Purchased a 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT that was a courtesy vehicle with 4,000 miles, but advertised and sold as brand new. Supposedly driven by the owner of the dealership. Specifically asked Brad (salesman) to inform me if there were any scratches, nicks, scuffs or other imperfections on the vehicle. Was assured that vehicle was in excellent condition. Was also told by Brad that he would personally walk around vehicle and send through his detail shop before the transport company picked it up. I am 470 miles from the dealership, so with not being able to visit the dealership, I trusted Brad when he told me the vehicle was in excellent condition. That was my mistake. I received the vehicle on Saturday the 23rd, and was EXTREMELY disappointed (see pics attached). I would have never purchased this vehicle had Brad been honest with me. I have never seen so many scratches and imperfections on a vehicle that was advertised and sold as brand new. Very upsetting given that this was the vehicle that I have been wanting to purchase for a few years now. Immediately reached out to Brad and sent him pictures before the vehicle was even unloaded from the transport. He tried to tell me that he didn t see these imperfections and that the transport company caused them. Unfortunately for him, the transport driver had taken pictures of the imperfections. And there is no way they sent this through their detail shop and missed these. I tried to either cancel the deal and have them bring my trade back to me, or have them bring me another Mach-E off their lot and replace this one. They denied both. They offered me $1,000. I told them that was not enough given that it cost me $1,000 for the transport on a vehicle I would have never purchased had they been honest with me. Plus now I have body work that has to be completed and is going to cost me thousands if done properly. The most they would end up giving me was $1,500. Got the check today. They made sure they placed comments on the check stub to try and release them from any further obligation if I accept it. On top of that, they didn t send the mobile charger with the car, and I had to wait 4 days before they got that to me. This horrible experience has mad me realize that you cannot trust a car dealer. They deceived me on the condition of the vehicle and now won t compensate me properly. I wish I had never reached out to this dealership and not sure I am going to be happy with this vehicle.

Lenny was the technician and he really knows his stuff on diesel trucks. His knowledge and reassurance left me feeling good.They have free loaners which is a big help when you are already having to lay out money on repairs.

Great personal attention. Steve my sales manager was great, very personable. Finishing the job was Randi the financial person. My experience with this dealership was great, I would highly recommend them. Thank you all for everything you did. Making my buying experience so easy.

On Friday 2/16 I called to set up an appointment for a recall repair. I was told "Monday at 1pm". So on Monday 2/19 I showed up a little before 1pm and was told "Why are you here? Your appointment isn't until tomorrow." I explained that I was told numerous times that I was told the appointment was Monday and NOT Tuesday. I was blatantly laughed at by the staff member. I told him I did not find it funny that I had to take off work and adjust my toddler's nap to bring my car in, only to be laughed at and told I would have to do it all again tomorrow. No apology for the error on their end. He just continued to laugh as I walked out. I was going to take advantage of their pick-up/drop-off service on Tuesday 2/20 to make things easy. I was told that someone would be at my house around 12-12:30 to get my vehicle. I got a call at 11am saying "We are on the way to get your vehicle." I explained that I have my vehicle with me, at work, and that I can't have it home until Noon. The person on the phone with me became very rude and defensive because I was not ready an hour early. I tried to explain to her that I was told Noon but she said it was my problem to deal with. At a certain point I am going to have my husband go pick up the part and find someone else to do the fix. I am appalled by the treatment of numerous staff members here and not sure if I can trust them enough to work on my vehicle.

We had a very smooth, no pressure, stress free buying experience at Austin Ford. We worked with Lindsey, who was great! Would without hesitation recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle..staff was very laid back and friendly. It was definitely worth the drive down from the Twin Cities.

Got to service counter. Michelle was who helped me. I was a warranty job she couldn t find and didn t know how to find paperwork and was not that polite. Went to waiting room where the lady there I can t remember her name but it started with a A was polite and kind. She made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed for my long weight . I would gladly listen to a manager if they called I been there a lot lately and that hasn t been easy. So please read out to me

I had a great purchase experience at the dealership, great selection and price plus it was efficient fast and friendly. The service after the sale was also top notch. While on a visit to Austin for the afternoon they were able to perform an important warranty repair to get me back on the road so I could keep my appointments. Everyone was busy but they put in extra effort to get me in and assist me.

I was very pleased with all aspects in buying a vehicle from Austin Ford. The sales people were very helpful and a joy to visit/deal with. The final pur have price was lower that Rochester. I will go back. DO NOT CHANGE. Salesperson Lindsay is great

I was contacted by a third party to schedule my recall repair. It was scheduled a couple weeks out and I thought was all good especially when I got a call the day before confirming my appt. But when I got there they did not have the part and I had to reschedule for the following day.

Best service at any dealership, I called over 10 dealerships and the management put my request to help repair my truck on the end of the list. Austin Ford instead fit me in and made me a priority, it was awesome. My family made our trip to West Yellowstone thanks to their help.

Great service from Zachary Newman our salesman. Kept me informed and no markup. Waited 16+ months for my Maverick, having Austin Ford install tonneau cover, rust proofing/undercoating, coordinating the spray in bed liner. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Scheduled my vehicle to be serviced on and dropped it off. The service department called and said my vehicle was finished, so we paid for it and picked it up. On our way heading home the same issue we had it serviced for the message light came back on again. So, we had to turn around and head back to the shop. They told use they would have to look at the vehicle again and would call us. So, we end up paying a lot more than what we were expecting and we were supposed to be okay with paying for the service bill twice.

My daughter picked out a truck she wanted while awaiting a big deposit to come thru. Heidi failed to let us know the truck sold while we were waiting like she said she would. Also, it's nice to get along with your customers but swearing while talking to them is extremely unprofessional. Once again, this dealership missed the mark.

Overall a good experience, service was quick and done well. No complaints there. If I was to offer some constructive criticism it would be the following. When making the appointment the phone was horrible, making cracking noises, and noisy in the back ground. It was difficult to talk to the service department, just because it was hard to hear/understand what they were saying.Maybe consider looking at your phone service, and maybe consider moving the service department out of the shop floor so there is less noise

I have had less than ideal experiences with car dealerships before I found this one. That was definitely not my experience here! This dealership is a gem! They truly aim to please and not just from the start to finish of a car sale, this continues there on after. Which I feel speaks volumes for this company. I ve worked closest with Lindsey, Randi, and Lenny there after for my servicing. I can tell each one of them takes great pride in what they do. I am always in search of companies in general (not just car dealerships) that care beyond the bare minimum. I seek out companies that value integrity and go the extra mile because they re simply good people that care. This company has proven to be just that! I will definitely recommend Austin Ford to my family and friends, as well as to those of you reading this in search of a no nonsense car dealership!

Had them change oil,got the car back I was putting coolant to the car and the coolant hose was off had to go back for them to put it back,another instance had them change oil they said it didn't have to be changed not sure how long it was bit car started chaking and had to set another appointment for oil change,I would give no stars if available

My experience with Austin Ford was nothing short of amazing. I had a truck to trade which they gave fair market price for, and the purchase of my new SUV was great. I was in and out with no hiccups. We had a wonderful experience from the start. Lindsay helped us over the phone and let us know our vehicle was available. Troy greeted us when we arrived after our 2 hour drive and handled our purchase. Steve answered our questions and gave us a great price on our trade in vehicle. Randi handled all the financing efficiently. We would definitely make the 2 hour drive again to work with this dealership. All were top notch!

Dustin was an excellent salesman. He did a great job with answering my questions and helped with showing me all the bells and whistles on the 2020 Ford Edge I purchased. Chris also did a great job.
