Gotta love a place that has open hours on a Saturday and/or a Sunday morning, especially in this day and age. Works out so much better for my schedule since I work during the week and it would be hard to get in then.

When I called to ask a couple of simple questions about my car and when I ould get it in. And the lady on the phone was so rude that after talking to her for about 15 minutes I was so irritated I decided to go to South main instead. The way she spoke to me was almost belittling like she was doing me a favor and I wasn't suppose to ask any questions. And I'll go somewhere where I'm treated decently.

Been going here forever and have had no problems till now. I will never go back. Staff are rude and have no answer to the service they just did but I paid for it. ($210 and wasn't fixed) Called me and told me my vehicle was good to go. Well that was a lie

Nice folks but unfortunately tried to tell me my vehicle needed things that it doesn't (trying to force me to put ceramic brakes on the rear of a jeep). Won't be back for anything other than an oil change.

Awesome service! I was missing a lug nut and my tires needed to be inflated. I didn t need to make an appointment and they had it done in 10 minutes and it was after 4:30 so most shops would be looking to close up. And no charge to boot! Glad I purchased my tires there. Great service after the sale

I was driving through Minnesota and needed my tires balanced and changed out immediately. I called around everywhere in the area of Austin and no place could get me in but firestone Complete repair immediately were able to get me in for a tire change! Great customer service, friendly people, and fast/inexpensive service! Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Super friendly. I usually bring my 3 kids with and they re a little loud and love to talk. They guys have never complained about my kids. Sometimes there s an old man around that start a conversation with my toddler and she can t leave without saying bye to him. And, my car always leaves happy.

We've had most of our car work done here for the last 5 years. This is the first time that we've been let down. Scheduled an oil change online and it showed one morning but when I went to have the work done it had been moved to 3 days later. There was no warning or update given.They do good work but avoid the online scheduling.

I have brought my car in a few different times in the past few months and the service was great each time! Bryce went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked out and taken care of and was great at answering any questions I had. The staff completed everything in a very timely manner.

Good deals on oil changes, but they will try to upsell you by giving you a long list of things that they say that need to be replaced(which aren't ready to be replaced).Next they will try to cut you a "deal" to get you to agree to have the repairs made. Even at the "deal" price it's more expensive than other auto shops. I would suggest getting a second opinion before getting work done.However, this is the franchise way of running the business and not the employees fault. The mechanics have always been pleasant in my experiences here.Although, it's off-putting when the manager has black stuff all over his mouth from chewing tobacco in front of the customers.

The customer service here goes above and beyond expectations. I was moving cross country where a freak accident wrecked my radiator in the area. I called different shops and everywhere was booked. Firestone understood my situation and said they'd squeeze me in even though they were busy and undermanned. They took the time to explain the damages and needed repairs and worked to get me back on the road ASAP. I made it home safely because of these good people.

I was on a long business trip and driving an Enterprise rental car. Weather was very bad - snow & ice! Bryce received approval to do what was necessary to make sure the vehicle was safe & reliable. New tires, oil change and wiper blades all done in about 90 minutes, awesome! Thank you!

Very very impressed. I believe his name was Lou or Louie but he was SO EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL today. I needed a wheel bearing fixed today and they wanted close to $400 for parts and labor, well went in and he got it down to $288! He even gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait there. He just called and is BRINGING MY VAN BACK TO ME. SO SO IMPRESSES. THABKS FIRESTONE

My overall experience was OK. Jorge is a great man to deal with, very humble and to the point. I got my tires replaced and alignment done with them. First time they got it wrong so I had to go again. They had me wait for a long time but did the job eventually so it has been an OK experience.

Firestone has top of the line customer service. & they get you in so quick if they aren t booked. Which to me I go there for everything so a little wait isn t horrible. Customer service and the timely manner is what keeps us coming back. Definitely recommend them.

New customer within last year. Have gotten a great deal on a set of aftermarket rims and snow tires. Quick turn around on vehicle repair and oil changes. The manager Bryce is easy on the eyes, that's just a bonus of doing business here

Usually good but stopped to get tire fixed n rotated they said it would b half hour to an hour.... took them 2 hours to tell me they couldn't repair my tire... told them to forget it air it up n put back on. ..repair man was nice to show me y but when I went back in to c how much a new one would b the other guy ignored me. .I guess I pissed him off....feelings mutual

Super friendly, Patient, easy to work with. They don't force you to fix what isn't broken. very fairly priced! I wont go anywhere else from here on out! and will recommend 10/10 every time!

I got new tires , I haven't had a spare tire in a long long time , I bought a used wheel and I had Firestone take one of my best old tires and put on the used wheel , it'll be my spare tire now .Why 4 stars instead of 5 ? I have each wheel marked where they go , Firestone put the wheels on the opposite sides of my pickup , I'm not sure right now if I'll correct that or just leave it , you see , I generally rotate my tires , but with my old tires I couldn't rotate , if I did , my pickup would roll like a lumber wagon , not good .But other than the wrong side of my pickup for the tire / wheel placement , I'd gladly say 5 Stars .

The guys here always do their best in estimating how quickly work needs to be done, which makes it easy to believe them when they say something is urgent. I haven't had the feeling that they're trying to rip me off or sell me things I don't need.

Spent over 1,600 on my truck here about 2 months ago. Had new tires put on, oil change, and passenger side CV axle and front end alignment.. replaced. Oil filter leaked all over my driveway, front passenger tire now junk due to poor alignment. Camber bolts were not touched. You can look and tell this due to the look of the nuts. Waste of money. Do not ever go here!!!!!!!!
