Local independent repair shop. Bill & his team are friendly & reliable. We've been bringing our vehicles here for many years. The only place I am confident in handling repairs personally. As a woman with limited vehicle knowledge, I have never felt like they've taken advantage of that & I trust them to be honest and fair.

I had a ball joint replacement, 16 spark plugs changed out and an alignment done on my 2016 Ram. The crew was awesome to work with. Everyone was friendly and enjoyable to be around. The prices were better than the competition which leads me to believe Avon Auto is a fair, trustworthy company. My pickup is now running as smooth as butter thanks to the Avon Auto Repair crew!

Nobody likes when their alternator goes out, especially on vacation hundreds of miles from home but the staff at Avon Auto took great care to get my Jeep fixed promptly and properly. They are reasonably priced and I was impressed with the communication and care. Thank you for making a relatively stressful situation get squared away smoother than expected!

If I could give this place and Bill 10 stars I would!I had my vehicle in for auto body work. After the hail storm earlier this summer. I'll tell you, my car looked like it was driven through an asteroid belt. Now, it looks like new! The part that really won me over is the detailing on the inside of the car. Seats conditioned, cup holders cleaned and floor mats that look like new! An EXTREMELY satisfied customer! Thank you, Bill and the team at Avon Auto! You have a new customer for our vehicle repairs!

I had a slow flat west of Avon, pulled into the shop, and 10 minutes later I continued my trip to St. Cloud minus a large screw that caused the puncture. Super friendly, affordable and flexible thanks!!

Bill was so friendly, accommodating, and really had my best interests in mind when I had my trucks repaired after I hit a deer. He supplied a loaner vehicle and really helped me out! The crew did a wonderful job repairing my truck to look like new! Would highly recommend for above reasons and for feeling taken care of. Thanks Bill and Avon Auto Repair!!!

I bought my 1st car from Bill and have been going to his shop ever since then. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I have never once had a bad experience here Bill and his crew are the most honest hard working people you will ever meet. They do great work for a great price!

I bought a repairable car from Avon Auto. I found a couple of miner things that needed to be fixed. I called them and told them about the issues they happily fixed everything Bill and his employees are great to work with they truly give you service with a smile. After the miner issues were fixed I have had no more issues. I got a nice car for a good price! They are great honest people I would highly recommend them for all your auto needs!

A great hometown auto repair place. We no longer live in the area otherwise we d still be taking our vehicles to Bill and his crew. He was always willing to discuss options, we never felt cheated, and a helluva nice guy. Thanks for all those years of good service, Bill.

I had a great experience with Pete and Janet at this dealer. I found a great deal on a Honda Accord with a manual transmission and so far it's been as great as advertised. On the initial test drive, a few things like the defroster, radio and power windows weren't working but the car drove great. As soon as I let Pete know, he went to work right away finding a solution for the issues. Eventually, he was able to figure out the small issues and it's been running great since. Pete is definitely experienced in the business, and seems to genuinely care for the customers that he's served. And Janet was a great help getting paperwork completed! If I ever need another vehicle, I would recommend Pete and Janet!

Car was making a weird noise and I just happened to be in town getting gas, they had me in and out in less than 15 since it was just a piece of plastic hanging off my fender. Couldn't have been nicer about it, place was super clean and well kept (office and shop both)If you're having trouble on the highway this is the place to go!

Best place ever. I am gone all week for work. Got back to work my car didn't start. Jump started the car. Drove over to Avon auto talked to them, told them the situation fixed my car at that time. Always great place,great people. Honest

Got my truck in and fixed everything mechanically wrong with it that they saw. Good place with good people. Trustworthy guys in there and the young lady up front, Lexi, was super helpful and very professional.

We trust the shop with our auto repairs. Easy to work with and results are as they should be. Its great to have a quality shop like the Buttweilers run so close to home. Thumbs up AAR!

My wife went for a oil change and the told her the sway bar linkage was broken. They said they could fix it for $200. I ordered the parts from auto value to do it myself. I crawled under it and not one of the 4 links were broken front or back. I won t ever go back and wouldn t recommend them to anyone

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been here twice and both times I had to wait over 3 hours until they finally "looked"at my vehicle. The owner Bill and the lady at the desk were very rude and disrespectful. No such thing as customer service here! Take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
