It's truly a car spa! The amount of soap and products is abundant. Quality of sprinklers, brushes and dryer is astonishing! Employees are great

Pricey but you do get what you pay for. My car always comes out clean but sometimes there's excess soap residue on my car that needs to be wiped up.I also always have to wipe the windshield dry.Other than that this is my go to car wash. I also like that they personally greet each customer.I opted for the monthly membership to save money.

I love the car wash and that my car gets clean. What I don't like is when I go there and two lady's are taking pictures and standing in the middle of the car wash thinking my time is not valuable. I have place to be and go. Lady's that we're taking pictures and chatting on the car wash think about what you are doing. If I wanted or had the time to wait for you I would wash my car myself. Let your staff do their job. Take your pictures and chat when people are NOT waiting in line to get their car washed!!

I have never loved how my car looks after any of the car washes in town but ever since tidal wave opened up my car is always sparkling! It is pricy but you absolutely get what you pay for and the monthly membership is totally worth it if you will wash more than 3/4 times in a month. Everyone is always smiling and friendly and the scrub down they give before you head into the rest of the wash is always top notch. My daughter loves going through here and it is definitely the most entertaining and colorful wash but there s just something about how shiny and clean my car looks when it comes out here!

The wash seemed expensive until you add in the extras. The moisture towels to wipe down your car after and the vacuums make it worth it. Will be back.

We are new to Austin and we tried Tidal Wave. The employees at the car wash are so very friendly! I had many bugs on my car and the staff worked hard to get them all off before I was on my way into the car wash :)My car looks wonderful and the wheel shine makes it look even better!The convenient towel/spray and vacuum area is very convenient.We now have a membership and I love that we can roll in there any day for a great wash.Thank you to the amazing staff at Tidal Wave!!

I understand the pricing model: they want you to subscribe to the monthly unlimited wash subscription, no matter which type of wash. Otherwise, a single wash price is significantly higher than anywhere else in town (and about half the price of monthly rate). If you live nearby and could use several washes a month, go for it. If you don't need more than 2 washes in a month, don't bother. Use a different car wash and save $. However, the quality of the wash is above average/superior to most available in area. If you have a lot of rust on your vehicle, you may be denied.

Hands down the best car wash I've ever been to!!!! If you liked Mister Car Wash or Tommy's in Rochester, then you will love this place. Very good wash job, with exceptional drying area!!!! Staff is super friendly and does a fantastic job!!!! My only regret is not living closer so I could benefit from a membership.... 11/10, will go back when I'm in town next!!!!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

3 people scrubbed down vehicle removing the bugs from our travels before going through the process. They did a great job went over entire vehicle twice with brushes and sponge

The car wash could use one more rinse cycle before the dryers. The dryer literally blows soap around at the end.

I have taken 3 cars through and they still had lots of bugs on the front. Today I took my car through for the second time and the same bugs were still on the car plus their was still dirt on both sides and it wasn t that dirty to start with. I am very disappointed with the wash. I will say the vacuum and cloths to finish are a nice feature. Will continue to try with my monthly pass but it will have to get better to renew.

My car came out looking brand new. I have used all the car washes in town and have never been satisfied with the wash. But being they were the only ones had to keep going back. But Tidal wave made it shine and got all the dirt off. The manager Lora and one other gal were the only staff working today. I thought I'd have to wait longer than I did with such. Along line. But from the time I got in line to coming out shining only took 45 minutes. Would have been shorter had the man in front of me paid closer attention to cars moving ahead of him. Rather than his phone.

Thank you for offering a complimentary car was your first week open and the top tier unlimited wash for $9.99 the first month of membership! The line was long long but service was quick! This is the best car wash I have had. The clean lasts for days, my car stays beautiful through Minnesota winter roads. The only reason I gave them a 4/5 is that the lines are super long. I m hoping that will change when it isn t so new.Services: Polishing, Car waxingServices: Polishing, Car waxing

This is a state of the art carwash!! Everyone is friendly, the cost is great for all you get!!! Love the tire shine!! This is literally only for brand new cars- so it's useless to most people. They turned me away because of a dent in my car, and apparently you're not allowed to have any sort of rust on your vehicle either. They didn't explain why either of these restrictions are in place, they just turned me away and were clearly upset about the fact that I tried to get a car wash there to begin with. They did at least give me a refund, thankfully.

I really love this place! The workers are very nice and asked me if I needed anything. Yusuf is especially the best. He helped me with everything I needed and made sure I was doing well the entire time! Highly recommend going here over other places!

Signed up for the monthly promotional new customer deal. Although I didn't live in town I did wash my car once a week and it did a great job the second month I showed up twice and it was closed during normal business hours and unfortunately, I canceled.

Awesome car wash, very friendly and conscientious staff. I live on gravel and this is one of the few car washes that doesn't leave dirt streaks running down the back of the SUV.
