5 starts for the loaders , extremely fast guys, loading process takes a few minutes.1 Star for the front desk lady named Carla- the slowest person I ever seen . Takes forever to fill out any kind of paperwork

I had my vehicle scheduled to be picked up, got a call same day saying someone would be out to get it. No call, same thing 5 days later, No call. I even had a call confirming my scheduled pick up time today, and called them again to confirm this morning and they did not call. The service was terrible. I was selling for my dad who is also very busy and had to wait around this whole week for this call. I would not continue to work with this company.

I am writing to address a serious discrepancy concerning the 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE, Lot #71576973, which I picked up approximately 2 hours ago from your facility (St. Cloud, MN)At the time of bidding, the primary damage listed on your website for this vehicle was "front-end damage." There was no mention of any mechanical issues. However, upon taking possession of the vehicle and attempting to drive it, I immediately noticed that the car did not move forward on its own power as it should. Instead, one must apply significant acceleration to get it moving. Additionally, the car is unable to exceed speeds of 40 miles per hour.This is a stark difference from the description provided on the website and is a clear omission of critical information about the car's mechanical state. Had I been aware of these issues, it would have significantly influenced my decision to bid on this lot.In light of these discrepancies, I am requesting a full refund for my purchase of Lot #71576973. Transparency and accuracy in vehicle descriptions are crucial for bidders, especially when we are making significant financial decisions based on the information provided.

Company in my opinion are crooks. I bought a boat that showed a spare tire in the pictures but after I picked it up I realized it was not in the boat, but since I already left the lot. They would do nothing to make it right. I paid really high buyer and others fees ,almost $3000 dollars. You would think if they would take care of there customers .

Just purchased a camper from Copart Big Lake Sublot. When I bid on it it had both fenders. I payed for it and transfered the title and when I picked it up both fenders were gone.Called Copart in Avon and they said nothing could be done about it.Beware! You may not get what you pay for!

I coming for picking up dodge promaster 2500 front left suspension damage,the guy from sublot Big Lake said not lifted because it's too heavy, in Colorado lifted me 3500 not heavy? I lost all day for fixing damage at copart and loaded

well my first experience hasn t been great by any means, i won the bidding on a car and paid for them to deliver it, i m only 20 minutes away so figured that was easiest, and was told 5-7 days from payment i would see delivery, on the 7th day they said to expect 7-10 days on the 12th day they said it can take 14 days, on the 14th day they told me my car was delivered the previous day which is wasn t lol, finally got it delivered no paperwork no info nothing, had to call to get them to send me the temporary license, and then after a month they figured out i still owed 2 dollars, so i m glad they are on top of making sure you pay every dime and that s about it., i tried again and after i paid it and picked up a car they charged me another random 20 dollar fee, After i picked it up! no wonder they force you to have a deposit

I absolutely hate when my husband purchases stuff from this auction. They are so uncooperative and screw you over at every opportunity. They are very skilled at milking every extra dollar they can from you. It was implied that the title would be with my camper, but instead it will cost me $20 to get that. On top of the $1300 they charged me in fees. Pick a different auction if you can

I stopped in, looked at, bought, payed for and picked up a 2020 Polaris Ranger here. The whole experience was awesome! Most coats act like the customer has no business being there, not this copart everyone was friendly and helpful. Keep it up.

Two Wednesdays in a row we had scheduled to have our vehicle picked up only to have them not show up!! They said they were down drivers and they could not get there today. Then you need to have backup drivers and you need to stick to your plan in your commitment. There is no reason why with a week lead time you can't have people lined up to pick up vehicles.Both times we had rescheduled this a week ahead of time and they still couldn't make their time commitment with a 4 hour window of 8 AM to noon. My wife waited around on 2 successive Wednesdays and they still didn't show.We came into contact with Copart through Peddle and Wheelzy. Both companies use Copart to pick up the vehicles. We declined to sell our vehicle because of this issue.I would stay away from this company they are very unreliable.

I've only had to go to this place twice but both times they were very helpful. The one time I hit a deer on the road about a quarter mile down from their location and I parked my car in their parking lot until I could deal with it in the morning. I showed up and they were really friendly and wanted to make sure I was okay and if there was anything I needed to repair my car that I should give them a call. All the guys at the front desk that I dealt with seemed extremely nice and willing to help in any way they could. They gave me some advice on good tow trucks to call. Didn't spend a penny and all they wanted to do was help that says a lot about their business!

They wouldn t load a small forklift that weight 5,260lb but they still would charge you $60 gate fee , what a crooks !!!

Fees are getting way to far out of hand. They charge like this stuff is used not wrecked and they always seem to not meet there reserve week after week.They dont take care for there customers even when 2 mangers said they would. Especially when they wreck the camper pulling it out to you.

This was my first time buying a vehicle on a online auction. Copart made it so easy to set up an account. My first purchase with copart went so easy. It went so smooth that I thought something was wrong . The only difficulty I had was paying. Being from Canada they dont accept Canadian credit cards so I had to get a money order when i got down there. Once again when I got down there the staff at St Cloud were so extremely helpful and friendly. They drew me a map on where to go to get cash and a money order. Then loading the boat onto my trailer the forklift operator was very patient with me. But in the end we got it set up just perfectly on my trailer. All the dealings that I had with any of the copart team were extremely helpful and friendly.

Copart made it easy for me to get started in bidding on auction vehicles without up front fees. As a non-dealer, be sure to filter for "does not require a license" to avoid vehicles to will not be able to bid on. It took some patience, but I found a great deal for my first auction win.

My favorite copart location clean lot, easy access, and lots of room to load up vehicles! Also it's not as busy as the other locations, so you get stuff done alot quicker.

12 years i have used copart. 100s of cars bought thru them in various states. If you like waiting for hours to be loaded then buy from the st cloud location. Dont forget, you pay a fee to be loaded...so you are paying them to sit in their parking lot for hours waiting.

Keys missing from $30k minivan listed as running and driving. Copart showed keys present in pictures and in the listing but when the driver went to pick up the van, the keys were missing. Contacted Copart but they won't do anything about it. These are expensive keys. 2nd time this happened.

Simple process for online bidding.Can find a really good deal. Can pick up a car the same day.Car delivery available, decent price. Convenient location by I-94.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The fees are crazy. Add $100 document preparation fee to all of the other fees they publish on the website.

Bad experience and one of ladies work there interrupted my talk a lot. U got to let customers talk first and listen what he or she wants to say. OMG
