Excellent customer service here. We test drove several vehicles and landed on a nice 2013 Chevy Equinox to upgrade from 20 year old car that they took as trade in!! Super easy to work with and honest and fair deals. Thank you!!!

Purchased a Toyota Matrix awd used , clean low mileage car , one of the few available in the state and for a great price. I had a great experience felt the owner was honest even on the tough questions and didn t feel pressured at all as I browsed the lot. Very reasonable personable people here. I grade em an A.

Not a trustworthy dealership. Be sure to check and double check the vehicle. Put a code reader on it and make sure they haven't recently cleared anything that will be an issue once you get it down the road. And that they will stand behind the alternator, battery, and brakes in the first month of owning the POS they are selling.

I was pre-approved for financing and they never followed through. One would think they would be thrilled to sell a car that's been there for almost a year.

I came limping in with a bad belt and they didn't miss a beat called and had one delivered lent me tools to fix it didn't charge me some shop rate but simply wanted to help me out .that isn't what u come by anymore ! Great place great people

We found a truck on their website that we really wanted. We are in kansas, so they met us halfway. Friendly service. And we were given a good trade in price for our truck. We couldn't be happier with these guys!

Liked a truck there, one of the guys was nice, but the older one the owner was rude when I asked if he could work with me with payments or something. He started yelling and hung up on me. Not buying anything there

They gave always been fair and honest with me. The only oroblem is they do not repirt to credit bureau...if ur trying to build credit. However if ur honest with them i am sure you could get a good xredit referance cfrom there. I highly recommend checking them out FIRST

Bought an old 98 gmc suburban high milage rust bucket at a fair price. Smelled like four gallons of fabreeze applied with a fire hose over a previously smokers car.READ THE REST! IVE DRIVEN IT HOME TO OHIO hooked on 18' dual axle enclosed trailer went to allentown pa, home.centre hall pa.home independence oh home. Atlanta ga home (2 times)home Huntington wva home.D.C.Home. st louis home. Atlanta- home again,st louis,st charles- home, mt pleasant Mi,-home, Manassas Va,-home, DC-home etc In past 40 weeks. FANTASTIC SERVICE AT THE LOT.(installed hoses and filters) unbeknownst to countryside i have many of this same truck and know them inside out. Im in my 60s. They answered my question of what they knew of the vehical history which i could verify as i inspected it. They were up front and honest to me. In a motor vehical you usally get what you pay for. with regular and preventative maintence like ALL MACHINERY will last a long time. I BELEIVE THAT I RECEIVED A GREAT DEAL FROM THE STAFF AT COUNTRY SIDE!. i read some of the other negative posts before driving 9.5 hours to buy a p.o.s old suv and it made me skeptical . BUT IM GLAD I DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE. Now almost a year later and 22,000 miles mostly with a trailer, ive put new tires and a battery in it this month. Go there and shop! They're good people

I wouldn't buy anything here , they ripped off my brother sold him a car and it left him stranded .and gave him a junk loaner. Don't do business here , just as bad as Southwest sales..all rip offs

He wasted 8 hours of my time, held information from me, wasted ALOT of money and didn't even get what I wanted, didn't listen to my needs at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF SHOPS TO BUY FROM. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
