A hard working man and has never sent one of his customers out on the road with a broken vehicle/or a guarantee if something was wrong to return for a repair. He works 6-7 days of the week comes in for customers when he has days off. Tries to work with everyone that comes in not all plesent to work with but never overcharged.People that dont have a understand of cars he is more and will to go over what was bad show you problem with comparisons to old part if bad enough. Number one mechanic in the area!

Olsens automotive shop is the best mechanic out there. He fixed both of my vehicles back to back, and the prices were reasonable. If you want your vehicle to last, Olsen is the place to be.

HORRIBLE! I called and spoke to this guy last week and explained my situation about my car, he said if I made it to him before 5 PM that he could take a look at my car and try to tell me what the issue was. I brought it to him, he sat in my driver seat for a few minutes and then went back inside his shop. Me and my son were standing outside waiting for him mind you it was a good 85-90 degrees out. So after a while I peeked inside and saw him sitting at his computer.. I asked him could we sit inside cause of how hot it was out.. he said yes and that he was trying to figure out my car problem. I sat there and I overheard him playing different YouTube videos so I guess he was YouTubing my car problems to try to get an idea (I know cause I overheard the year, make and model of my car at the beginning of every video) so a good 10 mins later he says well I think you blew your engine. I can try to put a sensor on it but that may not do any good. He wrote down my info and said he d call me. I was shocked because my car would drive.. and a few other things so I didn t know where he got that from. A few days later- a friend of mine came by. Put a code reader on my car and turns out the engine problem that Mr. Olson who has his own shop said was the issue the problem ended up being a blown Engine Relay FUSE! Went and bought two of those to replace them and car driving like brand new again! Soooooo happy I didn t go with this guys diagnosis . I think he thought since I was a woman he could try to jip me out of a lot of cash. Women ALWAYS take someone with you who knows what they re talking about and always get a second opinion. Blew a brake line and brought my truck in and I was back on the road in a few short hours. Great guy to work with. Absolutely no hassle! He's fast, he does great work, and I would recommend taking my vehicle needs to his shop. I know I will be having him take care of all my future vehicle needs.

On a Friday my car wouldn't start I knew right away that I needed a new starter. I called to have my car towed to somewhere near my home and was told that they had two perfectly good shops nearby and was taken to the newer shop, Dale the owner did that for free which I appreciated. I got there, sat for hours and was told that I would need a new starter and oil change but that they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday. I was upset but I trusted that they'd help, I got my car back Monday and it stalled 15 minutes after I took it from the shop, and wouldn't start after I got it home. Jim came to my parents house the next morning and looked at my car, the battery terminals were both stripped and lose from being removed to put in the starter. Had to drive to Big O Tires to get a new battery, took me two visits to realize that they had stripped the terminals and the battery was no good. This upset me because I was without a car for a while due to the issues caused by their shop. Anyway with that I ALSO noticed it idealling very rough. I brought my car back to Jim again because a check engine light came on, he read the code and turned it off and told me to come back if it came on again. Well it did come on again and I had no choice but to take it to honest one but at that time it was too late, my motor went out. I called this place to see if they would help in any way and was yelled at and disrespect by the owner who had no idea of the entire situation and the fact that I brought my car in several times with the same issues. I was literally in tears. I get things happen but the disrespect was unreal.

Dale the owner is top of the line. I called thinking my car had a certain issue. he took time to listen to my long story and what all was happening with it. he was so nice. was able to get me in right away. mind you this was like 5 oclock. call me that night to let me know what was wrong. stay late to work on my car and called me the next day. He saved all the parts for us to see all that was wrong. he even called me later to see how it was driving. he is a very genuine person and shop. He takes time to explain everything and doesnt make you feel like he doesnt have time. This is the only place my family and I are going to go to for now one. Dale has customers for life!

We needed to junk a old Silverado truck and car. I ccntacted two junk car business; one by e-mail and another by phone. The junk car business never responded to my e-mail and I called a couple of days later. They didn't want to pay for the truck or car, they were "too old" but said that we could use them for a "tax write-off." I said we weren't interested (file short) and it wouldn't do any good. The second place didn't want to pick them up or pay for them either. I called the number for Olsen's that I found in the Shopper and their customer service was excellent! I received a call back immediately and the car was picked up last night. The truck was picked up today. We're even getting rid of another van. I would highly recommend this business for excellent customer service! Thank you! Michele

Dale is awesome, turned my truck in Sunday phonecall 10 am Monday problem fixed, accurately (post is a couple weeks after the fact) price was very VERY reasonable, as a tradesman I can appreciate his professionalism.

Above and beyond the call of duty!I needed a new altenator asapI walked through the door at1:00 pm. Three hours later I drive away smiling .Without that service my wife can not drive to work the next morning.Oh yaAll at a fair price!

This place might be good, but how hw treats woman is horrible! I don't know how you could be a good company when you yell and curse out woman. I would not trust these people with my vehicle.
