These guys are great!!! I ve been trying to get a new Yamaha sled for a couple of years, but wasn t aware of the changes Yamaha had made for their dealers. They walked me through the new process, and I was able to get one at the Spring Event before they sold out (in 3 minutes). Brandon kept me posted through the process, and the entire team was wonderful to work with at pickup! Their floor is full and amazing, with all of the best brands - it truly is a kid in a candy store experience (and my kids had a blast, might be their dream store also)! Thank you Brother s, I look forward to working with you guys again soon!!!

I took my bike here, biggest mistake of my life. Incredibly overpriced and put my stuff back in wrong. You may question what I mean by that. The opposite of how transmission is supposed to be put in 1st down 2nd up so on its now opposite. Neglected problems I pointed out said they didn't exist turns out they do. Tried to get me to pay them to redo the coolant and wiring called 3 times said no every time because it was fine. Said it was leaking coolant in never was and never has been. I paid 4000 to get my bike back worse then it was when I got it. Never take any sort of mechanical problem to them it will get done wrong. I'm incredibly disappointed and now I'll be off my motorcycle for months because it needs to get fixed again. Incredibly disappointed in the team.

First time ordering here just moved into town last spring. Ordered a Carb rebuild kit and Petcock for my bike from Mike in service he was a great guy. But from being a sales person myself I know one sales person can ruin a deal and make sure someone never comes back. Well, NATE IN PARTS is that guy. Got an email saying my special order was ready, looked at the email to see the carb kit hasn't come in. Called to clarify because the email said my order was ready and saw I was being charged quite some money for it. He proceeds to tell me you should have checked prices before I shopped around. So I told him to cancel that part NOT because it was more money than any other place after shipping but because of the way he was talking to me. Then hung up on me. So I called back once more to tell him to cancel the whole order. He proceeded to say "support local shops" and hung up again. I would love to support local shops but not one that treats me like garbage.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Not honest about prices. I went there Saturday the 6th to trade my sxs in. A couple weeks earlier I stopped in to see what prices were. Then when I got there Saturday the price changed to $500 more. Brandon that's in sales was swearing at me. Not good customer service. And I did call Saturday the 6th to let them know I was coming in

If I could give 0 stars I would. Picked my sled up after spending 2k$ to have them rebuild it, got 6 hours of ride time before it blew up again. Called brothers and they said bring it in, so after wasting my time getting it back to brothers they inform me there will be no warranty. Man what a damn shame. Won't ever get my buisness again. Isn't that why people bring stuff to shops is so the parts and labor are under warranty? Apparently not brothers. So highly disappointed

I live in northern Minnesota and wanted to buy a Honda Monkey but had trouble finding one. That s when I discovered Brothers Motorsports in Baxter MN. I am so glad that I did. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Their prices are in line with other Honda dealers but their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest! I will definitely be giving them all of my business from now on. Also, if you are looking for a knowledgeable sales person ask for Travis!

I ve purchased two very quality ski doo snowmobiles from brothers. Prices cheaper than the cities. I ve made the 2 hr drive twice now for my new units. They have sent me things direct to my residence for warranty/BRP issues. Customer service friendly and easy to work with. Traded my last snowmobile in for my current. Process was easy. Overall have been happy with these guys and will buy my next one from them as they typically maintain their standards. CJ is very professional.Travis my salesman was great at responding to my emails and keeping me up to date.

We had a Blaster that wasn t running right - we have years of experience tinkering on small motors in our family, and virtually never need outside help. Everyone said this wasn t fixable if we couldn t get it, but Brother s did the impossible and it s running great now. We couldn t be happier. Jeremy in service was great to work with and tech Mike didn t give up on a hard project, but was methodical and through to the end of the project. Our whole family is impressed with the problem solving they did!

I recently purchased a can am defender HD9 from brothers and can say they are an extremely friendly and helpful team, they question what I was planning to do with the machine to help put me in the most suitable unit and help me find the perfect add ons for me, if I'm ever back in the market for another power sports unit I will definitely be contacting C.J and his team

I had some wire damage on my Yamaha motorcycle from mice. The service department at Brothers fixed my wiring mess and helped me load it onto my trailer. I was back riding for way less money then I was anticipating. Thanks again!

My ATV broke down and I called Jeremy in the service department. He got me in, diagnosed the problem, and had me back out riding in a day and half. In a world where customer service is becoming rare, Jeremy and the entire Service Department exceeded my expectations. Thank you Brothers Motorsports.

This place is a house of horrors. I have a similar story to everyone else here. Not friendly, don't keep their word, over priced. Expect the kind of treatment that will amaze and surprise in the most confounding manner, while raising your blood pressure to dangerously high levels. I even bought my machine from them. I will never buy another product from them. I suggest you save your money and your health and shop elsewhere.

Just got my ATV back from the service department last weekend and it is running great. This was my first time using Brothers for service/repairs and it was a very good experience. I dealt with Jeremy and he was very clear up front about the time frame and pricing. He communicated with me during the process and was very detailed about the diagnosis, pricing, and recommended services. Very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Brothers again in the future. Thanks guys!

Sales staff was great. Service department has questionable business practices and ethics. They tried to get me to pay for warranty work. Read your warranty before taking your equipment here. Know your warranty rights and don't be afraid to contact the manufacturer directly.

My Dad paid full price for a used ATV (Can-Am 450) and a new Moose plow blade was installed on it. After it was delivered, I used it to plow out my driveway, it got stuck in gear (more than once) and it was a hassle to shift. When my Dad and I spoke to "CJ" about it in-person, he never asked what WE wanted. He repetitively told us: "If there's nothing wrong with it, there's not much I can do about it." When I explained to CJ that I read online, your top priority is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, his answer was: "That's only if there's something wrong with it." My Dad and I wouldn't have been in his office dissatisfied if there was nothing wrong with it! He finally agreed to call us, and schedule a day to have it picked up and serviced to see what was wrong. There were NO phone calls from anybody, and they never gave us the operators manual that they promised. Once they got all the money from my Dad, there was NO communication, except a cheap little Christmas card from the sales representative who sold the ATV to my Dad. My Dad and I are VERY dissatisfied. They're lucky to get one star from me. If you want to do business with "Brothers Motorsports", buy at your own risk! You've been warned.CJ,I didn't want it to end this way, but you had plenty of time (over a month) to call my Dad and work things out. You did nothing to help him. There's no need to have a follow-up reply because you didn't keep your word. My Dad had the ATV repaired and it was sold. After the way we were treated, my Dad and I don't want to do business with you anymore.

These guys/gals were great. I lost a key for my four wheeler while up in town and they were quick to help me get a new one. They had a solution to find the correct Honda key and was able to quickly get me two spares in minutes. And it cost me $20. I love this! I will be looking here when I buy the next wheeler. Or really for anything else for that matter.

Unfortunately, I dropped my Honda Pioneer 1000 to the service department this past summer. They essentially just changed my oil and gas several times and charged me around $1300 for all the work (there were a couple other small things). Shortly after getting it back we began having the same problem. It had been parked in the garage always and rode very short distances with my two small children. Eventually tore it apart and found my clutch burned out and my sub trans full of sludge. How the service department missed this I can't say.Mind you I was charged $1300 for them to miss this problem. I sent an email to the manager of the service department a few months ago and got no response. I usually love the place, but this situation really makes me hesitant to ever go back.

Pretty rude. Wouldn't answer me when I requested if they had any used inventory.Kept pushing New inventory only.After the 5th request on any used inventory avail. Or Trades coming in?The salesman responded no, & turned his back to us.It was so rediculous we had to hold back are laughter til we got to our vehicle.

Brothers MotorSports had my snowmobile for over a year. They miss some damage under my sled and submitted my work for warranty which was approved but after completing the work noticed damage underneath and informed me I had to pay full price to get my sled back! Very unprofessional. And would not bring any of my vehicles back in there for them to work on. I heard many stories from their customers and employees about there ability to keep anyone on. Also they put crack case cover back on my sled. I am not happy! And would not recommend anyone take their stuff into their service department I don't even give them one star

Bought a zx6r from Chad. Chad made everything smooth and kept in good contact. Would recommend him to anyone. Tim in service helped me out with the issues after the sale. Even though I turned it down he offered to have a tech stay late to work on it. I've never experienced such good service. Jeremy in the service department is great to work with on figuring out what work needs to be done on my bike. Very thorough and professional.

Poor customer service, the guy selling clothing, and the guys behind the counter in service are great, that's about it. The sales team practically ignores you when you walk through the door. Maybe they want the shock of their high unit prices to settle before they come over to greet you. Parts prices are 10-15% more than you can buy them anywhere else, and don't expect them to answer the phone, or order the parts same day they were called in, or even let you know parts have arrived. They do has a "Bone Yard" which is cool, but it's not advertised. Great place to find used parts for older machines.

Dropped our Uforce 1000 off to upgrade our door package June 24th, Brothers called stating our accessories were in. July 8th received a call that bolts aren t lining up so they had to order new hardware. Aug 29th, still don t have our uforce back! The lack of communication is HORRIBLE, no update on anything!! I will never do business with Brother Motorsports again!

While on a cross country motorcycle trip, I became in need of a rear tire. Brothers Motorsport came to the rescue. Nate handled the initial call and held a tire(in stock) for me. I delivered the tire and rim the following morning to Jeremy who had Mike do the work. Mike also found a bad wheel bearing that was also replaced. In and out in about an hour. Great bunch of guys, great service, beautiful shop and fair prices. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I brought my ATV in to have some things looked over and fixed. They said my left lower A arm was bent and needed to be replaced so I had them put on a new one, get it back and they didn't even adjust the alignment from removing and installing the new parts. It was almost a full 2 inches towed out on the left. The fly handle bars that were on there had to be replaced because they said they were to tall and causing my throttle cable to pull and rev up. I said go ahead and replace with them with a pro taper or renthal bars and replaced with with stock handle bars instead and charged me 106.00 dollars just for the bars. Why I have no idea when I can walk to the other side of there store and buy a pair of better pro taper or renthal bars for 75 bucks. I'm not happy, not one bit. I was told they couldn't take the new bars back they just over charged me for and I would have to buy new ones. I spent over 1,500 dollars from the work they did on my 4 wheeler and I'm just not happy. I won't bring anything there again nor will buy anything from there again.
