What a Horrible and Underdeveloped Product that comes out of this place. This is the manufacturer of the OEM CV-clutching system that Polaris uses and is only capable of 2,500 miles before needing a rebuild which is generally not a covered item and may just get you out of warranty before failing or having to have another $1,000 thrown at for freshening up and only going another 2,500 miles.What else can you expect from a system that only uses 3-points of contact on a drive clutch while the other manufacture's are using 6 or 8 points of contact that run on center with greater service intervals & using better materials.Oh did you want to know about the driven clutches too? Who in their right mind would manufacture a driven assembly that only has 2-points of contact and will tear up the input shaft on the gear box because the OEM decided to omit the steel pipe that ran through the assembly after already having a terrible design to begin with. At least before it was all self contained before and couldn't cause harm to another component!To whom it concerns...I have a 14 year old at the house and in need of a job who wants to be an engineer and think he'll be a good fit for your operation, Lord knows it couldn't hurt things considering what's going out the door at this place!

Selfish,Self indulging management and they are ignorant towards people getting hurt on the job. I attempted to be rehired and they put on a no hire list after a safety incident. I pleaded my cased as to there unethical work practices and they threatened me with legal action after attempting to become rehired several times with good intentions. But they won't not give injured people the time of day after giving 7 years of my life and also my body. Pros they pay well and have great benefits and that's about it. if you can avoid being in a fight or arguing with others cause they are burnt out to almost the point of death its a great place to work.P.SThey do not like to hear these facts.But I thought I'd share my thoughts cause this is my review of them.

As a former employee, they didnt care that i was basically dying from health conditions, as long as they got their orders.

If you come to lift a load, you occupy a PU number that starts with 305...the maneuver is easy from the street, the traffic is very calm....you arrive and then they serve you, the load is of average weight...si vienes a levantar una carga ocupas n�mero de PU empieza con 305...la maniobra es f�cil desde la calle muy tranquilo el tr�fico....llegas y luego luego te atienden la carga es regular de peso ...
