I visited Napa today to pick up a Bypass hose and I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hello and I picked up my hose and the store clerk was very nice and quickly got what I needed and I left so I recommend visiting and seeing what they have to offer.

Staff were fairly helpful. Asked some questions to see what I need but I feel like if I didn't drive the conversation nothing would have happened. Which is a little worrisome since I don't know much about cars. Overall not bad service, could just ask better questions to help make a product recommendation.

Needed a battery today called napa they had one on hand i said im right up the road I got there the battery was ready and they had tools ready for me to change right out side the store there. Thank you.
