Best car buying experience I have ever had in 50 years! It started with Kori the front sales associate who when I walked in and told her I m just wanting to test drive a Honda hybrid and leave, as my wife and I are still doing research on the make of hybrid we want to purchase. Kori made a copy of my drives license and handed me the keys. Once we decided the make and model, we wanted to purchase I called Kori and she transferred me to Zach one of their salesman. I picked out the car I wanted over the phone, and Zach gave me the price. I then shopped around the whole state and Mills Honda beat even the Twin Cities dealers on price. Both, Zach our salesman and JD the finance manager, never pressured us. They even suggested we wait a couple days to lease our 2024 CR-V Hybrid Touring until after the new months lease rates came out and saved us money on the monthly payment. Lastly, as we went to walk out of JD the finance manager s door and JD commented we made your first payment . My wife and I both commented they had our best interest in mind.

Very happy with my vehicle purchase! As a quality control manager, I thought Hunter was professional, personable and helpful! I see him being successful in the sales industry! I would definitely recommend asking for Hunter for your next car purchase!

This review is for our Sales Consultant Hunter. He is newer to this store, but he is already going above and beyond. My family had our Honda Pilot blow a motor and we were forced to look for a replacement. We were in a time crunch and we found a SUV on Mills website, with no pictures. I made a call to the store and was greeted by the Sales Assistant at about 2 in the afternoon. She stated Hunter was with another Client, but she could get things started and have Hunter call me back. The SUV was not on the lot yet. Hunter called me back and said it wont be available until tomorrow. Finding out we were in a pinch, Hunter stayed late, and had a 3rd party detail company stay late so we could at least see it. We ended up buying it the next day. If it was not for Hunter, we would have looked elsewhere since we needed a vehicle. He may be new, but his customer service is among the best. Thank you Hunter!!!

Made an appointment for today Saturday to get my headlight changed out I asked if they could do both because when one goes the other isn t far behind. They got me in right away to my check in time got both done and the tech did it super fast and Tyler was an awesome advisor. Thanks guys for the service. Best experience I ve had with a shop . Jason is polite and well informed. He got us a great deal, and was fast to answer all of are questions. When the paper work was taking a bit to get through, he offered to let us eat lunch on his desk. Very pleased will go again, highly recommend Jason! JD was organized, and straight to the point. Very friendly and informative, didn t use big works to trip us up got right to the point. Very pleased, and happy with my new vehicle.

Every light was coming on so I stopped by the dealership. The guy took my keys and came back 20 minutes later and said it was fixed-no charge. I guess my battery cable was corroded and he just cleaned it. No problems since. I was so grateful. Honest, great, caring, knowledgeable staff!!!

Great experience, coming from someone in the industry. Kevin did a great job handling the sales side, great communication, and zero issues.Kayla handled the finance end of things and crushed it! I was able to handle my end remotely and my daughter stopped and signed on way home from school for the holiday.Great experience all around, highly recommend. Special kudos to Kayla as we both do the same job and handled it like a champ!

Once again (4th Honda from Mills), I am extremely happy with my purchase of a new vehicle at Mills Honda! The Sales Team is awesome! Michael Horton was wonderful to work with and answered all of my many questions about the vehicle. Followed up by JD Berns who made sure I understood all the details of the financial end of the sale. We have been trying to get in contact with someone for trade value to buy a forester. No one has called back for two days. Out of the office, manager is busy, he s out to lunch, etc. we have never worked so hard to buy a car, salesmen s name is Michael.

Just bought a 2019 Honda Pilot, the salesperson I worked with, Joe Erickson, was excellent, very kind, respectful, and answered all my questions. He even helped me pair my phone, and he went the extra mile to go pick up my mom from our house so she could co-sign for me. Highly recommend this place!

I highly suggest finding a different company. I purchased a Ram truck from them and traded in my Ram.Here are the biggest reasons I don't suggest them. First off, they told me I couldnt come until 1pm to see the truck bc it had to go through their shop, even though they had the truck for 3 weeks already. Secondly, when I drove out of the floor room after writing them a check for he truck, I heard a distinct noise coming from the truck. I stopped on three occasions in their parking lot. It's the exhaust gasket needing to be replaced. The truck comes with a 30 day 1,000 mile warranty from the state then they include an unlimited powertrain warranty. I had a wrestling tournament to prepare for that night, so I had to leave. Late that night, I found out that the speedometer and RPM dash lights dim when I brake or accelerate.I contacted them less than 24 hours from when I purchased it, but no one contacted me back. They were sent videos by email of the issues. The truck was bought on a Friday, I didn't get a hold of someone until Monday afternoon. They said to drop it off Tuesday and they will give me a loaner car. They were told that I need my truck by Friday night to drive to work. They said that would not be a problem. I called them Friday late in the morning and they said they just pulled it into the garage.I'll fast forward to yesterday, I called them and they said that they are unable to repair it at their shop. I have to make an appointment with another shop they deal with in 3 WEEKS to have them fix the problem. I am to pick uo my truck and drive it until it can be brought in to be fixed.My ram valued at about $10k from KBB to trade in. I provided the info to them. They originally were only going to give $7k, but raised it to only $8k. Currently, they are selling it for $13k.

Just had the worst new car buying experience possible. Ordered new car in May. Absolutely zero communications from the salesman or anyone at dealership. After 5 months where I was assured the car was coming, now after questioning them, they tell me they never place the order. How do you not communicate that with us sometime within the 5 months we have been waiting for our car. We will never deal with Mills Honda again. Look elsewhere before you deal with them.

Will never buy a vehicle from this place they delivered my car late on a Monday afternoon when we tried to go for a drive the engine was making noise we call right away I don t them I would just like to get my money back and the manager to the salesman there are no returns pretty sure Minnesota has a 3 day lemon law but apparently that doesn t apply to them I guess they took are vehicle to have the problem fixed not only is the engine noise still there and now the windshield is broken and they couldn t even put a ten dollar front license plate holder on the vehicle

Yikes. Now, I get that the car industry has changed, car salesmen don t need to sell like they used to. Even so, there is a basic standard of customer service that you d expect from any business. This place did not even come close to meeting that standard. There was a car I was interested in that I saw online so I called about it. The salesman sent me info, I called back the next businesses day right away in the morning to let them know I wanted to put a deposit down. No call back. It s highly competitive out there, so I called again. Left a second message. I called a third time, no response or call back. So we moved on, found a different dealership and car to proceed with. 10 days later, the salesman calls me and says good news, your car is here. Huh? You re kidding me right? I left you three messages and you ghosted me. Again, I know they don t need me as a customer today, but your treatment burned the bridge going forward now. It s just common courtesy.

Extremely dishonest sales, requested a purchase agreement to bring my own financing to buy a car and was told by the salesman he was writing it up. He asked for copies of our drivers license and insurance which I sent to him. I kept receiving text messages saying "sorry I was with a customer". Then told intermittently over the next two hours that he was waiting for the sales manager who is very busy to approve it. He literally promised me he would get it to me ASAP.FOUR hours later I contacted the dealership manager and while waiting for him to return my call suddenly receive a text by the salesman telling me it was just sold to someone else BUT if it falls through he will let me know.They literally wasted over 4 hours of my day and told me 20 minutes before closing.They lost a sale, I took my business to Dave Syverson and bought a new 2023 car there. Very happy with their service.

All I can say is JUST WOW! Absolutely worth the hours drive down to Brainerd! I don t think I d be able to adequately express my exceptional experience with BJ, Taylor, and Jackson. After moving back home its been a struggle to find anyone with knowledge on newer Acura products. Acura, being a Honda product, and my desire to keep most repairs above oil-change level completed by Honda techs, using Honda parts doesn t provide me with a plethora of options. From my very first encounter several days ago, to the work currently being performed, I have been treated like a long time customer. The staff has even been very accomodating and sensitive toward some health issues I am experiencing. Mills Honda really sets the bar high for other dealerships!

My cousin visiting from out of state has some electrical recalls needing to be fixed so she stopped in over 2 weeks ago and made an appointment for today Sept. 19. She arrived at her appointment time only to be told she had missed her appointment which was supposedly on the 12th. Very dishonest and shady along with rude customer service.

Yesterday, June 12, 2023 I brought my Honda Accord in for service arriving just before 8am. I told the service tech I would be in the waiting area while they worked on my car. At 10:50 am, the service advisor called and left a message at my home phone in Maple Grove to tell me that my car was done while I was 35 feet from his desk! He lost track of who I was and when I asked about my car around noon, he said they were still working on it. At around 2 pm, he came into the waiting area to tell me my car was done, so I sat and waited for 3 extra hours, when my car had been done at 11am! Bad service to say the least.

Buying experience was awesome, afterward has been nothing but a train wreck. Trying to get a recall done through mills group and I m pretty sure they got rid of my parts (old parts required for recall, gone now???) I was told they would contact me to get it done and I was never reached.
