We apologize again, and we hope that you will give our store another chance to properly serve you in the future. Standard AI corporate response-Ben is not a good Assistant Manager at the Austin MN location -oakland avw telling me there was not a economical battery for my 2013 Buick Verano and we had to buy a battery at 265.00 for a 11 year car when in fact I go on line and find an economical battery scu 48H6-V for 111.99 all in. Great way to sell my 90 year old mother a battery in the cold. Not cool...FUD

The customer service here is absolutely above and beyond. Stranded in Austin with a bad battery and wipers. Everybody was very knowledgeable, kind, and eager to help. I m from Colorado and I wish I had an advanced auto parts this good where I live.

I was visiting Austin when the battery in my suburban decided to die. Jeremy was amazing to work with and came out into the hot parking lot and replaced my battery for me. He was very professional and skilled in his job as well as working with customers. I enjoyed talking with Jeremy and in liu of a tip, he asked me to write a good review of the shop. Done! Happy to do so.

They got some nice parts . One time I went there , and I saw a lady's tail pipe . She knew I seen it too , and she didn't get mad , and pepper spray me or nothing . I was like , " nice ".

Went in to get a filter wrench and oil to do a first oil change on a brand new motorcycle. Initially, help was good. Filter wrench seemed to fit in store on the filter, but it still had plastic around it. Clerk told me to wrap a rag if too big. After investigating, and throwing a caliper on both, the filter is 63mm, and the wrench is 65mm. I am a Mechanical Engineer and 2mm of slop is way too much. When I tried to return the unused wrench, the same clerk wanted to argue with me and say that it was ok. Bad experience with this dude and will never go here again. Even if I have to buy online and wait for tools/parts. Honestly, first negative review I have given.

We have an account here and always have had good service and parts availability. Just wish we got a little better discount with the new commercial account changes they made recently. Even spending close to 2k a month still classifies us as a "casual" account and we get next to no discount now vs a few months ago we got pretty deep discounts given to us on the regular.

Store closed during the day for more than 30 minutes with a sign saying, "had to take a 30 minute break by legal standards". 3 other people came and left as well. Never shopping here again.

Service was pretty good. The first guy that helped me was definitely very professional. I had to return later for another part, the second guy that helped me seemed kind of disinterested.

I purchased a trailer in town and did not have the right trailer connection I went into the local Advance Auto Parts and the very knowledgeable staff helped me with the correct part great prices and a great experience thank you Advance Auto Parts

Poor customer service it seems like when you call on the phone they don't know what they're actually doing my brother called about a 2000 Chevy Silverado 2500 and told him that engine size was a 6.0 Vortec and they told him that truck does not have a 6.0 in it Andy ask for a specific part and they said we didn't have it and I went there and it was right there on the Shelf
