3 weeks agoMy fianc� and I arrived. He went in and I stayed with the car to finish pumping the gas. He is oftentimes stereotyped and very clearly not from the area. He came out distraught saying that this older blonde lady employee was rude and disrespectful. As a person of color it s often difficult to explain covert racism and microagressions to those that don t receive it regularly. Suffice it to say, there were those.I went in to assess the situation and the lady was nowhere to be seen. The man that served me was stand offish until I deliberately engaged in cordial conversation & then begrudgingly interacted.In any case, just a heads up. Closed minds close by.Which is weird to me, being that the restaurant next door receives lots of out of town customers and has been nothing but nice to us. The point of a gas station is the same. Most patrons aren t locals and as a good business model one would want to have repeat customers. We will not be, and we will share this same information amongst our respective families and communities.When you know better, do better.

Sketchy stop. This used to be great when it was not a Mini Mart. Credit Card number was stolen from the gas pumps (didn't see an extra card reader). Called and tried to talk to a manager who didn't care.I would avoid this place.

Somewhat shady place with a reputation of having gas prices higher than the nearby average. Skip it unless you are really finding yourself desperate between Carlton and Moose Lake. Extra star though for some really nice lady that worked here; I'm unsure if she still does.

Excellent stop, right off the highway. The staff was very friendly. I had never stopped bye before, but I mentioned to my dad that I had found this cool little place just after Duluth and he immediately knew which one I was talking about. Just a great place. First time I ve ever left a review getting gas, but it was lovely!

I will always recommend this gas station. Everytime I come through, i stop to use restroom and get snacks. This store is always clean, stocked with my favorites, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Their customer service is on point! Great job to the manager and employees!!!

I tried to call the number online to see if I could have curbside pickup because I tested positive for COVID today, but the number had been changed the young lady working.told me. She was outside heading back in so I asked her if she wanted me to wear a mask or do curbside. She told me that she didn t know the protocol but she would be happy to get my things for me and bring them out. She came out with both arms full and a gallon of milk. I gotta say employees like her, eager to help me out like she did at 8 pm in the evening she definitely went above and beyond. We all have heard masks don t work (I did have one) so this young lady is helping to keep our community healthy.Management please put the young lady s name on here if she will allow it and when she has a review I hope you give her a good raise.Thank you very much appreciated from this sick, contagious customer who didn t have the energy to shop anyway. Conveniently located right off the highway. Clean facility for how busy it is. Very helpful and pleasant workers. Parking lot is a little small and hard to navigate at times with it being so busy and sharing space with the restaurant next door

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and good deli options. This store is always my go to when traveling north! Right off the freeway so it s quick and easy!

Rudest staff I've ever interacted with at any gas station. I don't know the ladie's name who was behind the counter but she was a little older, dirty blond/brown hair. I almost left my stuff at the register and walked out but I was in a hurry that morning. I will never go here again and I live in Barnum.

After escaping the road work mess of duluth, I needed gas. This place has great proximity to good food and has the other needs for a drive home.

In an area with a plethora of bugs, to not have any window washing fluid in the gas area is ridiculous! They were all bone dry
