I worked with Josh to purchase a vehicle that fit our family as we had to get rid of one of our cars since it was too small and we re due for another. He was very kind, attentive and easy to talk to and work with. I wont hesitate to come back in the future if I need another vehicle!

I just purchased a vehicle last Friday. I've been looking for a couple weeks, and out of all of the dealers I've went to this was the first time I wasn't met with a pushy sales person. Gage was patient with me, respected that I wanted some time to think about the purchase, and answered any questions I had. Thank you for the new car!

My wife and I had boughtA 2013 ford F150 from lakes area auto solution about a month ago on a trade in. And so far it has been a great truck for us! It was a great and quick experience as well with the owner Josh. Who was very willing to work with us on a trade in of a vehicle that needed work and just wasn t right for our family. He got us in a truck that was better suited to our needs. And he was very patient with us even though we had our two young kids with us (4year old and 6month old) the truck itself has been great. Maybe a few minor things to repair in due time. But that s to be expected with a used vehicle. It was overall a great, fast, easy and pleasant experience buying a car from here. Would highly recommend. An honest car salesman can be hard to come buy. But I genuinely feel we found one here with josh and his team at lakes area auto solutions.

Jeff the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally blamed my mechanic boyfriend who use to even work there for the owner for my car getting a nail in it in our driveway that wasn't even in my tire and I don't park in his garage where he works on vehicles. I've never saw a car dealer be so disrespectful when a car had a problem after just buying it. I'm glad our friend said his cars were overpriced. I won't ever buy another car there or ever have my vehicle fixed there again. He even had the nerve to be mad I had to answer phone calls after missing appts due to my tire needing to be fixed at my doctor's appointment. Irs really too bad because his son gave us actually very respectful, personable and not pushy at all. He was very polite to me and my boyfriend in purchasing the car. Obviously when he needed to be gone to care for his family his dad decided to be rude to his customers. He doesn't set a very good standard for a family business or for his son. Very disappointing as a family run business. I would not recommend any single parents come here because you will be treated disrespectful. Also, if you have a family member whose a mechanic they will treat them like they are stupid at least the owner Jeff does.

Very nice guys, very flexible and joyful, talkative and kind guys as usual midwestern people. Quickly unloaded, easy in and out but it would be better to come late at night or very early in the morning bc it s very busy spot of Valvorine oil change place and Casey s store.

We purchased a golf cart. Josh was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the golf cart. He was very personable without any of the pushy salesman feeling. My husband called ahead of time to let Josh know we were coming with our kids and he made the purchase transaction process VERY fast. I would highly recommend this place!

This dealership was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a trade. They not only worked within our budget, they gave us a great value for our trade. Once we got our golf cart that we wanted so badly, we found the brakes didn't work right. They came same day and got it and returned it on a Saturday morning!!! Thank you to the driver who was so kind and to the business that actually cares about customer safety and satisfaction. I would highly recommend going here if you want the best buying experience.

I purchased a truck from here for roughly $16,000 in the beginning I had noticed the vehicle stalled and died I brought it back to auto solutions to have them look at it and they let me know it was an issue with the cam phasers and timing. They proposed to either give me $500 and I would "own the problem" or I could pay them $700 to do a "bypass". So I paid the $700 which in theory should have fixed the issue. After I had gotten the vehicle back from them I drove it home and the tensioner pulley fell off of the truck and was laying on the ground after I had started it to warm up, the mechanic they had out sourced it to never even bolted the pulley back down. So i had to bring it in a SECOND time to get that problem fixed. Well, a little over a year later I'm now faced with an $,8000 mechanic bill because my truck required a whole new engine due to the issues they had claimed to fix. The mechanic I brought it to stated they had sold me a lemon and that this wasn't the first vehicle they've dealt with from them.Save yourself your money and your sanity do not purchase from here.

We just bought a truck from here. What a great experience. Test drove it, signed papers, out the door in 45 minutes. Never had a better experience. The truck was exactly what was stated in the ad. Great truck and great price. We will be coming back for our next vehicle!

I bought a car from them, they told me that the oil was just changed and everything would be good for a while. They lied because my car almost broke down because the oil hadn t been changed in 2 years :( my car also started making weird noises a few weeks after I got it, and everything in the car doesn t work. The mirror fell off the second we pulled away from the dealership and the glove box fell completely out too. This is my first car and I was looking for someone trustworthy. The guy here promised he was the right person to come to and that he would help me find the best car for me that he could. But in reality this guy just wanted my money and doesn t care if I m stuck on the side of the road and out thousands of dollars.

Hello,I purchased a used 2007 Ford Explorer from Auto Solutions in Baxter in May of 2021.I didnt drive it more than 7 months and my engine blew. It requires a newhead gasket to be installed as mine is blown.I called the owners of the dealership and they basically ignored my husband and I when asking if they could assist us.So now, my 2007 Ford Explorer sits in storage until I can afford to get a new motor or have this one fixed.I realize I purchasd the vehicle as used with no warranty, but I still paid over $5k for the vehicle and they should stand behind their business or at least meet us with some sort of viable solution.I would strongly not recommend Auto Solutions to anyone for any new or used vehicle, unless they are willing to correct this problem.

Jake was awesome. Shopped around lots of different dealers Jake was the best he helped out working on a payment that worked for me. He wasn't a pushy salesmen at all very knowledgeable and nice. There's a reason I came back to buy from him. Would highly highly recommend him and auto solutions any time to anyone.

We were looking at a 2006 Jeep from them. They drove it to us-- about 2.5 hours away to look at it and see if we wanted to purchase it. We loved the vehicle and bought it, but we had a problem with it about 3.5 weeks later. They didn't have to help us. But they did anyway and worked to make it right immediately. I don't post reviews often, but their customer service was fantastic! You can buy any vehicle from anywhere. You don't get excellent customer service with people willing to legitimately work with you everywhere though. Their customer service made the difference for us. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.

Just bought a vehicle at Lakes Area Auto Solutions 10/27/22. Took it home and noticed a problem. I told Jake what was wrong and he said to bring it in. His on site service station repaired it without charge on 11/1/22. I told him he went above and beyond my expectations, you know As-Is, No Warranty. I will be back.

I was near the end of my rope looking for a new car. Then I went into Lakes Area Auto Solutions and by golly. Josh breathed new life into my car search with honesty and transparency. He went above and beyond my expectations as a used car salesman. He was very kind and most importantly. During my entire time looking at a car I felt ZERO pressure from him to purchase the car. Jake and Josh have done a tremendous job taking care of everything I ve needed since purchasing my vehicle from them and they re both kind, straight forward people! You really can t go wrong going through them!

I don't know looked at a car that they were selling didn't say there was anything wrong with it till my brother pointed out that there had been oil spraying out of some area in the engine so we left. He however did buy a car there months earlier and apparently is happy with it though it was expensive.

My 1st avalanche was totalled by a drunk driver Lakes area auto solutions searched to find me another avalanche! Josh n Jake and their team are awesome! I had a new truck within 30 days of my accident! I highly recommend lakes area auto solutions!

My daughter got a $7200 lemon that within 6 months was going to need $6100 in repairs. Took a major hit with no help from dealership. Ironic, they didn't even include a spare tire when we checked on a trade. Thank you St Cloud Suburu for her new Outback and helping us right side this mess. Never again will we purchace from this dealership!!!

I bought a 2014 equinox today from this place I had troubles getting approved for loans at other dealers a while back then I decided to come here and they got me approved! I dealt with Jake hands down the best service I definitely will be returning for another vehichle! Thank you guys so much!!!

Might want to adjust your store hours. 5pm listed isn't 4:40. I got off work and pulled in your lot at 4:35. The employee left at 4:40. I could have used some help.
