Used the convenient "contact us" page to see about obtaining a quote. After a week without a response, I contacted the office and was sent to over to a different person where I had to leave a voicemail. It has been another two weeks without so much as a call back. In that time, I was able to get my work done elsewhere with way better customer service. Love to support local, but only if they are willing to put in the work on their end.

Brought my car here to fix a dent and had to take it back to them 3 separate times because they did half as work, and it s still not completely fixed. Just because it s local doesn t mean it s quality!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

John and Steve are an amazing team! Why?1- They hooked me up at no time2- Very reasonable price3- They sat with me explained everything before work and full report after work.4- communication! Dear God!John would respond with couple of hours max.5- flexible with time.Thanks for everything Avon Body Shop!

Drove my truck in and towed my truck out. This shop was referred by a coworker to have some work done on my truck. Had requested a tune up, new plugs and transmission fluid change. Dropped it off at the gate the nite before. Next day they called and told me after the transmission service was done they will replace my plugs. A short time later I received another call stating they changed the plugs in my 5.4 engine and when they started it up the engine made a terrible noise back on cylinder 8, was told they put a scope down in the cylinder and found a valve bent and was leaking antifreeze and was told I needed a new engine. They then charged me 600,00 dollars labor for the new plugs, transmission filter and fluid change. Had to pay the bill before the tow could be done. Towed it to a mechanics shop for tear down and new engine. Mechanic said he believed something could of fell in the cylinder to cause this much damage. After all was said and done a new engine and labor cost was a little over 5000.00 dollars. Never Again will I set foot in this shop for any kind of service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Go my new windshield looks better than the one before the crack. I like that they keep it inside for the adhesive to properly cure.Hassle free dropped me off and picked me and did a great job. Have heavy rain and no leaks, happy customer!

Despite the fact that I am not from the area, these gentlemen helped me repair my car, in 45 minutes, a reasonable price and very polite, I do not speak much English but they understood my requirements! If I have to come back from Miami to bring them a car to get it repaired, I'll do it with my eyes closed. thank you thank you thank you

I have been going here for my business cars for the last 1.5 years. We have had several success stories, with them fitting us in quickly for emergency fixes, as well as taking our cars for the long haul when timing is not critical.We have had issues since this pandemic started in two ways. 1, nobody wears a mask, and they seem to have no issues with either workers or customers not wearing a mask. We have over 250,000 people dead because of COVID-19. It's irresponsible that a place where people congregate for long stretches of time to not make changes to your operating process. I am sad to report that the only difference is a piece of plexiglass over the main reception area.2. Our large vehicle has been through the ringer, including being towed twice to their shop after battery jumps failed to hold over. After having a decent amount of electrical work done, we STILL are unable to drive the vehicle after having the speedometer cluster replaced. Here is to hoping 5th time's the charm.Overall, they have done great work, but I am sad they refuse to accept facts about COVID-19 and this most recent work has been a struggle.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I would give them a 0 because they didn't fix what they were supposed to fix when I got my truck back it was still bent and we paid them what they wanted now it's too late to have insurance company pay again for what they should have done the first time
