The best service in the area. We have been going to Gappa for about 3 years now. We have always been happy with their service and the friendly owners and staff. We recommend to all our family and friends.If you are looking for a place that remembers you and treats you right, this is the place to go.

I have a really picky retired friend who recommended me Gappa. No other car service (in the US) is as trustworthy as this. I've always felt uncomfortable getting my car serviced, until I came here. I hope this place stays this way, because it's great! (Should be Austin's business of the year ).Wherever I go, I know my car won't fail Thank you y'all!

Ryan and Brittany always give excellent customer service and are very knowledgeable in what they do. Ryan is always straightforward and honest about the work that needs to be done and has always done a thorough job on all my vehicles. I will be a customer as long as they are around. Gappa was by far the best experience I ve had with a repair shop. They are in another league when it comes to customer service and the work that they do. I needed a bunch of wires repaired due rodent damage. I brought my BMW 750 into Gappa after it said my charging system was failing. They weren t able to get to it right away but within a few days and I was very grateful there is not a BMW dealership near me and that everybody is willing to work on BMWs, thank you very much

I come from out of town to continue service at Gappa because they are fast, dependable and affordable. I feel safe knowing the same mechanics work on my car compared to a cycling team like at a larger shop. All of my work has been completed in the same day which is amazing! Thank you for the awesome service!

Always good folks doing good things! I have had my vehicles worked on there for many different things. Engine work on my buick, to lines on my 2019 truck. Brake pads on my wife's car. Quick reliable and very knowledgeable! And very fair priced! You folks keep it up!

I have used Gappa a few times and I've always been very pleased with their service. Prices are fair, they're knowledgeable, and they don't try to find things wrong to make you fix more than your looking for unless you want that. I also love supporting real local people. I had a huge issue with my last car that kept shutting down, it took several attempts for it to get figured out but he put in the work and found my car would shut down when it got wet because of an issue with leaking through the sunroof into the wires causing a short. I only take my vehicles to Gappa when I need work and would highly recommend them.Services: Electrical, Oil change

It s such a comfort knowing my car is in honest hands. They legit could ve sold me down the river because I was so nervous about my upcoming road trip, but they didn t take advantage. My car is purring like a kitty cat and my bank isn t broken!
