I live in Minneapolis my parents live up here and I will go no where else. Two years ago I came here to get a remote starter put into my car it was a great experience the first year I had questions about it and without hesitation lakes audio employees answered all my questions. Last month I got a new car and brought in my old car to get the remote starter taken out, without questions or delay lakes audio got it taken out and they held the hardware. Thursday I brought the new car in and I picked it up yesterday, everything works great!!Thanks lakes audioI will not go anywhere else, the service I have received is top notch

Excellent customer service and willing to travel to the boat and work on it on my lift. Cabin is an hour and a half from their shop, so this service is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Lakes audio.

Stopped in to have our remote start looked at, less than 10 minutes and. $30 in stock part and we were on our way. Great customer service!!

great customer service. I was trying to do a simply after market stereo install on my own. I ran into a problem since my vehicle has a factory amplifier built in. when i called them to find out rates, they actually gave me a few suggestions to try first. I did what they said and it worked. It shows they care about the customer, if i ever need professional service done I'm going to them.

Thee best customer service in the Lakes area. I won't go anywhere else when it come to Audio, radio and remote car starters. time and time again, any issue I have, they make sure it is handled. They have a customer for life in me. I have been doing business with Dan and the crew for years. Truly top notch

Called 3 different places around Brainerd and nobody could install window tint due to it being winter. These guys got me in the SAME DAY and I had my tint done 3 hours later. Awesome experience and quality work. Thanks again!

They just opened up a new shop and WOW! The place is great with a broad selection of car audio, video and accessories, like remote car starters.Dan St. Hilaire is a magician when it comes to installation, you'd never know he did anything - so neat and clean!The prices and turnaround time are great too.

just had an aftermarket radio replaced with another aftermarket radio...gps, bluetooth, camera...the whole thing....in 2006 mustang.....i was very particular andthey did an outstanding job! very professional and all turned out great.i couldn't believe how much work it takes to do such a task...;no waycould i have done it. very pleased indeed.rick j beeezy point

I had a problem with my car audio and they fixed it in a very timely manner for a good cost. They were very kind and made sure all my needs were met. Will be going back :)
