I have more than one email. This is a first ever I'm leaving two reviews for a company but it's well deserved. My water pump on Ford Flex failed and had to get it replaced along with timing components. Ottomans ended up saving me $1k compared to other places and Jeremy and Marcus were very friendly and helped me get the best deal and take care of my vehicle quickly. Money has been tight lately so this was for sure a blessing in disguise! Thanks guys!

I brought my car in to have the bumper replaced and Jeremy all around did a great job! He helped me figure out the best option in terms of price but also still having it come out the way I wanted. Definitely recommend to anyone needing work done!

I had problems with my battery in my vehicle and used my insurance benefits to call for help. They were extremely fast. I pay for AAA and sometimes they seriously forget about you. Marcus had to jump my battery 3 times for me. Twice in one night and again the next morning. I got a replacement and he was very kind and installed it for me. Thank you!

Logan was the best!! I just started working in Austin less than a month ago and am not from the area, so when I ran over a nail after work and got a flat tire I am so grateful that kwik trip gave me Otomos towing number. Logan was at my car within 4 min of calling him. He was able to fix my tire right away and I was back on the road in no time at all. He even had plans how to help me get home in case my tire wasn t repairable. They were so nice and easy to work with Great place, definitely will recommend this place to anyone in need of assistance. I had a flat tire and they send someone then 15 to 20 minutes to fix it and the gentleman was very very nice. I recommend 1000 times.

Highly recommend,they finished my car when they said it would be done. Very reasonable prices, it could have been alot more in price, had I taken it somewhere else. This place was highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend it. This is going to be my go to place from now.

These guys are a different breed. So lucky to have called them. We were on a trip from NE WI to SD for deer hunting and lost an engine just after Austin. It was like, 6:30pm, super fast dispatch for the tow. Pulled it in the shop, did the diagnostic work to try to get us on the road right away, sadly bad news. Stored it inside overnight to protect our things. I work at a shop back home and these guys did it the 150% right way. If I ever have another issue in the area, these guys are my #1. 20/10. Outstanding service!

Great service! Got me in pretty fast to get my Durango fixed. They called me with new info when something came up so I had the choice on my bill rising. I'll keep taking my truck there. Friendly and homey feeling.

These guys are top of the line! The BEST costumer service. I was on my way to see my husband in the hospital and got a flat tire. These guys did more than just fix my tire they helped me get where I needed to go! They have that small town good family vibe that can t be bought these days! Great service went above an beyond for my family an I thank you for all you did for us . I'm very grateful for these men an they're service . Was in a ditch do to a storm came withing twenty mins actually beat hwy patrol . Gave us a shuttle to there place an took my family where we needed to be to be sure I made it to my appointment the next morning I am so grateful for you all thank you

Great service!! We had 2 tires blow. They towed us and helped mount 2 tires on our rims for us to get us back on the road. Very nice and helpful!!

I can t thank Logan enough for helping us out when our RV broke down. We called many other emergency roadside places and he called us right back. He quickly gathered our information and brought a mechanic out to us to see if they could get us back on the road. When they couldn t, they towed us back to their awesome new shop that is very secure. They did some initial troubleshooting for us and when they knew the issues were more than their shop could handle the already started a search for dealers who could work on our RV. We ended up having to leave it with them until we could find a dealer. They safely stored it for us then towed it 200 miles for us. All of the workers are extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this tow company if you break down anywhere close. Or even if you think it s far they may be the only business who quickly replies. Great service!!!Service: Car towing

Professional and quick to respond. Otomo s knows their stuff and always willing to go above and beyond when on scene. Having their mechanic there now is an added bonus for anyone in need of repair work which I recently needed myself. You couldn t ask for a better team that ll help get you back on the road again in a safe and timely manner. I highly recommend Otomo s Towing.

I was on the phone with my insurance company for nearly 2 hours and they couldn't help me find a tow. Otomo's got there in 30m, late at night, and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were absolutely amazing! I ran over a nail on a county road outside of Austin, and had my 4 year old with me. They were there within 20 minutes. The tow truck driver was absolutely awesome and so nice to work with. He gave me a great recommendation for the tire work and took my car there. He even called to make sure they could get my car in right away as I was late for work by then. I would recommend these guys to anybody. 10/10 service.Service: Car towing

I'm stuck on the road. There are 3 towing companies in Austin, I called them all, and only this one responded. They came to my rescue so quickly, took my truck to fix the problem, and did it in the morning. I really appreciate what they did. I wish you, like me, were lucky to find this company.

The mechanic guy Jeremy is really cool he went above and beyond like buzz lightyear and made sure I could get my vehicle fixed Logan and Marcus were awesome and very professional I would give them 20 star if I could definitely will call them again

Driving through Austin and found a nail in my tire while at kwik trip. Found these guys on line and they were able to fix my tire and back on the road. Great guys great service!
