I was so impressed by the work they did. Was having so many troubles with my vehicle and they pin pointed the problems right away! Would highly recommend going here they will get the job done! Knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

Went there with a free oil change coupon. $50 later they said power steering leaking needs $1000+ in repairs. I had it in to Goodyear yesterday for a stabilizer bar & they said everything else was good???? To top it off I got home & went to check the power steering fluid level & the cap was stuck on and very dirty, my fingers were black, so obviously they never even checked it. Who tells someone you're leaking fluid & doesn't even check the level for you? The level was BTW fine.

I would never bring another vehicle here for any reason, but if you want a perfectly good vehicle to never drive again, give them a chance! Brought my vehicle in to get the brakes fixed. Dropped it off with them for a few hours only to get a call saying that they had broken something off in the engine crank shaft and needed to "pry it out" and order the new piece which would take a day or two. They insisted on charging me to replace the part THEY broke. Then they told me they changed the oil because they noticed it was due for an oil change. They never asked if I wanted it done or okay'd the cost before doing it, but proceeded to charge me for it anyway. Two days later when the brakes were finally supposed to be fixed they called me to come pay and pick up the vehicle. Almost $2000 later I got in, started it, and noticed the check engine light was on. It had never been on prior to bringing my vehicle to tires plus. I notified them of the issue and they did nothing. Eventually I gave up and drove my vehicle home (planning to have someone else look at it later), only to find out that the brakes that took multiple days to "fix" still didn't work so I had no way of stopping the vehicle other than coasting to a stop. And it gets worse. As soon as my vehicle was sitting in my driveway (it was now making a strange noise and has smoke coming from under the hood and the exhaust) went to check the oil they supposedly "changed". Well, there was no oil in it. Absolutely none. There didn't appear to be a leak, but I put some oil in it to verify that it wasn't leaking, and sure enough there was no oil leak. They just drained the oil and never put any back in the vehicle. I called them to inform them of the oil situation and that the brakes still didn't work. They denied everything and told me that they had test drove the vehicle after fixing the brakes and there was nothing wrong with them and that the vehicle was fine to drive. After sharing my horror story of working with this place with other people, I found out that they have done the same things to other people before. After being driven only a short distance with no oil in the vehicle, the engine is shot, leaving it undriveable. Not only that, but they left me with no brakes which could have led to a horrible accident, and they refuse to take any responsibility for what happened. If I could give negative stars for this review, I definitely would. Don't make the mistake I made and trust tires plus to fix anything. They just make a bad situation worse.

We took in our Santa Fe for an alignment. The invoice says that they check the suspension of the vehicle, but they missed that the left front tire rod end was worn out (and since this affects the alignment, our alignment wouldn't have lasted very long). So while they did perform the alignment, I wouldn't trust them to actually look for potential issues with a vehicle in order to inform the customer and upsell services.

Would not recommend. Not good with giving updates, had to call before closing after leaving my vehicle with them all day. Didn't get my car back for an extended period of time because mechanical mistakes were made.

I was looking for a new honest mechanic after mine retired. Happened to have a possible leak and swung in on a whim, squeezed me in and after thoroughly checking the tire, found nothing and charged me nothing. So I decided to use them again for some brake work. While checking my car found out my tires were badly worn from lateral lifts. New tires and repairs set me back more than I wanted, but happy they found the cause of future dmg. And they found a noise in my front end nobody could! Finally just the other day had leak, called at 645 am expecting to leave message and drop off my car, and someone answered and they squeezed me in again! Jeremy and Brad really care about your car and you.

Took my daughters car here for a simple exhaust repair they tried to tell me it needed complete replacement. And would be $1,400 bucks. Absolutely ridiculous got it fixed at integrity for $100.

I was working away from home and they were VERY helpful and even brought me to work to get my vehicle done. Called with concerns and updates. Extremely thankful for all they did! Highly recommend!!!

Found out that after spending $850 on four new tires there, one of the employees called the police on me for taking a shot of fireball and going to the bar next door while I waited for my tires to be switched out. After taking the breathalyzer test and only blowing 0.033 law enforcement took me to have my blood drawn because they didn't understand why it was so low. That ended up being .01. I definitely would not recommend this location after spending $850 and their staff calling the police on me for killing time at the bar. Unbelievable.

AWESOME service. I was prepared to buy a new set of tires today (thought I needed them). I was pleasantly surprised by a phone call from J. stating that new tires were not yet needed. He patched the old one and informed me I was good to go! My bill went from an expected $367 to under $40. I will remain a loyal customer to this business for their honesty and trustworthiness!!

Called in for an appointment at the Baxter location on a whim really not expecting to get an appointment at all that day or possibly the next..they said bring it in and we ll get you in sometime today. I was pleasantly surprised even more so when I was half way through my breakfast next door at the 371 dinner when they call and said your truck is ready! Wow that s small town service, thank you guys! They had me in and out in 45 minutes. Great staff and location!

no update the entire time went in for alignment took way to long then any other shop. Counter guys were on phones and iPad watching espn guys in the shop were standing around everytime I looked and weren t working. the alignments still off too. Terrible experience won t go back

We blew a tire on our boat trailer on a Saturday and Jeremy did not hesitate to help us out. He got us a new tire and sent us on our way in 5 minutes. Having 3 kids with us.. this could have been very stressful, but this was such a breeze. Highly recommend!!!

I am super excited that Tires Plus finally came to Baxter. I was a customer at the Rogers location when I lived in that area and would still go to that location when visiting family the last few years I have been up in the lakes area, and I loved how honest and great the people were in Rogers and the service they provided and not once did my Jeep come out of the shop with more issues then it had when I brought it in, which was HUGE for me! So I gave the Tires Plus up here a shot with an oil change and their customer service was great, I was very pleased with the staff, I'm just hoping they continue to provide great service and can be my new location I bring my vehicle to consistently. Keep up the great work!

I've never had an issue with Tires Plus until I went to the Baxter location.My Power Steering went out on my vehicle so I brought it in, I told them to CALL ME and inform me of the problem before doing any work (they didn't), I called them and found out that the work had been "completed" and it would be $100-$150. Arrived after work to a $175 bill ($160 of that was in labor costs) just for the Power Steering to go out again 3 days later. When I called them to inform them of the issue I got a bad attitude. I brought it into a local shop and it took them less than an hour to find the problem: Tires Plus had installed a VAPOR HOSE instead of a fluid hose. The local shop fixed Tires Plus' mistake for half the cost and, luckily, this mishap didn't cause further damage my vehicle.The only saving grace for Tires Plus is they offered to refund me the $175, but this was only after I had told them I had physical evidence of their mistake and 3 mechanics willing to back me up. This Tires Plus will not receive my business again.

Just had a new battery install. But they were quick. Did a great job. Friendly staff. But don't tell them they are smart it might go to their heads ha ha ha

I was in Baxter earlier this week for work. When I got into town, I realized my headlight was out. I was told by someone that it seemed like it was just loose. But it went out again the next day. On Wednesday evening I had to make the 2 hour drive back home, so I needed to get it taken care of.I stopped at Tires Plus right as they were opening and they were able to get my car right in. Once they determined the bulb was blown, a call was made over to Napa next door. They were able to get the new bulb and install it, no problem. I made it to work on time , and back home safely later that night!You were awesome! Thanks again!

Incredibly nice staff, very quick with my repairs, very affordable, and did a wonderful job repairing my car. If you have any problems with your car I would highly suggest that you go to them for help.
