From start to finish, the best experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. Alex was great from first contact to delivery. Everyone was very helpful in ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The ride from the airport to the dealership was much appreciated. Thanks again and hope to see you at the car shows.

Great customer service from Alex Gromelski. I am a out of town buyer from Atlanta Ga. Smooth sales process. I purchased the vehicle without visiting the dealership. Very Nice!! Purchased 2021 Camaro ZL1.

Though I usually support businesses around the area, I wasn t very impressed with the helpfulness and willingness of this one. This was due to a salesman giving little to no information about the car we were looking at nor had anything much to say except, here you go. When asked if we could possibly see if we can make a deal, him and his boss were behind closed doors not saying much of anything which seemed not comforting at all. He came back with a deal that really was not in our budget and had a very snarky remark of, If I could cater to that and work with you guys, I d be selling a lot more cars. And said this is what we can do nothing more, nothing less. It s not a very busy place and it wasn t a very pleasant experience overall. Thank you but no thank you.

Parker helped my son choose his first car and he loves it. For his first time buying a car they made the whole process really easy for him and helped him through the whole way.Will definitely be my first stop for a vehicle in the future!

If you are wanting a dealer that has clueless sales people, and a shop that has no idea how to quote project times, then this is the dealer for you. Major screw job professionals! They WILL lie to you, they LOVE dissatisfaction, & their favorite is NEVER returning phone calls!My personal experience with these screw jockeys was trying to buy a truck straight up (no financing) and they told me it was in their shop, and not available until Thursday, that previous conversation took place on a Tuesday. I told the sales person (loose term for this yahoo) that I would meet them on Thursday to look & buy the vehicle. Drove six hours there and the vehicle was sold on Wednesday!I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!

Service was great! Mark is always very helpful and pleasant. He goes the extra mile if needed. Ed, the driver, is a very kind person and drives carefully when dropping me off at work and picking me up.. The mechanic who worked on the car put the seat and mirrors back where I had them - that's a very cool customer service move. I appreciate the great service.

Called for recall repair and an oil change, lady on the phone was rude, said they don t have parts and would call when they showed up. Still waiting for a call almost a month later. Called the dealer in Albert Lea and getting in beginning of next week, wish I could give them zero stars

Over all good friendly service and paperwork was done in no time. Only complaint is, it is the only place I have bought I car where I didn't get a full tank of gas before pulling off the lot. Didn't notice till I got have and I was not going to go back and ask for it.

Our salesman, Armando, was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were looking at, spent a lot of time with us, was very courteous, and very responsive to texts, which I appreciate with a busy schedule. He didn't have the vehicle on his lot, but found us exactly what we wanted quickly. We could not be more happier with our experience.

The parts guy, Mark, went above and beyond to help me fix an electrical problem between my Audi Q7 and my camper. He didn't have to do that, as the techs were all on lunch break, and he refused payment after it was resolved. I was just thrilled such good people are still around. Thank you so much, Mark, for getting us back on the road!

I was SO HAPPY when we drove up and my car was sitting outside all shiny & clean!!! I have always thought a complimentary car wash should be included when you get an oil change but not many places do that and I'd never had that done for me before at Asa so I was INCREDIBLY HAPPY when I saw a clean car!!! This is EXCELLENT customer service!!

I wanted to say thank you to Jason at Asa, he was a huge help to me when I was without a vehicle due to a failed transmission. Jason made the phone calls for me to line up a rental and get me a ride after dropping my truck off to the transmission shop. I'll also say thank you to Tristan in assisting with the ride back, great guys and a great dealership that I would strongly recommend. Thank you again for helping a guy in need!Tom Sullivan

Armando and the team of sales associates made the new car buying experience exciting and easy. At first didn't plan on also purchasing the extended warranty and Zilon paint protection but when given the details of how it SAVES MONEY in the long run, we did purchase the additional protection. Everyone was so nice.

This place is great. I was just looking around first but they were quick to help me find an option that worked for me and they gave a great price. I am very happy with my car and the whole deal was done transparently and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive option like other dealers do. They actually worked to find me something to fit my budget. 10/10 would recommend.

I looked at many cars and test drove at least 5 different brands at over that many different dealers. I liked the car I originally drove at Asa Auto Plaza but Armando realized I like another brand better and he found it for me at another dealer for the same price as the original one. It was a fantastic price and I received a good value for my trade-in.

Overall good experience, 2nd Vehicle I have bought from Alex first here at ASA, Alex works good with you and tries to find something that works out great for what you are looking for in a vehicle.

I bought my car online from another state and it couldn t have been easier. Tanner was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and even took extra pictures of the vehicle for me. I wouldn t hesitate to buy another from Tanner and Asa Auto Plaza.

Pertaining to Troy's comment. The boss was golfing, with me! I was looking for a truck and negotiating and I was taken golfing to talk about my possible purchase. After a nice 18 we made a deal and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks ASA , you have a customer for life!

I bought a vehicle from Jason Wuorenma. He brought out the white glove service!!! He was super knowledgeable in the sales and financing process! We stopped at 4 dealers before ASA and we were glad we had Jason on our side!! We will only buy from Jason from now on!!!

Nice peaple, they take the time to listen and find the vehicle that you want not the one that might be sitting on the lot that's close to what you want. Definitely worth the drive to Austin. Best experience I've ever had when truck shopping.

After my wife's recent collision with a deer we found out how just how great it is to have a dealer as wonderful as ASA to work with. We had the car towed to their body shop and Mark worked with the insurance company as they determined the car was totaled. So we needed another vehicle in a hurry. We were fixed up with a loaner which was a major blessing. Then lots of help looking at different options until we found a new set of wheels. The dedication and help we received from Tanner and all the staff at ASA auto really helped ease a very stressful event. We can't say enough good things about our experience with ASA and would recommend them to anyone.

I would avoid this dealership! I called on a vehicle, and the "manager was out (golfing I think they said), and they would get back to me. So since he was out and I was waiting, a manager sold the truck to a friend of his without calling me.. I guess calling back customers and helping them is not part of their values.
