Somewhat of a decent experience until the end, where the salesman tried to pull one. I was ready to buy the following day, but I was told they would only honor sale price that night. I was told that the finance guy made an error, and gave me an extra 1000 off. Salesman could hardly talk his way out of it. Waste of an hour of my time. I'd rather go to St. Cloud Hyundai then go back to my local dealer.

Setting up the appointment using the website was not easy so I decided to call. Tate was great. I was able to drop off the truck earlier after hours and they fit in the repair two days earlier.I really like that they wash the vehicle after. However, the dust cover on my hitch is missing. This has happened twice before and you d think I d remember to remove it at drop off but it s just not something you think about. Not sure if there s a way to have it returned or replaced.

Brought my van in for blower motor going out and I get an attitude from Taylor before I even say anything, when I get my van back they can't even put it back together correctly and I'm still having issues with the blower motor. This isn't the first time they've dropped the ball on service. The service people treat you like an annoyance

My experience was good and bad. I will never work or deal with Brian Borg he literally hadMe in tears. The boss I believe Tyler was very polite listened and respectful.

Purchased a 2015 truck last April. It was the worst, and most expensive decision in myLife. First the tires were found to have plugs in them 1,000 dollars for tire replacement. Then the battery went 172.00 dollars for new battery. Truck was still not running right so put new plugs in 120.00 dollars. Then the starter went out had to replace 720.00 dollars. Then the transmission went out 6300.00 dollars. Then the service department promised a warranty for the truck. So I had it towed from another garage to the dealership 97.00 dollars. Then service department tells me about four other things wrong. That I do not remember having any problems . Told me if IDidn t get those fixed an additional 2000.00 dollars on top of the 6300.00 I would get no warranty. The biggest mistake was purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I went paid forMy transmission and I had peace of mind knowing IWill never ever have to walk into this dealership again. Nothing but a bunch of criminals. I am telling friends, family, co workers to never step foot into this dealership.

Laci Sweet (sales person) helped pick out our car and was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to understand our needs and match us to several options that would work for us. I d suggest asking for her help if you want to browse and not feel pressured at all. Would recommend working with Laci and Dondelinger for new and used options. We went with used and are very happy! Thank you!

Just had my starter replaced with service. They took care of everything with my extended warranty as far as getting paid and parts. I know shops are always super busy, I got my truck back way sooner than expected. I got my truck back clean and in full working order. Thank you!

Dondelinger in Baxter Minnesota is amazing!! This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them and everytime has been an awesome experience! Our salesman, Matt, is great! He met us at the door and knew exactly what we were looking for. He never left us, staying late on a Saturday to make sure we had complete knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. I highly recommend Matt and Dondelinger Baxter to any and all who are looking for a seamless, perfect auto buying experience!!

I understand there is a auto strike and that delayed getting the part. When I arrived to have the service completed the clerk seems to not know what I was there for. I had to call at the end of the day to see of the day to see if my car was ready for pick up. When I picked up my car they said they had replaced the faulty part and washed my car and it was ready for me.When I found my car on the side lot. Yes it was fixed --- check engine light off--- but they had not washed the car as they had promised.Very poor follow though and follow up.

Exceptionally personable, exceptionally candid and honest. They put a number of vehicles on their lot that were being sold wholesale but with the Carfax on them, and the vehicles were going to be auctioned off. Todd Derosier was extremely candid with me about the pluses and minuses. Aaron did very well also and was extremely professional. Neither of them talked down to me nor did they act like they were kissing up to me either. A+. Thanks again.

Very helpful has nice vehicles let us test drive and be undecisive for a bit but we re patient they were helpful with the paperwork, did take a bit long there in general.

Everyone was nice. Ben went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we were there and answered any questions we had. He made the buying process easy and took a lot of the stress away. No one was pushy to sell us something we didnt want. We will be back again.

When I arrived, my service advisor told me that the repairs I needed would likely take several hours. I had planned to wait for my vehicle so he offered to have a shuttle driver give me a ride to a local restaurant so that I could get something to eat and not have to sit in the waiting area for so long. This was a very nice and much appreciated guesture.

Tate was excellent to work with. He under promised and over performed. Kept me informed as things happened or changed. The system of notifications worked excellent, my first experience with text messages from a service repair shop. Seemed to be very efficient. Thanks for the great service

Dan Deshane, Billy, and Matt were great to work with. I've worked in the dealer world for a long time being an Automotive Instructor. 2 things that this dealer is doing a exceptional job of: growing employees from within (very much needed in this industry to stay sustainable), and selling cars at a discount before they go to auction. Dan didn't withhold any information about the vehicle I asked for, even though he easily could have. Billy wasn't pushing warranties, or any other F&I upsells that I obviously didn't want. When I came to pickup the truck, Dan was out gassing a vehicle and Billy was with customers. Matt was obviously anxious about me waiting, and went out of his way to make me comfortable and process my paperwork so I didn't have to wait. Overall great experience, for a person whom is obviously critical of dealership behavior.

I recently moved to northern MN with a brand new Suburban and needed a dealership to do my initial 7500 mile service - which the car, my email and the app on my phone were begging me to do as my mileage got closer to the magic number. Dondelinger was busy that day - but honest and transparent about it - but still got me in and out in about half the time they predicted. I will be back when it's time for future service!

I've had nothing but Great Customer Service from Dondelinger in Brainerd. I worked with Taylor to buy my truck and had great service and an overall Great Experience. Corey did an excellent Job in the finance dept. and explained things in an easy to understand way . I've worked with Brent in Service to handle a couple of repairs and was pleased with the overall service, professionalism and the especially the communication .... Brent always keeps me in the loop on the status of my trucks repair and interfaces seamlessly with my warranty provider to for quick, easy and efficient resolution on any claims. I recommend Dondelinger for both Sales & Service

I purchased 4 tires here for my Silverado in July 2018 and one of them blew out in October 2019. Even though the tire had lots of tread left they would not give me any credit for that defective tire. They insisted the tire was run at a low level but it was not. There were no tire pressure low indicators on. The tire was defective plain and simple. I'll never shop there again.
