Had an emergency repair that needed to be done on my vehicle. They got it into their shop and fixed the problem right away. I was very impressed with their service and their communication with me. Will be going back to them in the future for sure.

Excellent service. I couldn t be happier. The bill was less than other places I ve gone in town for an oil change and even less than I was expecting. If you haven t already, give Legacy Automotive a shot!

Legacy always treats me well, takes care of my Prius, and does it quickly and for a reasonable price. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly!The staff there will take care of you, and they've taken care of me. That's why they have my repeat business.

I ve been taking my 2009 Mercedes Benz GL450 to Legacy Automotive for service. I am extremely pleased. If you own a foreign import vehicle and live in the Brainerd Lakes area, you know how difficult it is to find a reputable auto service company that will work on your vehicle and then do great work at a fair price. I can only imagine how much the metro MB dealers would have charged me for the repairs.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!, We brought a truck there to fix the blend door actuator when dropped off there was no air bag light on the dash. Upon picking the truck up after they replaced the blend door actuator they charged us $1,371.86 just to find out the air bag light is now on. When we got the truck back to our dealership we noticed the parking brake release handle wasn't mounted correctly and contacted legacy automotive about the air bag light and the owner acted extremely rude & disrespectful & told us to bring it back but we are not bringing it back after we found out there was all kinds of bolts missing in the dash, air bag sensor wasn't even hooked up, steering shaft was barely tightened causing the steering wheel to lock, the heater wasn't plugged in. Needless to say we weren't going to bring it back after we found out everything they wrecked on the truck. We will be telling everyone we know how shady this shop is they have absolutely no quality control & very disrespectful & unprofessional people.

I have used Legacy Automotive for numerous auto needs and they are always knowledgeable. I bring all my vehicles to them and they recently helped with our neighbors truck.
