Easily rented a unit from across the country. Everything was set up upon my arrival to unpack my uhaul on my time. Rental specials were excellent and the customer service representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd do business with them again and would definitely recommend.

4 star so far! It's only been 2 days since our rental so this could change to a 5 star. The website was very easy to use and got our unit right away. Once I submitted all the requirements I got the access code to the gate, a free lock and a very clean and dry unit! I feel good about my stuff being dry and secure here!

When we went to our storage unit for the first time, we were given two codes to get the gate to open and neither of them worked. Thank goodness there was a very nice lady that was behind us and we got in with her. Went to the storage unit they assigned us to and it was padlocked and rented. After being on the phone with SROA for quite awhile we finally did get a unit. SO very frustrating!!

STAY AWAY!!! I would seriously consider using some other place for storage. This company does not honor their advertised prices and they will jack up your rent ever single month without notification and then refuse a refund when they are confronted. They are NOT what they appear to be. They are using KO Storage reviews as their own. STAY CLEAR unless you like being scammed and lied to.

We recently found ourselves between homes for a few months and in need of storage. KO was clean, well secured, and a solid experience. I would highly recommend using their storage facilities.

KO Storage Storage was an great experience. It was perfect when we were moving my Grandma out of her house into a smaller apartment. Would recommend to anyone! Customer Service was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions/needs.

So there was a glitch with my move in and they sorted it out within just a few minutes. Highly recommend the kind and professional folks at KO storage!!!Additionally the units are really nice and the facility is secure with a keypad gate and fencing. : )

There is nothing better than comfort and security. I used a unit here for a few months and was confident in the professionalism and security of the storage company in holding my belongings. It was easy to get in an out of, and the customer support made it that much easier. Great Storage company. Thanks all

Units themselves are nice so I'll give 2 stars for that but they charge the same as a climate controlled storage facility, security is definitely lacking as the gate is always open, and they make you pay for your own insurance which is just ridiculous.Definitely a last resort storage facility in my opinion when they charge $75 more than their competitors and provide the same thing

Location, location, location! Rented a unit here a few months back and it was a super easy and streamlined process from time of rental to moving in. Well lit and secure facility, always clean and professionally managed! I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of safe, affordable, and secure storage.

After they sold it it was hard to pay the bill but it's been fixed and it's absolutely perfect again.

Nice storage unit. Has video cameras and a fence for added security. Nice amount of lighting at night. Would recommend to others
