I bought my Highlander on November 25. My experience was positive from when I entered the building until I drove off the lot with my new vehicle. The amount of time it took for the transaction was more than reasonable. Damon Kelsey was professional, attentive, and respectful of my time and concerns. He kept me updated on the delivery status and called me as soon as it arrived. Damon explained and demonstrated the features of my Highlander and helped me pair my phone before I left. I will buy again from Lake Country Toyota in the future.

HEAR ME OUT.. We always seek the salesperson willing to go the extra mile. But, what about the salesperson willing to go the extra 408 miles? Cally, literally went 408 miles. I don't mean, they contracted a car hauler to bring me a truck. I mean, She, Cally, got in the truck I wanted and drove it to Grand Forks ND from Baxter MN to bring me this truck and get some ink on paper.My family(military )relocated from Texas then, Mississippi and now North Dakota. One vehicle is enroute via freight (which we were going to sell) and we have one vehicle here.. used during the day on a Mil installation. I started browsing online and ended up finding a Tacoma in Baxter MN that was a better deal than what I could get in Grand Forks and Fargo. So I started by calling and getting in touch with Cally. She is very professional, diligent and, friendly . The only real issue was, being that we have JUST moved here (3 days prior to the phone call) identity verification was an issue. I can't make that drive as our other vehicle is in transit and we have kids. So, no-go.. sadly for a 3.5 hour journey on a week day. Except, They worked out an arrangement for Cally to deliver this vehicle to me. This is COMPLETELY UNHEARD OF for me and my wife. In Texas we had to pay 1000$ out of pocket for vehicle delivery. Mississippi? Nope. She arrived, came in amongst the chaos of our half unpacked house and kids acting like hoodlums got a couple signatures and she was on her way.These are some really bang up people. Give Cally a shot, she's a winner and an awesome salesperson. Totally happy. Amidst the chaos of a cross country move, she made it happen for us. A big thank you to her, 10/10 would recommend. Well done guys, I'm impressed

Cory Wellman(Salesman), Dan(New Car Sales Manager) and Bob(Business Manager) were all great to deal with as always. Cory is very knowledgeable, honest and transparent and during the process. In January 2023, I stopped at Lake Country Toyota to put in my request with Dan DeShane for a 2023 Toyota Prius XLE AWD in SuperSonic Red. I checked in with Dan every few weeks. It was going to be a long wait. In the fall I moved to Florida, but still continuing to checking in with him. The local dealers in Jacksonville were no help even chuckling at my request.In October, I flew to Brainerd to pick up my wife's 2010 Prius. Just before I was about to leave, Dan called with news that the car I wanted was on its way from Japan. Shayla Kelps was assigned to work with me on the shipment and delivery of the car. She kept me updated on the progress and made sure I provided all the documentation for taking delivery and to title this vehicle in Florida. I flew back to Brainerd, met with Shayla who took me through a get to know your Prius session making sure I was connected with my phone for the drive back to Florida.A day later I managed to delete my internet connection with Toyota. I came back to Lake Country and since Shayla was off that day, Cally Kempenich offered to help me restore the connection. Plus expanded on other features and setups. Thanks to Cally I was ready for my long trek back to Florida.There were two accessories left off the car at the point of entry. The service department got these parts in an overnight shipment, installed them the next day and made sure the catalytic converter shield was also installed.This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Lake Country. They have serviced my 2007 4Runner and 2010 Prius for the past 10 years. I tend to keep care for 12+ years. Great service department and great sales group. You can't go wrong.

After contacting 8 or so Toyota dealers near me to find a GR86, i got the same response from each one wanting a deposit to get put on a waiting list and before they would even help search for the exact trim/color i wanted. I expanded my search and found one on their website that wasn't available but Kole helped search for the exact trim and color i was looking for, all without "requiring" a deposit to even search. I'm glad i found these guys and was worth the drive as i was about 100 miles from their location, would recommend them again for anyone looking, especially Kole, he took the time to get it right and was helpful throughout the whole process with constant updates on delivery information. When the car came in i was in and out pretty quick with no pressure from their team. i have been in and out of many dealers over the years and this is the way they should all operate.Look up Kole Gifferson-Woodwick, he was great to work with!

I would love to give this dealership a 5 star rating because we love our Highlander and the service they have provided since we bought it new. The problem is when we bought our vehicle part of the deal was car washes for as long as we owned it. Lake Country has decided, for financial reasons, to get rid of public access to their car wash, reneging on their obligation to provide car washes to those who got life time washes as part of their package. I had a long conversation with the general manager to remind him of their obligation regardless of their reasons for making washes off limits. Shirking responsibility is a widespread problem throughout business and being less than straightforward is too. A product should be as described and promised. It isn't a matter of convenience, it is a matter of honesty. I will say he did make an offer to make things right but I wasn't interested in the few washes I would miss out on. I want businesses to hold themselves responsible for their obligations. Avoid making promises and failing to keep them. Avoid being misleading.

We purchased our minivan through these guys in 2022 unfortunately, after having an accident involving a deer, we found out that a major part of the engine cradle had been sheared off, which was not in result to the incident. Long story short, we had no one to hold accountable since the damage was most likely prior to purchasing the vehicle and was not an area that would have been visible during the inspection upon arrival at their dealership. After receiving a large estimate to fix the vehicle, we contacted Lake Country and spoke with Mark, the manager, and dealt quite a bit with Tyler the service manager. They were both so great! They put time and effort into many conversations going back-and-forth, and after all was said and done they offered to pay a portion of the bill to help relieve some of the burden. We were so grateful for their time and generosity. Wonderful company to do business with

I had a great experience working with Lake Country Toyota to get a hard-to-find AWD Prius. I had looked high and low for a car that was available and eventually ended up looking out of state. As luck would have it, I ended up finding a car through Cally at Lake Country. Cally was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, even with the complexities of an out-of-state transaction. She kept me up to date on the transport and cheerfully answered all my questions. By the time the car arrived, Cally had worked with Bob (the business manager) to arrange title and licensing for my state, and the entire paperwork process was completed in about 20 minutes. Then, Cally sat down with me and made sure I knew about all the new instrumentation and I was off. So easy and pleasant.When I had first spoken to Cally about traveling to pick up the car, she said that she would give me a "warm Minnesota welcome" and she truly lived up to that promise.

I've used Lake Country Toyota for my last two trucks and have had a great experience both times. The entire staff is welcoming and not pressuring.I've worked with Cory Wellman both times as well. He has always been upfront with me on pricing and details. I provided him with the truck I was looking for and and he had one available within the week. He also took the time to go thru new features and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left.I recommend Cory and Lake Country Toyota for your next Toyota!

Their parts department is nothing more than a joke. Once they sold me a NAPA oil filter in a Toyota box and another time an oil filter without the o-rings their excuse was a tech must of used the parts in the box and put it back on the shelf. All within the last year. They also charge $10/quart when other dealerships charge $5-6/quart. Needless to say I won t be coming back here. Shady business practices.

Very happy with my new car purchase from Lake Country Toyota, excellent customer service from Sales Consultant Cally Kempenich where she help us from the first day until the car delivered and keeping us updated about when the car will arrive and all options we have. Love my new Toyota Corolla Cross and would definitely recommend and do business with them again!

I recently purchased a used 4Runner from Walser in Bloomington and it had some issues with the wheel shaking at high speeds that didn t get caught on the dealership s inspection before I purchased it. Lake Country Toyota got me in for an appointment, completed an alignment, and balanced and rotated the tires so that it drives good as new. My service representative was super helpful and made the experience a breeze. He was really great to work with. You can tell Lake Country takes care of their customers and wants them to have a good experience buying and driving their vehicles.

We were "just looking" on Saturday.Shayla knew the inventory, new and used, and answered our questions without being pushy.We ended up purchasing a '24 Rav 4 Woodland Edition. Shayla helped set up the pairing of a phone etc.We are happy with our experience and will refer our friends to Shayla when they are ready to buy.

My sales person Brian Salisbury is the best. He is just chill and no pressure. He returns texts and emails immediately. This is the second brand new SUV I have bought through Brian in 2 years. So disappointed in my recent service appointment. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and within a hour it was done. Unfortunately they didn t rotate my tires like they claimed. I know this because a few weeks ago I had a flat tire and the place that fixed it marked it with an x.. The tire was in the same place after they claimed they did the rotation. The service rep. Jordaan is the one that said they were completed. Make sure you mark your tires to know if the service you went there for was actually done. Who knows if they even did the oil change?? Do better Toyota! We pay a lot of money for your vehicles and expect better service!

I bought a new 2023 Toyota Camry from Kole on March 23. I was in need of a new car (old one was totalled on March 17). I met Kole that Friday. He found me a Camry that met my needs. He was greatly energetic. He was attentive to what I needed. There was no pressure that I had to buy. I will surely find him when I need to buy again.
