place". The Brainerd VIOC is very dependable. My vehicles have been going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for over 35 years and have always had very good service with excellent auto results/performance. They have been very progressive in keeping up with the times and ever-changing consumer auto needs. Their prices are fair and reasonable.

I called to see if my truck tires could be filled to 80#, I was told that I should just bring in truck and they took care of my truck tires all for free and with a smile. No pressure to change my oil, just good service. This is why I drive over from Aitkin to get my oil changed when it's time to do so. Great people.

The employees here are super friendly and know what To do in any situation they helped me get my oil filter on when I had no way of doing it unless I had the tool they used and they were such a great help then Even put a new filter on free or charge this place is great

Always fast service. Most times they check your tire air pressure and all your fluid levels, and lights. The last time I was there just the tires, lights, and final oil level checked. No other fluids checked.. Has this changed?

I usually change my own oil, but when the temps drop I go to Valvoline because I can stay in the car and the staff is always friendly. If you get on their email list they will send you discount codes which is great. They will pull vehicle in for you if you are to nervous to drive it in.

Was on holiday for 3 weeks travelling around US when the oil light came on saying that the car needed oil change immediately. Brought it into valvoline this morning and oil changed in 20 minutes. Excellent professional service. Thanks to all. Highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience at this business today. I park my car, taking my briefcase out so I can walk to my office close by, and walk into the business. An employee immediately comes out and starts saying not interested and we don't want what you're selling?! I tell him that I was there for an oil change and walk out. This was a bizarre and unprofessional way to treat someone walking into the business.
