The absolute worst place to do business with. I ordered tires and had them sent to Mavis. FedEx said tires were delivered. I went to store and they said they hadn't received tires. I contacted custom wheels and they said FedEx says they delivered and was signed for by Marcos. I asked the store they said no Marcos worked there. They even went as far as to show me the employee list which shows no Marcos. I told custom wheels and they said tough luck because fedex shows delivered. They offered no solution just it's not their problem. Adios! I advise not to buy from this company. They don't care about their customers.

What a waste of time!. Knowingly sent me the wrong tires. I contact them and they say " we didn't have that ply tire so we sent you a different model". You sent me something I didn't order then question me. Had to wait a week for them to be picked up for return. Then another week for them to verify I didn't damage tires. Then they ship the exact tires I originally ordered! 3 weeks later. I ordered to have them on car before first big snow here in Colorado. Now 3 weeks later and im finally getting them mounted. Now they are calling me at 6am to discuss my experience. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND! You will get what you pay for tho I guess?

Competitive prices and great promotions.It's been a while since I've purchased custom wheels, and there are many businesses that now sell wheels. However, Custom Wheel Outlet is definitely a diamond in the rough.After shopping around and determining which wheel I wanted, I contacted Method Wheels directly to ask them a few questions about the wheels, MR317 in Titanium, and who they recommended as a supplier. Method Wheels recommended three different suppliers, and one of them was Custom Wheel Outlet.After reviewing all 3 suppliers, Custom Wheel Outlet had the best price. So I contacted Custom Wheel Outlet, spoke with KJ, and got all of my questions answered, as well as provided some information that I did not know. KJ gave me some time to consider the purchase, and offered me a great discount that I could not refuse.The wheels arrived in perfect condition and actually arrived a day early.Per KJ's request I had the wheels test fitted, before mounting the tires, and everything was great. So I had some Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws, 295/70/R18 (34.3" x 11.6") installed and they look AWESOME!Thanks to KJ and Custom Wheel Outlet!

Yes they have some of the lowest pricing you ll find online anywhere, yes they ship very quickly, but don t fool yourself into thinking you ll get any support from them after the sale, if a tire is defective or you need to make a tread wear warranty claim you will be out of luck. Your call .

My first time buying . 2 of the 4 rims that I ordered came in different color(bronze instead of black). I did let them know that 2 of the rims came in different colors and they told me that I was gonna get a shipping label in order for me to ship the incorrect rims back to the warehouse and after that, they will send me the other ones. it s been already 6 days since I did let them know and I still haven t received the shipping labels, the rims that I paid for , any solution or updates . I DO NEED MY RIMS BECAUSE I PAID FOR IT . I don t understand what the delay is for 2 simple shipping labels in order for me to get my order right. It s wasn t even my fault. And everytime that I call customer service looking for help they literally prefer to place a return for the whole order rather than just helping me out getting the shipping labels for the rims. They always tell me that I will get it tomorrow and it s been almost a week . I LITERALLY BOUGHT THE RIMS FOR A CAR EVENT THAT IM NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO TO OBVIOUSLY AND NOW I have 2 rims that don t even fit in my car . I don t even know if they re gonna send me the other ones (which are the ones that I paid over $800 for) and poor customer service does not help me out to find a solution other than returning the whole order when it wasn t even my fault. Not buying from them again. but I do need my other 2 rims ch and I don t even know what to do other than reaching out to eBay and writing this review.

I bought rims on ebay and it was indicated that they fit, I took them and installed the tires, I brought them and wanted to put them on the car, they don't fit, I contacted the seller, he told me to return them, I ruined the boxes, threw them away, and installed the tires, he told me if I decided to return no problem, but didn't indicate what the cost would be. they remove 50% of the cost, in the end it turned out that I paid $1,500 for the rims and got back $750, paid for installing the tires, $250 and $100 for new packaging to send back, in the end they made me guilty and was left without money, and they also added rims damage although they were in excellent condition, I leave bad review on ebay I don't know how is deleted in few hours

Recently I bought a set of TSW Nurburing matte gun metal for my 2018 Subaru Forester from CWO. The staffs are very patience with my many inquiries as this is my first major purchase with the company. I was concerned with the delivery n import tax charges to Singapore. However CWO's global delivery arrangement settled everything for me at a very reasonable price. The end result is I managed to save alot of money from buying from my local TSW distributor. The wheels was carefully packed and delivered within 2 weeks in 2 shipment after I made full payment. Tracking numbers were provided so I can track the delivery processes. CWO even suggest if the wheels does not fit, they can always be exhanged so long I don't mount them. This is a great assurance for me from an oversea company. If there is another chance, I would want to buy from them again.

The most HORRIBLE service, I have ever seen in my life, you call them and they promise to call you back but don t. You call they won t answer and no type of quality about their service. Won t EVER use them again!

Horrible Customer Service. Shipped incorrect Tires and then stated they sent those because they didn t have the right Size. Then stated they would refund once FedEx had the tires which they didn t do once I shipped them. Now I m out of Tires and a Refund. STAY AWAY

Great customer service from Mike Thull. He help me out with all the technical questions to find the right fit for my 2012 Chevy Suburban Armed Forces Tribute vehicle. He was also able to do a price match and that was of great help. Fast and free delivery as well. Nice Job!

Chose CWO to purchase my rims for my Truck because they were the best price east of the Mississippi. Past experience finding rims for my Mercedes was positive also. I wish they had Wheel Locks in their Accessories because I prefer one-stop-shopping. Maybe by next time?

I was uncertain and inexperienced in selecting the right size rims this company did a knock out job being helpful, telling me additional things I'd need and they were delivered in a short time. Thanks guys! Great service and thanks for taking the anxiety out of ordering expensive items online/over the phone.

When I called to order my wheels and tires for my new Jeep Gladiator, the sales staff was very helpful in the fitting and package for my vehicle. After I placed the order, I followed up with the delivery date. They new exactly when the delivery was going to take place. This company employees were very professional . I worked with Jeff and he was top notch. I would recommend using CWO when purchasing your accessories. Thanks for all of your help, Doug

Ordered TSW Sebring Black Matte Wheels 20x8.5 here for Ford Explorer. Fast answers, fast shipping (to Russia) and of course perfect price!) Good shop! I'll definitely recommend it to friends! This place is a waist of time selling tires they don't have I ordered a black Friday tire now they left a message and tell me 5 days after my order that there is a problem with my order I keep calling and no answer so I'm going to have to get my money back now that all the sales are over and buy it somewhere else so this place cost me $50

I bought 4 tires from this place through Walmart, one of them blew out within 100 miles and I ve been given a run around about replacing it, they want me to pay to send it back, and gave me reasons why it was my fault, not the manufacture of the tire.

Great service.CWO went above and beyond to help me with accessories for my wheels while making my purchase.I contacted them 1 year and 2 months after my purchase to get some pieces that I needed to be replaced, due to an accident that I had with the wheels and a trailer, and they did some searching and then ordered me the right parts.My suggestion is to call CWO when making a purchase and get the correct wheels for your vehicles. Don't guess yourselves. Makes it difficult.

Bought these beautiful sets of wheels from them, one of them in the front was cracked and I called them. They said they ll send me a replacement and it ll be covered under warranty. It s been two years and I m still waiting on the wheel to get sent out and waiting for someone to contact me.

Horrible customer service, liers, scammers, claim they sent 4 rims and only sent 3, will not work with their customers. Spent $800 and won't give refund.How can I send back something I never received! Duhhh!

Recently ordered some tires online through their eBay store and I must say that I am very pleased. Quick and easy transaction. The tires were very fairly priced, best deal I could find. Then the shipping was very quick, arrived in less than a week. So far the tires have shown to hold up great. My truck looks awesome and I am satisfied with my transaction. Thank you CWO!

We do not recommend using Custom Wheel Outlet. The customer service is horrible. We purchased a rim that never made it to us and there is only one girl to speak with (Leah) and she is very uncooperative and unwilling to help customers. We needed them to help with a lost package claim and she refused to listen to our issue. We are now out $400 and unable to drive our vehicle. Won t be using them ever again.
