I went to look at a vehicle, but the listing had hidden the fact that there were was a veritable Christmas tree of lights on on the dash. Additionally the car had several issues come to light in a 5 minute test drive. The salespersons suggestion was to purchase a warranty. If you purchase from this dealer, make sure you have it inspected before purchasing.

Traveled to Austin because of an ad i saw on line for a truck. Chris was very helpful, not pushy, and fully answered my questions. The other staff members were very pleasant. I walked away feeling i made the right decision as i got what i wanted at a fair price.

Great place to get your car fixed.Quotes are accurate. They answer all my questions about the repairs. Repairs are always fixed right the first time.They try to save you money with repairs by picking out the right parts and combining repair jobs.It is more convenient to get my car fixed in Owatonna, but I have had bad experience with repair shops there and still prefer this one.My first repair here was in 2011 and still believe this place is the best value for my $

The vehicle had a thorough service history. The dealer made sure the worn items were replaced. Price was very fair. Friendly staff . I have recommended them since to many of my friends.

I bought a 2007 Mazda6 from here about a month ago, and I will say that I am VERY satisfied with my purchase! The dealers here are very friendly and patient, they are very knowledgeable of their inventory, they don't hesitate to pull up a Carfax report for you, but most importantly they are extremely honest. They won't hide any information from you if they know that one of their cars is underperforming. They perform maintenance on all of their vehicles and provide warranties for cars that qualify. My budget was around $4000, and to my surprise, they had several vehicles around that price range (but none that were below that price). I highly recommend Medgaarden's for anyone looking to buy a nice, reliable vehicle.

About 5 years ago I bought a car from you guys, and when I m ready I ll be buying a car from you again! My car has had no problems, other than replacing brakes and tires (which is obviously normal). You also gave me a decent amount for my trade in, which was appreciated. After dealing with some crooks in Albert Lea, that my boyfriend bought from, figured I d give you a shout out, 5 years later!

A family business (father and sons). The owners always have a fair selection of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you are looking for they can try to find using their resources. The family has a reputation of being fair in their pricing. They do have a servicing/maintenance area. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bought what I thought was going to be a reliable vehicle. Was in the shop with it within the first week of buying it. And again evert other week after that for three months. I had even purchased an extra warranty for an attritional $3000 which didn't cover any repairs, or the new engine it needed. Eventually, $14000 later extra out of pocket on a vehicle that cost less than that to begin with, the car runs. I would never go back, and hope no one else does either.

Definitely have the vehicle you are thinking about buying inspected by an independent mechanic before buying. My husband has had his car back to their mechanics 4 times now in a months time. We won't be buying from them again.

So many problems with the car they sold me. Currently its a lawn ornament and I'm still paying off :( had to be in the shop four different times in the past year and all major issues. New engine, seal on the gas tank, exhaust system, and gaskets blown. Not happy with this place.

Very wonderful place to go for buying a car or having one fixed. I have just bought my second car from South West sales. Amazing place to go. Highly recommended

Bought a vechile from them have drove it maybe 1000 Miles have had in the shop 7 times. Have put more money into this vechile then it's probably worth. Will not buy an other vechile from them again.

Terrible service! I bought a car from him and had tons of problems off the bat. I ve been in his shop 4 times for the same problem. Never come here!!! Go to south main auto

Distasteful group of individuals. They sold me a car knowing it had issues and refused to help fix the vehicle. Well they did say they would help but I would have to pay for it. Stay away if possible and look elsewhere.
