My brother and I were visiting our mother who lives in an assisted living complex. Her car battery was dead. Us both being from out of town, we went to Auto Value in Appleton, MN, to ask about a new battery for her car.Dave Evenson, one of the employees, offered to come to her apartment to put a charger on the battery so we could get it started to drive it to the shop. He offered to charge the battery first, to see if that is all that was needed. He could have just said we needed a new battery and been done with it. But he was trying to find the best solution for our mother. We ended up buying a new battery, but he wanted to make sure that was the only option first.We were blown away by this! The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. My brother and I live in larger cities, and we both said we would never receive anything like what Dave did for us.I would highly recommend Auto Value in Appleton, MN, for your car needs. They truly have the needs of the customer in mind!Kuddos to Dave and team on being All Stars in the customer service department!

We were traveling from Minnesota to Texas. We happened to be passing Auto Value as the tire warning system alerted us of low tire pressure. David, who is very knowledgeable, stopped what he was doing and spent time helping us. Turns out we had a large screw in our tire. He was very kind, and made what could ve been a very stressful situation into a fun memory for my family. I can t thank y all enough. We would ve been stranded without David s willingness to help us get back on the road!
