Brought my car in to get a oil change, and my threads ended up being ripped out. tried to charge $400 for a oil pan when I can get one for $80 and knock the job out myself. I also asked if they could tighten my spark plugs because it s a common issue with these cars they didn t end up doing it I had to myself and started running terribly once I got it back and when I got under the hood, I saw that my throttle body was messed with and when I tightened it ran how it did before I brought it to the shop.

I made an appointment for an oil change and they got me in and were as quick as could be. We hung out and waited for the vehicle to be done. It was shockingly quiet for a mechanics shop the door to the shop blocks alot of sound. The receptionist was super nice. Thanks for being so quick!

We were purchasing a used car in Austin, MN, and we live 1.5 hours away. We called to set up an appointment for them to check the used car that we were planning to purchase, to make sure that everything looked okay on it. They checked over the car up on the lift without charging us a dime. They were quick, friendly, and wonderful to work with!

Took car in to get all new tires ,Ryan called a little while later & asked why I was getting new tires that mine still had plenty of tread on them they didn't need to be changed, they took the nail out of the one tire & off I went. Went here for the first time ever yesterday. They squeezed me in without an appointment for an oil change and I was able to pick my car up less than two hours later. Ed and his staff are the BEST in town! Do not let others fool you, this place is busy for a reason. I just got an oil change at a different place and remembered why I love this place! The other place was friendly but slow and expensive! Ed's is prompt, let you know if they spot anything else, and charge incredibly reasonable prices.

I have always had good experiances here. They are very reasonably priced. The only thing I wish they had their phone on the hook. I just usually stop in. But i wouldn't ever go any where else.

Ed and crew are honest, hard-working guys! I've gone to Ed for as long as I've been driving and he's never overcharged like a dealership, has always been incredibly upfront about everything and given great service everytime! I won't go anywhere else for repairs.

I have been a loyall customer for a LONG time. Reason: Ed and his guys will do what needs to be done...and not do things that DON'T need to be done.They can do a lot, and when they know they can't they will tell you! I have taken cars to Ed several times where they have spent some time and conclude 'don't know', 'doesn't need', or 'can't do'. Ed billed ZERO!Honest, honest, honest. Don't know what I would do without him.

Outrageous prices and inconsiderate towards customers. try to charge me $1, 000 for a plastic part that I picked up for 12.99 and paid and O'Reilly's Auto Parts put it in for free so in reality something that only should have cost me $15 to twenty-five bucks as charged with labor he tried to charge me 1000.00and when I called him up and ask him about it he said quote on quote your family has money go beg them.......
